Join the Women Self Defense Class - On Your Back? Learn Moves to Flip the Situation at the Mattix Academy in Davie, FL. This empowering event is exclusively for women and aims to teach essential self-defense techniques. The experienced instructors at the Lioness Instincts will guide participants through practical exercises and impart effective strategies for personal safety. This in-person class is open to all, regardless of experience level. Don't miss the opportunity to tap into your inner strength and gain the confidence to protect yourself in any situation. Due to space limitations, the class is limited to 16 individuals to ensure the best instructional assistance. If tickets are sold out, check the upcoming events page for future classes. The class will focus on ground techniques such as falling, standing up, controlling the guard, and escaping when someone is on top. Single admission tickets are available for $35, or you can purchase a package deal of two admission tickets for $60. Comfortable workout clothes and water are recommended. Please note that shoes are not worn on the mat, and a waiver must be signed before participating.
