The KINTSUGI Workshop Series at Vermilion is a transformative journey of self-discovery and communal healing through the art of mending. From October 7 to November 11, participants will embark on an inward exploration, guided by the spirit of mending with art. This unique workshop series offers a safe space for individuals to connect with one another and find solace in their shared experiences. 

Through four immersive sessions, attendees will delve into various themes, such as finding power in the invisible, storytelling through body language, rebuilding trust within communities, and a special topic yet to be announced. Inspired by Meyer's Minority Stress Model, the series acknowledges the challenges faced by minority individuals and the strength found in their intersecting identities. Participants will have the opportunity to liberate themselves by sharing their stories and finding collective healing through the power of multi-medium arts.

Vermilion Theater 朱雀剧团, a government-registered non-profit organization, is dedicated to producing multilingual plays that bridge cultural gaps for both the Chinese diaspora and non-Chinese-speaking audiences. The KINTSUGI Workshop Series is a testament to their mission of creating unique cultural experiences through theater art.
