Join the by-donation yoga class led by Shelly Saunier every Sunday from 11am-12pm at the Easton in Fort Lauderdale. This class is suitable for all levels, so whether you're a beginner or experienced yogi, you're welcome to join. Start your session with a short meditation to awaken your body and mind, followed by gentle movements and breathwork to get your heart rate up. After an invigorating practice, wind down with a relaxing Savasana, where you'll receive a personal message from the Universe through a Tarot or Oracle card. And that's not all - after class, be sure to stick around for the exciting DJ + Pool Party. Enjoy the lively music and take advantage of drink and food specials on offer. It's the perfect opportunity to unwind and connect with fellow yogis.
