This free event, exclusively for women aged 16 and above, is ideal for individuals who have never learned to cycle or those who wish to rebuild their confidence after years away from biking. Participants can borrow bikes and helmets or bring their own to the sessions held at traffic-free locations. Qualified female instructors will assist with improving balance, confidence, and cycling abilities, ensuring a smooth learning experience. Following the beginner session, attendees can progress to our advanced courses.
