For those seeking a deeper connection to the Winter Solstice, there will be two yoga sessions available. The first session will take place from 12:30 pm to 1:15 pm, and the second session will be from 2:15 pm to 3:00 pm. These yoga practices, led by Mahogany and Tiffany, will incorporate Surya Namaskar A (Sun Salutations) and restorative or hip-opening yoga postures. Find inner peace and surrender to the darkness as you begin to open up to the light and longer days of the season.

Please note that the kitten yoga event is not included in the free market. If you would like to join the 45-minute yoga session, you can sign up and pay the ticket price of $40. This event is not only a celebration of the Winter Solstice but also a way to support a good cause. A percentage of the proceeds will go to Conquer the Colony kitten rescue.
