Com relação à comodidades, não foi fornecido toalhas de rosto. Segundo o funcionário da recepção, houve falha na entrega da lavanderia. A manutenção do banheiro está deixando a desejar. O espelho está ficando enferrujado, o que depõe contra o nível do hotel. A camareira não retirou o lixo do banheiro. Estacionando com manobrista, (valor a parte) o que é importante pelo local difícil de estacionar na rua. Funcionários atenciosos e excelente café da manhã.
