Join the Workout With Veterans event in Chicago on May 15, 2024, at POW! Gym Chicago & Chicago Parisi Speed School. This event aims to raise funds for at-risk veterans suffering from post-traumatic stress (PTS). The proceeds will go towards their treatments, including a procedure called a Stellate Ganglion Block, which has shown great promise in reducing or eliminating severe PTS.

Participants will have the opportunity to work out alongside our resident veterans, who will lead small groups through a circuit program. These experienced veterans will share their favorite exercises while fitness coaches ensure a safe and amazing workout for all. The workout will incorporate various training modalities, including dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, sleds, battle ropes, and more.

By participating in this event, you will not only support veterans with PTS but also help combat the alarming statistic that over 20 veterans take their own lives every day. Rags of Honor 1, a veteran non-profit, has been actively funding the Stellate Ganglion Block procedure, which has shown a success rate of over 88% in reducing or eliminating severe PTS.

Before riding the elevator to the top, there&rsquo;s an exhibition introducing Chicago. It covers architecture, famous people from the city, food, and more. At the tower&rsquo;s summit, you can take in a panoramic view of the entire city. It&rsquo;s definitely a worthwhile experience.

It&rsquo;s a very nice and unique looking building. The view from the top of the building is beautiful. The view of the shoreline of the lake is very nice from this building. The Tilt is worth visiting. This might not be the amusement factor for the faint of heart. I thoroughly enjoyed it.
