I want to bring my whole family again next time. It was the impression that the training of employees was good. Meals around the area are convenient.

A mi me encanta este hotel he ido otras veces y en esta lleve a mi familia pero lo único que nunca me ha gustado es que cae una gota de agua y te sacan de la piscina , incluso mi familia se quejó de lo mismo esta vez , solo por un aire que hizo ,nada de truenos y nos mandaron a salir ,y luego que uno se seca ya no dan ganas de entrar más .Ademas que me dijeron pagas 85 en el hotel y me cobraron 150 y nunca me devuelven .Yo tengo reservación de nuevo para agosto si no me devuelven esta vez no pienso ir más porque al final del día estoy pagando lo mismo que puedo pagar en otros .

Fantastic for overnight stay between connecting flights. Right there in the terminal close to BA arrival gate & AA departure gate. Easy access to fast food outlets in terminal. Good shower. Comfortable & clean bed. Not noisy, room size adequate, we had a great nights sleep. Would definitely use again.

Stayed there for two nights. The hotel is five minutes away from the Airport, there is a Restaurant and bar attached to the Hotel and Mc Donald across the parking lot. There is also a few restaurants just about 10 minutes walk and a IHOP five minutes walk The rooms was very clean and spacious. Staff very professional and knowledgeable. There is a huge mall, called Dolphin Mall just 15 minutes away by Uber costing about $10/15 dollars. Pool was larger than expected and the Gym was a bit small but effective. I fully recommend this Hotel, it’s quite reasonable and FREE SHUTTLE to and from Airport

The hotel has a microwave, and it's about a 15-20 minute walk to the supermarket. I imagine most people staying here are visiting Disney or Universal, so this distance is easily walkable. It's an older hotel, but it's clean, not dirty, and well-maintained. The shuttle bus times aren't great, but if you want to save money, it's a good option since an Uber can cost ¥2,000-¥4,000 one way. All in all, having a microwave, a nearby supermarket, and the affordable price makes it worth it!

Our family of six rented an Airbnb for 6 days but me and my youngest daughter wanted to stay for an extra couple of days; so we rented the room at the Rosen. It looked great in the pictures and I'm happy to report that it was even more beautiful in person. There are so many amenities and the food was excellent! I highly recommend the pulled pork nachos poolside from The Cattails Bar (by the way large enough for 3 people to share. Our room overlooked the lakes and golf course. What a beautiful view! I actually saw an eagle air diving into the lake for his meal! There were so many shady beautiful places to sit if you wanted to spend your time outdoors (which I did) and lovely seating inside if you needed to come in to cool off. The market is open 24 hours if you need a tasty snack or something to drink. Warning; the market is pricey but very convenient. If you want grocery store pricing, the Publix is a shuttle ride away and just a short walk across the street. I should have read the fine print the parking will be $28 a day if you self park. And though they say there are no resort fees; there is a fee for incidentals that I thought was quite hefty so be prepared to put this on your credit card temporarily. If I had had more time I definitely would have enjoyed the spa offerings. The staff was professional and very friendly. We would definitely stay here again and plan on doing so!

Perfect location to visit Disney World and Disney Springs. The hotel garden is well maintained, impressively filled by Disney-themed decorations. We can share the swimming pools in all the All-star themed hotels as well. Free parking for both days although we only stayed for 1 night. However, we did not notice the hotel offered free water park admission till the time we checked-in. If it was stated in the Trip.com web site, we will definitely booked an extra day to stay.

We arrived late at night, and the hotel was reasonably priced for an airport transit. However, there was no shuttle service to and from the airport available at night, and the hotel is actually quite far from the airport. An Uber ride cost us almost $30. When we came downstairs at 9:30 AM, the staff was already clearing away breakfast. Seeing that we had just arrived, they quickly gave us a few plates. We grabbed some of the last remaining scrambled eggs and bacon, which barely sufficed for breakfast.

Good price and value. Good location in terms of being near the big attractions and walking distance to restaurants, including no less than 4 Indian restaurants. Very near LYNX bus stops, but be forewarned that the Orlando public bus is very undependable. Most of the staff are bilingual, and housekeeping is prompt and thorough. On the negative side, the swimming pool is very busy, filled with children, and not very peaceful. On arrival, I got accosted by tour sellers and I was just too hot and tired for that. Security is somewhat heavy-handed, but at the same time, that did make me feel safe. The door lock on my room was finicky, and it often took multiple attempts to get in, and I didn't drink on this trip. The restaurant is okay but isn't open very late. When I dropped in to make sure they were still open at 8:15 the young lady at the front said yes, then when I was walking back to my room to change shirts to come back and dine, she sent a customer to run after me to say they were closed. I didn't eat in the restaurant after that rude experience. Note that there are half a dozen Rosen hotels in Orlando, with very similar names. This makes it hard to use Google Maps for directions and confuses Uber and Lyft drivers.

Un hotel maravilloso, perfecto para ir en familia, con amigos o pareja. Cerca de los parques, transporte gratuito a los parques y la temática del hotel super bonita! Lo recomiendo 10/10. Sobretodo si cogéis alguna oferta sale muy rentable ya que tenéis entrada temprana a los parques!!!!
