The room is decent, breakfast could have more options in them. The other two downsides are that the hotel provides no toiletries except for soap and shampoo, and the wall between rooms is too thin.
Staying at Radisson Lampung Kedaton was a really pleasant experience from the moment I arrived. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming. The room was clean, fresh, and very comfortable for resting after a long day. I also enjoyed the gym and swimming pool facilities, which were well-maintained and perfect for a relaxing staycation. Another big plus is the direct access to the mall, making it easy to find food, shop, or simply hang out. The spacious parking area was also very convenient. We booked hotel room through application, was great price however when we arrived and saw the hotel room. We found out that the bed cover was dirty, has blood stain, pillow case seems like not change cz there was a lot of black dot, found lizard on the hanging paint.
We did complain to FO desk, they handled the complain very well. Gave us updated 2nd room which is larger unfortunately we found bed ticks. Lastly, they upgrade us at business room which is was clean and we request them to change everything on the bed since we bring our infant with us.
Great hospitality for the staff at lina restaurant which make our night better with the service and food.

This is a new hotel, and it's clearly still under construction. There was a noticeable amount of dust on the floors. Perhaps it will be okay once everything is fully built. A suggestion: the bathroom floor tiles could be replaced with something rougher. It gets incredibly slippery with even a little bit of water.
Repeated stay and the noise from the lift operation is a little noisy for rooms that ends with ”8” Hotel accommodated us by switching to other rooms. Face towel is not provided in the room but after a gym session, the receptionist got me one. Breakfast spread is not a lot but enough to fill your stomach.
Lokasi strategis di dalam mal, all is ok hanya saja kalau mandi air dari kamar mandi ngalir keluar sampai ke ujung ranjang harus nya jangan di buat datar jadi air bs di tampung lbh baik..
