Our room had a magnificent view of the Li River. The sightseeing spots in Guilin City were all in walkable distance of the hotel. The breakfast had a good amount of variety and you can even get the typical Guilin Rice Noodles if you want. The service was over the top (everyone was super friendly and attentive). If you have any questions the staff replies to your messages within minutes. We were asked if the breakfast is alright or if they should prepare a more western one for us. They probably also saw our bin filled with empty water bottles and provided us 1.5L bottles for free 😂 Will most certainly recommend this hotel to my friends and family and would also come myself again!

Best part is the electric bike adventure. Our driver is very entertaining.Breakfast at outdoor is awesome with scenic n captivating view of mountains. Xiao Wei, Xiao Lu n other front desk staff are very helpful n attended to every queries We loved the dessert served to the room every night. The room is very spacious and clean. Shuttle service to West Street n nearby eateries is a plus. Not forgetting the free photo shooting by Foxlook. They did a winderful job in the last minute request before check out. Photo turns out very nice. Overall, we love Yangshuo n staying at this hotel is the best experience away from city. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back again.

Bo Yin Hotel (Li River Secluded Hotel) Our visit to Guilin was to spend time with my wife’s large family and we twice stayed at the Li River Secluded hotel, for a total of 7 nights. Our expectations of a hotel experience are high, so we avoid using American chain hotels when possible. The Li River Secluded hotel more than met those expectations by combining exceptional customer service with a laid back, but luxurious guest experience. On arrival, we were offered a room upgrade. The upgrade accommodation was located on the ground floor, so this did not appeal to us until we were shown the room … the suite was spacious and tastefully furnished with a Zen motif that included a ceremonial tea table. Both my wife and I practice daily yoga, so the ample floor space immediately appealed to us. A room-width picture window featured a view of the Li River Lake and its pair of pagodas. Remote-controlled drapes and shears sound-proofed and eliminated light from the room when closed. A buffet daily breakfast on the 8th (top) floor was included and featured a good selection of both Chinese and Western options. We had family commi**ents that prevented us from eating dinner at the restaurant, but my wife hosted an afternoon tea session in the restaurant for some of her friends and the tea and pastries were excellent. In addition, fresh fruit was placed in the room every day, and the room refrigerator was refreshed daily with water, sodas, and snacks. The hotel was generally maintained in pristine condition and effected the highest standards of cleanliness. This applied to all the facilities apart from a small exercise room on the 5th floor. This consisted of a set of barbells (no bench), a fixed weight station (functional), and 2 treadmills, neither of which functioned properly … that said, I did use the weight station and the patio outside of the exercise room for yoga on a couple warmer days. There was also a guest laundry on the 5th floor which my wife used on one occasion. The customer service attitude in Chinese hotels is generally an improvement on what we are accustomed to in North America, but at the Bo Yin Hotel it’s exceptional. This means that English language speakers (I’m Canadian and my wife is Chinese by birth) would experience no problem in addressing any of the front desk, maid, or restaurant personnel. For those who prefer to order take-out food, a robotic delivery service is used, a feature that tends to fascinate any child you might be traveling with. Sean Bennett

Our stay at Guilin Central Palace Hotel was exceptionally satisfying. We booked a king size room and was spacious. Breakfast and afternoon tea time came with many selections that were amazing delicious! Staff was always very helpful. We will book again to stay in Guilin next time.

It was great time to stay at Shangrila in Guilin. All workers are very nice and kind. One of the worker even helped my son blow his nose! The hotel is just beside the river so it’s nice to take a walk. By using share bike, it takes 15 min to get the city side. I think it’s convenient enough and ridding share bike during trip is also good experience. Our highlight is the last night with Peach & Aries at the bar in Shangrila. Their music was awesome and they also let my wife sing with them. Playing some Japanese songs means a lot to me.

The hotel location is hard to awesom! It's walking distance to some of the best sites in Guilin and the facilities are in very good condition. The food for breakfast is excellent! The staff were friendly and helpful, although only a portion of the staff speaks English. There were very few Americans or English speakers during my visit. It wasn’t an issue, just of note. I was fortunate to have a room on the top floor facing the river and got a glimpse of a beautiful sunrise one morning. At night the musicians play by the river so it isn't the most quiet location but the view is great! One less desirable thing was they hosted a large tour group from Hong Kong on Saturday/Sunday and the group ate early and blocked access to the buffet. The staff was very apologetic and took care of me when I returned an hour later.

The hotel staffs are well trained. Ms Amy is very helpful on providing us information on how to go around Guilin as it is our first time to visit the city. My wife really appreciate Ms Amy's professionalism and patience in explaining to us each details. The rooftop deck view is awesome for watching sunset. Breakfast selection also good. The hotel offers local fruits which I really like to help local economy But also ECO friendly as less transportation distance is needed to bring foods to the restaurant. For sure we will be back to this hotel 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

The location of the hotel is very good, right on the edge of Yulong River with pleasant scenery. The decoration of the hotel is also very unique. Hotel service is better. The breakfast is also very unique. It would be perfect if the coffee for breakfast and afternoon tea were the same. The hotel environment is superb. The scenery around the hotel is even more beautiful. Butler Onion and Xiao Xiao's service is very good, thumbs up for their service. 👍

Amazing hotel, I guess it has been renovated recently . The room is magnetic, and the staff can speak English quite well . Swimming pool, jacuzzis (3 of them), sauna and steam room, excellent gym with table tennis 🏓 equipments makes this property and excellent place to stay. Breakfast was excellent as I am a huge fan of Chinese food, not much of western food, but there are kids station, bread, coffee (good one) , sausage and bacon, and several other options of pastries such as croissants and danish. Thanks XiaoWu小伍 for the amazing service guiding us around the rooftop, taking pictures of us, and giving assistance providing all the important information on how to enjoy the hotel facilities . the only bad thing is the costumers , a huge amount of them smoke everywhere although there are signs saying the whole property is forbidden to smoke. The hotel should remove the ashtrays in front of the elevators . Unfortunately it is a problem in China when you go to hotels and makes very unpleasant the shared ventilation bringing smoking smell into other people’s room.

The location of the hotel is absolutely fantastic! It is right across the Elephant Trunk Hill and you can get nice view from the balcony of their restaurant on the sixth floor. We booked a dinner there and the food was excellent! We also enjoyed the beautiful day and night views of the river and Elephant Trunk Hill while having our dinner. The late summer breeze makes the whole experience even better. Highly recommend it!

We chose this hotel because it has its own parking lot, which is a rare location on West Street. The hotel is 1.1 kilometers away from West Street, so it is very quiet. There are too many people on West Street and it’s too chaotic. We took a 14-yuan taxi ride from the hotel to Jima Pier and took a bamboo rafting ride, which was very convenient. The hotel was opened in 2021. It is very new, the rooms are large, and the breakfast is really good, combining Chinese and Western styles. The video is from the sunrise I went to the 9th floor terrace this morning. It’s not bad.

The hotel is in really nice location, close to West street, like 2 minutes away. I liked to room and design of it. Breakfast was tasty, even have western breakfast meals. First of all, their 270-degree viewing room is absolutely bright! The room is super big and the view is stunning! It’s simply a paradise for ins style! 😍 And their infinity pool is amazing! But the season I came here was too cold, but I can imagine that it would be comfortable and fun to swim in it🏊♀️ Also, you can’t miss the hotel’s rooftop rooftop when you come to this hotel! This is definitely a great place to take photos! My circle of friends was flooded with photos! 📸 And the photographer is free! free! free! 💕 I love the rice field boss so much! I really understand girls’ hearts ❤️ Moreover, the service in this hotel is also very considerate! There are several sets of clothes you can change into in the store, so you can definitely take some super beautiful photos! 😉 Best of all, this hotel has just been renovated, and the 22-year-old freshness is hard to put down! When we arrived in Yangshuo during the off-season, our housekeeper Mingyu upgraded us to a room with a view for free. Her service was very good and she also recommended many local fun places to us. The room is very smart, very clean, and the stay is very comfortable! The hotel also provides half an hour of travel photography. The photographer takes beautiful photos and the service is great! I will definitely come back next time [strong]

We had a wonderful stay at banyan tree. I have a 2 year old boy and he enjoyed his stay very much. There’s lots of small animals at the hotel and a very nice fish pond with ducks and peacocks. The hotel room is very spacious and we have a backyard as well which is very lovely. One of the highlights of the stay is my personal assistant Emily, she’s super quick in response and helped me every day with my sudden requests of questions. Special thanks to Emily and the manager Ailsa who managed to find my lost ring at the mini golf area. The chance of finding a lost ring from the grass area is almost close to zero but you guys amazingly went out there and got it for me! Thank you so much for your service and I truly appreciate it!!

This hotel was chosen as I liked that it is children-friendly inside out. We went by Didi from Guilin. The ride was about 1.5h long. Hotel was situated at the end of the road. It is exclusive yet convenient to go out with the bicycle. Beside the hotel is a bicycle/scooter rental shop. Prices are reasonable (bicycle was charged 40rmb for the whole day). There is a very serene cycling track along the river. You can ask the friendly staff for direction. There are restaurant options within 500m radius. In general meals are quite expensive in Guilin/Yangshuo (about 150rmb for three). Hotel provides delicious meals with comparable prices. Housekeeping was done well and hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. The staff can help to arrange for car rides and help to purchase entrance tickets at discounted prices. I would recommend to take their car to attraction sites because such places are quite remote and it is almost impossible to find a Didi there and back. We had the family room, facing the river. Noise cancellation was ok. We just didnt like that the neighbours were slamming their doors and other tourists were loud. Anyway, the room itself was neat and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and they provided a stepper and a toddler toilet seat which were perfect for our little boy. The couch was quite a disappointment. It has no support and we dread sitting on it after a long day out. And we felt that it would be nice to have a cabinet to put out clothes instead of living out of suitcases. The hotel facilities are exceptional though! You can borrow fishing equipments to fish by the river. They provide football and bows and arrows for kids to play at the big field. There is a sandpit, an indoor and an outdoor playground, an outdoor pool, an area with chickens, guinea pigs, rabbits and fresh vegetables and i think you could also ask to use their bbq pits. We had a great eight days at this hotel and would highly recommend it :)

Let me talk about the good things first: the hotel has a great view, located between mountains and water, which is really suitable for daydreaming. There were even quite a few surprises when I just checked in. The room was large, there was an infinity pool and hot spring, and there was a shuttle bus for pick-up. Let's talk about the bad things: At night, many unsatisfactory points came out. First of all, the water in the bathtub was yellow. Although I asked the front desk, they said it was the water in the water pipe and it would be fine if I let it sit for a while, and then I let it sit for at least half an hour before it looked normal. In addition, there were stains on the towels. Although they explained that they were scalded by disinfection, I think it's not right for a hotel at this price not to pay attention to these details. Finally, the most unbearable thing for me was that the air conditioner was set to cool but the hot air was out, which made it difficult to fall asleep at night. I asked the customer service but the problem was not solved. Finally, I had no choice but to turn off the air conditioner and open the balcony door, but I was bitten by mosquitoes and couldn't fall asleep, resulting in a sleepless night.

Nanning Hotel is the best and earliest five-star hotel with a unique location. It is located next to Minzu Avenue, opposite a large shopping mall and supermarket, and there are all kinds of business districts nearby. The hotel service is warm, thoughtful and considerate. The front desk staff feels like home. They are eager to help the elderly when they see them. The Jinxiu Building restaurant has a full range of varieties. The morning tea on the fourth floor does not taste too good. You can drink all-you-can-eat oil tea for free. All kinds of food are delicious. Wow, the big bed is two meters wide, making it quiet and comfortable to sleep in. It was my first experience with the bathroom sensor light, which was really convenient. Old friends and fans must order it every time they come here, and various meetings are held here. It turns out to be the old place of the Confucius Temple. No wonder it is a treasure of Feng Shui. If you love Nanning, you will love Nanning Hotel! The price/performance ratio is very high. It costs more than 200 to stay in such a good five-star hotel. I will only stay here when I come to Nanning in the future! There is no second home!

room was very clean and well maintained, lightly scented with aroma diffuser. tap react to changes quite quickly so i was able to get the appropriate temperature for shower in the cold weather instead of freezing in the bathroom

Really great hotel. Maybe only Shangri-la next door looks better as it is the latest hotel. But Shangri-la is best almost double that of Crowne Plaza, so I will still choose this hotel over Shangri-la. The dim sum on the second floor (I think ot is 2nd floor, I not too sure as I am writing this review aost 10 days after) is also delectable!

A Really good stay, literally close to the airport which made convenient to me to wait for my next plane till morning, I didn’t expect that much organization, clean room, and good service, even only spending one day, I totally recommend, next time i will definitely spend more time.

This hotel has superb location, only 2 minutes to Zhongshan Food Street and 4 minutes to Pedestrian Street. Distance to nearest subway station (Xinmin Road Station) is 8 minutes. The amenities are very well maintained and all functioned well. There is even a swimming pool on ground floor. The restaurant on ground floor serves very good dimsum. Beds are wide and very comfortable. I will stay at Yongjiang Hotel again when I come back to Nanning.

Nanning R&F Wanda Vista Hotel is located in the city center, with convenient transportation, a strong commercial atmosphere around it, and very convenient dining and entertainment. The most rare thing is that the hotel staff are warm and thoughtful, not only providing professional services, but also giving people a warm feeling. Special recognition: Mandarin Angel Xiao Yang. Greet guests' special needs in advance before check-in, and also greet guests from time to time during their stay! very nice

Everything went very well for a 5 stars hotel. The view is great! All the decorations and hardware are very good. Amazing pool and gym on 71st. floor with the view over the city. Very good breakfast serving on 5th. floor. Employees are very polite and helpful but ,their knowledge still needs to be improved for a 5 Stars hotel.

This hotel is WOW! Looks just like the pictures. Friendly + helpful staff. Decent breakfasts (both Chinese + Western). Great location, about 5 minutes walk from MixC mall or Hangyang mall. Subway line 1 stops are found next to the each mall. Room was amazing & luxuriously comfortable! Only problems were a loud creaky sound on the room's wooden floor and irresponsible guests who smoked in the passages without permission, leaving an unpleasant smell behind for non smokers. I would still do future stay at this hotel as I believe my complaints are isolated cases that don't always occur.

First of all, the location is excellent. You can walk more than ten steps from the subway entrance to the hotel entrance. Secondly, the service is very warm. From the front desk to the floor, all the staff we met greeted us warmly. The room facilities are well-equipped, and the best thing is the bed. Soft, big and comfortable. There is also a clothes drying rack on the balcony, which is very convenient. The clothes washed that night were hung up until check-out the next day. In addition, the room was very clean. The first choice of Longguang Nalian Hotel is the right choice. The location is very good. It is only a ten-minute walk from the ASEAN Business District subway. It is also very close to the 5A scenic spot Qingxiu Mountain and the large shopping mall Vientiane City. The staff of the hotel are also very enthusiastic. They will say hello when passing by the front desk. Lucy, Vivian, Maylin, Rena, and Nicole from the hotel's loyal customer department are all very nice, with good attitude and considerate service. Since they are traveling with an elderly person with limited mobility, they Quickly helped me solve a lot of problems. The room is large, clean and tidy. When I wake up in the room in the morning, I see the unparalleled view of the clouds outside the window. It is amazing. The breakfast is rich and varied. I will stay at Longguang Nalian Hotel next time.
