It was already noon when we arrived, and the front desk kindly allowed us to check in early. They also prepared the extra bed rail and mineral water we requested. The chaise lounge in the room was incredibly useful for me; my child could play, sleep, and watch TV on it easily. 🍚 Breakfast: For children over 1.2m, there's an extra charge of 40 yuan. The variety was decent, mostly cold cuts or processed sausages for meat, with plenty of carbs, vegetables, and fruits. They also offered a savory milk tea, which was quite good. 🛝 The hotel has a small game room with a mini slide and trampoline, suitable for toddlers. It's a nice touch. 🏊 The pool costs 10 yuan per person for guests, and it's also open to the public. We participated in a promotional event that waived the fee. The changing rooms were clean. The pool isn't huge but sufficient, and there's a small mushroom pool with a higher temperature than the main pool, which was great. My little one had a lot of fun, and you can see the mountains and cable car from outside the pool area, offering nice views. Areas for improvement: We stayed on the 3rd floor. There might have been an odor from the sink, and the bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan, so the air felt stuffy. We kept the windows and doors open, but thankfully, there were no mosquitoes. Overall, I feel we chose the right hotel. After looking around, it seems much better than the Crowne Plaza.

I highly recommend the Chongli Nanshanli Hotel – it's perfect for families with kids! The rooms are spacious and clean, and you get a beautiful view of the green mountains right from your window. The temperature in the mountains is comfortable, so sleeping at night is incredibly peaceful. The hotel has its own 'Hi-Fun Rangers' kids' club with plenty of slides and climbing challenges for the little ones to burn off energy. Right outside, there's a deer park where you can feed the deer, plus gentle hiking trails. After a day of activities, a dip in the indoor hot spring is incredibly relaxing. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options, perfect for children. The resort town also provides free shuttle buses, making getting around very convenient. It's a one-stop-shop for accommodation, dining, and entertainment, so you don't have to constantly move around. Both adults and children had a wonderful time, and we'll definitely be back!

Two mothers with two children stayed in the family suite and had a fantastic experience. The children loved the room's decorations and toys, and anything they needed was promptly delivered after a phone call to the front desk. There were also picture books and building blocks on the first floor for play. One night, I left my phone in the toy area, and as soon as I returned to the room, the front desk called to ask if I had left it behind – a truly thoughtful touch.

This is my second time visiting Wulingshan, and I chose Lanye Hotel again~ I've been eating breakfast at Shangu (Valley) restaurant, and I'm very satisfied, having eaten there for two consecutive days. I especially love the wild vegetable buns. The hotel was also incredibly thoughtful; knowing I was pregnant, they prepared an air purifier and a pregnancy pillow for me~ They also arranged for a high-floor room, so it wasn't noisy at all. They really put their heart into it!

I almost always stay here when I'm in town. A few times before, I couldn't get into the underground parking because it was full, but this time I finally could. There aren't many spots, and they're separated from the owner's parking by a fence. There are charging stations available. If you park above ground, you'll find charging stations across the street near the restaurants. The hotel service is consistently good, friendly, and attentive. The bedding is on the firmer side; I'm not sure if that's a room type thing or if I just haven't noticed it before. The Lobby Bar coffee included in the Trip.com package only offers iced or hot Americano.

An older hotel, but the facilities are still complete and the room was pretty clean. You can't expect too much from an old hotel. It's best to take a Didi (ride-hailing service) from the station; don't just jump into a shared ride, you might get ripped off. It's just outside the city wall, and I personally think staying here is more comfortable than inside the wall. Among the performances, only the iron flower show is worth seeing, but you absolutely need to get there early to secure a good spot, otherwise, you won't be able to watch. The commercial streets are all pretty much the same!

The location is quite convenient, not too far from the cable car and Taiwu Night. The room was generally clean, and the balcony was a great spot to chat. However, there's no air conditioning. When we mentioned it was cold, they promptly brought an electric heater. The breakfast seemed to be shared among several hotels, leading to a crowded environment and difficulty finding a seat, which was a bit disappointing. But the breakfast taste was good. All in all, it's worth the price, and I hope they'll add air conditioning in the future!

This stay truly exceeded all expectations. As foreigners visiting Zhangjiakou in December for the first time for both travel and skiing, the overall experience couldn’t have been better — it was absolutely top-notch 👍. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted with a sense of warmth and genuine hospitality. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful and attentive. They immediately noticed that we were traveling with children and had quite a bit of luggage, and proactively offered assistance, which made us feel very well cared for right away. The dining experience was equally impressive. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options to suit different tastes, and the availability of late-night snacks was a wonderful bonus, especially after a long day of skiing. Overall, whether it was the attention to detail at the front desk, the comfort and quality of the accommodation, or the excellent food and beverage service, this hotel truly delivered on all fronts. It’s absolutely an ideal choice for families traveling with children, and we would highly recommend Atour to anyone visiting Zhangjiakou.

The hotel room was clean, and its location within Thaiwoo Ski Town was excellent. The price was also quite good value for money compared to other hotels in the area. The only drawback was that the room was very hot in the summer; it was cold outside but hot inside, and the AC wasn't cooling. Opening the window was an issue because it was noisy at night, and I have severe allergies. Also, the breakfast wasn't great; the fried dough sticks and bread were rock hard, like baguettes. The variety was average for a 4-star hotel. The connecting rooms that Hyatt has an agreement for with Trip.com are quite unique and perfect for a family of three adults and one child, or four adults and one child. It's very suitable for families with kids. My grandpa's room had a problem with the bathroom ventilation system; he could always smell smoke, probably from someone smoking in a room upstairs or downstairs. I'm sure the hotel can improve this. I'd give it a 4-star rating.

Out of all the places we stayed during our self-drive trip through Inner Mongolia, this was by far the best! Both the owner and the staff were incredibly genuine and welcoming. The attention to detail in their service was exceptional, you can tell they truly put their heart into running the place. The room was clean and spacious, with excellent facilities, making for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. I absolutely have to rave about the owner's freshly roasted lamb leg – crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and absolutely delicious. It was genuinely amazing. What truly impressed me was how pet-friendly they are. Bringing our two small dogs was absolutely no hassle, and the owners were incredibly accommodating. It's so rare to find such a wonderful pet-friendly guesthouse when you're traveling with pets. The courtyard was peaceful and quiet, providing a perfect spot to relax and unwind after a long day of driving. I wish them all the best!
