Amazing decision to go to Yinchuan for Dragon Boat Festival since it has the best weather and the cleanest city in China. Kempinski in this city is one of the best. The hotel is in the middle of the city, so there are multiple destinations to tour. For my trip, I did not go to the sand dune area. I focused on the ride share to the touristy movie film park snd neighboring theme town. The hotel is also near the growing 801 Creative Park, Night Market, and just a walk from the Ningxia Museum. So many more local and traditional spots. Bring an extra shopping bag. The hotel has a great view of their master plan development, delicious food options from the cafe to the German restaurant, and coffee/tea lobby lounge. The staff is bilingual and the grounds are immaculately clean. Sleeping and facilities really comfortable. Nicest locals all around. Thank you for a great stay.

Excellent! I was just passing through late at night, saw this hotel, and spontaneously booked a room because it looked promising. The young lady working the night shift was incredibly helpful and kind! There's a night market nearby (though I didn't get a chance to eat there), and the Drum Tower is just a short walk away. The bed was very clean, the pillows were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. I even went to the wrong floor by mistake, and the staff member at the restaurant entrance kindly helped me find my room! Huge thanks! Right next to the Drum Tower, there's a bus stop with direct routes to the museum. Conveniently, a day tour bus departs right outside the hotel. For 80 RMB per person, it offers hotel pickup/drop-off and takes you to the Western Xia Tombs and Helan Mountain. You can even purchase attraction tickets directly from the driver!

Ningxia was a last-minute decision just a few days before my trip, and what a beautiful city it is! Even after a tiring journey, I chose the Marriott. I only booked it on the day of arrival, but the staff were incredibly welcoming. The surrounding area is bustling with many attractions. I enjoyed afternoon tea in the executive lounge, which offered beautiful views of the Yinchuan cityscape, including a large lake and well-planned, crisscrossing roads, all with immaculately maintained green belts. From my suite, I had a fantastic view of the distant Helan Mountains. Interestingly, the next day, while staying at the foot of the Helan Mountains, I could still spot the Marriott! Overall, my stay was incredibly comfortable. After a day of rest, I felt completely refreshed. Yinchuan left a wonderful impression on me, and I'll definitely be back!

Atmosphere: The lobby is luxuriously decorated, and the overall quality is quite high. The front desk guy, noting we were traveling with children, offered us a spacious room, which was highly commendable. Facilities: The TV in the room wasn't very good, which might have been a problem for my TV-loving kids, hahaha. Also, the toilet paper roll was incredibly annoying; it fell out the moment I pulled it, and the staff couldn't even secure it properly... Children's breakfast: Honestly, the breakfast was quite good. While other places don't offer free children's meals, theirs includes two children, which was quite good. We had planned to try ice-cooked lamb on our last day, as we saw there was a famous place nearby, but we were pressed for time and didn't go.

Breakfast is the highlight: the buffet breakfast is rich in variety, both Chinese and Western styles, especially recommended local special lamb noodles, the taste is very good, providing a full energy for a day of play. When checking out, the store manager was checking in for a guest, showing a high professionalism, and gave a thumbs up! The facilities are also very trendy and convenient, greatly improving the comfort of staying. In addition, free large parking and charging piles are very friendly to self-driving tourists. We booked twin bed rooms - rooms were big and well designed with proper areas for our luggages and charging phones and eating place at sofa. The mini fridge has free drinks. We loved the ease of doing laundry. Breakfast esp the doubua was very good. So was the coffee. Within walking distance to the bell tower shopping district. If there is a grouse, one of our rooms near the lift was noisy from guests passing by talking loudly and it was dustier. Other room far end of lobby was ok.

The future cabin design of the Mars base is great, with a smart toilet, plenty of hot water, Dyson hair dryer, L'Occitane toiletries, and a rich welcome fruit plate. It can be said that it has everything. Unfortunately, we encountered extreme weather during the two days we went there. We felt the power of the sandstorm and spent half of the time playing in the room. It was considered a bad stay haha. Fortunately, the wind stopped at night, and we watched two nights of bonfire parties in a row. The children liked it very much. When the wind stopped during the day, we took the time to go sandboarding. The children loved sandboarding so much. It was super fun. On the third day, it finally cleared up. We went to Tonghu Grassland Scenic Area to brush the project. It was still very cost-effective with a 50% discount. 150 per person, you can play four projects: horse riding, camel riding, surfing car, and motorcycle. The housekeeper Xiaodong took very thoughtful care and provided us with great convenience. He deserves a five-star praise.

It is still slightly luxurious in the same level. After all, it has authentic pedigree. The food is super good, with many varieties and a full range. The freshly made beef noodles taste very good. The front desk staff is very responsible and helped me pack the trekking poles I wanted to check in.
