This stay was truly heartwarming. A special thank you to Rita, whose service was meticulous and thoughtful; she even proactively reminded us about changes in the weather, making us feel genuinely cared for. The hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to transportation, making getting around hassle-free. The room was quiet and comfortable with excellent soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Overall, the experience was gentle and reassuring – a truly therapeutic stay. I wholeheartedly recommend it and will definitely be back!

The room was absolutely amazing, I was so pleasantly surprised when I checked in! I couldn't believe how spacious it was!!! The service was excellent too! Their little cat is also super cute; being able to pet it every time I came and went was so therapeutic! There's coffee and tea in the lobby, and the room's amenities are fantastic. Not only do they provide shower gel and shampoo, but there's also conditioner!! It's the first time I've ever seen a hotel offer conditioner!!! I highly recommend this place!!! Such great value for money!!! I was so comfortable, I really didn't want to leave! I'll definitely stay here again next time!

Dunhuang Shanzhuang is truly close to Mingsha Mountain; you can even see it from your room window. Since it was the off-season, the hotel kindly upgraded us to a family room, which was perfect for two adults and one child. Although we went to breakfast every day at 7:30 AM, the staff were incredibly welcoming. The room amenities were excellent, including a foot bath, perfect for relaxing after a tiring day. The air conditioning was strong, so it was never cold, and plenty of bottled water was provided daily. Upon check-in, they even gave us small camel figurines and yogurt. They provided two sets of toiletries daily, which was enough for the three of us. Unlike some hotels that only provide two towels even when they know there are three guests, forcing you to call for extra service, the service here was spot-on. Every staff member you encountered greeted you warmly and enthusiastically, making you feel very welcome. Although the hotel has been open for a long time, and some of the facilities are decades old, it doesn't detract from your stay at all. Breakfast included Lanzhou beef noodles and lamb soup; starting the day with freshly pulled beef noodles was fantastic and kept us warm when heading out. They also gave us a special latte with latte art, intended for enjoying the sunset. Although we didn't have time to watch the sunset, the latte art was a nice touch. Staying during the off-season was a really great experience, quite different from those budget hotels in the city. It's definitely worth staying here.

The hardware at Jinglong International Hotel far exceeded our expectations. From the public areas to the guest rooms, every detail shows thoughtful design and quality. Once you stay here, you won't want to go anywhere else! The lobby design is truly a highlight. Its modern, light luxury style cleverly incorporates elements of Silk Road culture. The walls mimic the layered textures of Zhangye's Rainbow Mountains, and sophisticated soft furnishings like '驛路星蹄' (starry hooves on the ancient postal route) and '胡杨年轮' (poplar tree rings) are used instead of generic decorations. It feels grand and elegant, yet imbued with the unique ancient charm of the Northwest. Every photo you take here looks high-end, and the ambiance is simply amazing. The guest rooms were an even greater surprise. Newly renovated, they are spacious and airy with excellent natural light and absolutely no unpleasant odors. The open layout feels expansive and not at all cramped. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly yet provides great support, so comfortable that you'll fall asleep the moment your head hits the pillow and wake up refreshed. All the in-room facilities are top-notch: every room comes with a mini-fridge, a silent humidifier, the popular Laifen high-speed hairdryer, and exclusive brand toiletries. The bathroom features a dry/wet separation, and the floors and countertops are spotlessly clean, making it perfect even for germaphobes. Plus, there's a smart home system for voice-controlled lighting and curtains, along with a smart toilet, adding both convenience and tech-savviness to your stay. I have to rave about the self-service laundry room! The massive LG washer and dryer are incredibly practical. Their huge capacity easily handles a whole family's laundry, and you can wear your clothes straight after drying, so no more worries about dirty clothes on long trips. The laundry room is open 24 hours a day and free to use, which is so thoughtful and convenient. Besides this, the hotel also has a 24-hour gym, free EV charging stations, and smart robots that deliver items to your room 24/7 – a true blessing for anyone who enjoys convenience. The hotel also caters to various needs: it's pet-friendly, so you can confidently bring your furry friends. A free parking lot and exclusive send-off service to the station are all available, showing incredibly thoughtful attention to detail. Located in the core of the new district, it's close to the night market and the train station, offering super convenient transportation to attractions like the Rainbow Mountains and Dafo Temple. The breakfast spread is so extensive you'll be spoiled for choice, with over 200 varieties of Chinese and Western dishes, pastries, desserts, and freshly squeezed juices. The authentic Zhangye beef noodles taste superb, offering a true taste of local flavor. Whether it's the facilities, service details, or location, everything is impeccable. The value for money is outstanding. If you're traveling to Zhangye, just book this hotel – you won't regret it!

The hotel looks really nice and will look great on anybody’s instagram. However, I had a room on the first (ground) floor and these should be avoided by anybody caring about privacy. One of the windows opened on the courtyard and the other opened on an alley, at street level. Anybody walking by inside or outside had a direct view inside the room.

The location is absolutely fantastic! It's right in the center of Zhangye city, super close to the Bell and Drum Tower and Mingqing Street, all within walking distance. Eating and shopping are incredibly convenient. It's also just a 10-minute taxi ride from Zhangye West Station, making travel hassle-free. The business king room was spacious, and the bedding was clean and comfortable. The soundproofing was excellent; I couldn't hear any outside noise, which made for a great night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and friendly, and check-in and check-out were both very quick. They even thoughtfully offered suggestions for exploring Zhangye. For 187, to get this location and quality, the value for money is off the charts. If you're coming to Zhangye, staying here is definitely the right choice!

This hotel looked incredible! From top to bottom, it was clear that the designers took style seriously. The rooms gave off a sense of luxury that few other hotels in this process range have. The carpets, floors, doors, cabinets, beds etc. emitted a sense of tranquility, which made me feel very comfortable. Also, after travelling around China for nearly a month, I can say that this was by far the best breakfast I've had at roughly a dozen hotels. The staff were professional, everything was very clean, and the location could not have been better. My only issues: there was no air conditioning, and my room was very hot at night. Additionally, when the rooms next to you are watching television, you can hear everything in your room.

It's very close to the airport, making airport transfers convenient and quick. The front desk staff are very polite and professional. The location is also quite good, with plenty of restaurants downstairs. It's very friendly to business travelers.

Just 10 mins walk from the main train station. The hotel is amazing, befitting its international brand name. The layout of the bed, tables, internal decor, cleanliness, the thought put into the buttons for control of lighting, plus the placement and availability of sockets is in line of what I would expect for ”Hilton”. It has on-screen monitoring (in the room) of the laundry and dryer, negating the need to physically stay in the laundry room. Love the breakfast ! It has lamb and beef steak for breakfast. Good varieties of fruits, yoghurts and Chinese cuisine. I wonder why Hilton doesn't have similar hotels for other silk road cities such as Dunhuang or Jiayuguan. The reception staff is prompt and helpful in directions. Probably the only downside I can think of is lack of proper restaurants near or inside the hotel. We had to take a taxi or walk in 3 km (in -10C freezing cold) to get to the nearest mall. However, there is a mid-size convenient store adjacent to the hotel (across the traffic light junction). Would absolutely recommend this hotel. Worth paying the premium.
