The highly anticipated tradition, Killington’s Loaded Turkey Rail Jam, is ready to kick off the exciting season of park competitions in the renowned Woodward Mountain Parks at Killington Ski Area. This thrilling event will showcase the finest talent in rail jamming and promises an unforgettable Thanksgiving experience. Participants will have the opportunity to feast on victory as the first-place winner will be awarded a frozen turkey, while second and third place will receive all the mouth-watering fixings. This year's venue location is yet to be determined, but registration will be held inside the K-1 Lodge. We are currently seeking dedicated volunteers who are 18 years or older to support the event. In return for their valuable assistance, volunteers will receive a lift ticket voucher to enjoy a day of skiing, riding, or mountain biking at Killington. Additionally, lunch will be provided during their shift. To ensure a safe and seamless participation, all volunteers must complete the mandatory Express Assumption of Risk form before the event. The different shifts available, including registration, set-up/runner, and runner/break down, offer flexible options for volunteers. However, spaces are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
