XinbuzaiyanyaThis is our third year celebrating Chinese New Year at the Sheraton Guan. Overall, it's pretty good; the room and dining services are excellent. Just a heads-up for anyone visiting in winter: avoid rooms facing south. They get incredibly hot. The hotel's central AC only blows hot air, and with the direct sunlight, the room becomes unbearable for sleeping. To make matters worse, the windows only open a tiny crack – it was truly a struggle!

The room service staff were enthusiastic and polite, responding quickly to requests with thoughtful and attentive service. The entire room was cleaned meticulously, with corners and bathrooms spotless. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the mattress was just the right firmness – very relaxing to lie on, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Overall, I was very satisfied with everything. It's my top choice for travel accommodations, and I'll definitely come back again.

Guest UserThis trip to Aranya, I chose the Noark Far & Near, and the experience far exceeded my expectations. It's truly an ideal choice for a relaxing and therapeutic getaway.
The hotel is located in the serene, Phase 10 area, away from the hustle and bustle of the South Shore. The hotel's shuttle service is on-call, and the park shuttle runs regularly, making it convenient to get to the Chapel, Library, and commercial districts. It perfectly balances tranquility with accessibility.
As a new hotel opened in 2025, all the facilities are brand new. The rooms are spacious, and the deep sleep amenities truly live up to their reputation – full blackout curtains and high-end bedding ensured an exceptionally peaceful sleep. The rooms are equipped with a BOSE speaker and a smart toilet, and the minibar drinks and snacks are complimentary. Every detail exudes quality.
The public areas are designed with a strong artistic flair, and the lobby scent is luxurious. The outdoor pool, gym, and meditation space are all well-appointed, so even if you don't want to go out, you can still have a very comfortable stay within the hotel. The restaurant on the first floor offers delicious food, and the breakfast selection is extensive.
The service was gentle yet discreet. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the shuttle drivers were very thoughtful. Throughout my stay, there was no feeling of awkwardness from excessive service. This is definitely a hotel I would stay at again on my next visit to Aranya.

Guest UserCompared to the bustling Thaiwoo Ski Resort, I much preferred the tranquility of Genting Secret Garden Hotel. The design aesthetic was dark and minimalist, with a subtle Jurlique fragrance lingering in the air. Opening the curtains, I could gaze out at the distant Yushiliang Peak.
I was so glad I arrived a few days before the Spartan race, allowing me to quietly soak in the beauty of the place. It was only a 500-meter walk to the main race venue, and after finishing, it was a quick 5-minute stroll back to the hotel for a hot shower! I'd definitely come back here for skiing in winter. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning in summer, which my husband complained about for all four nights. I'd suggest the hotel install AC units in the rooms for the summer months!
Minor incident: After checking out, we had already driven to Zhangbei Grassland when my husband realized he'd left his headphones at the hotel. We called the hotel, hoping for the best. The lovely lady from the reservations department contacted housekeeping to search for the lost headphones and immediately arranged for them to be sent via SF Express. Five-star service, truly!!!

Guest UserThe location is fantastic, perfect for relaxing and taking a stroll. You can easily walk or bike to Qinhuang Alley without needing a car. Location has always been Shangri-La's strong suit, which is why even if the facilities are a bit dated, I still prioritize staying here when I travel. While the facilities are a little old, they are well-maintained. The cleanliness is acceptable. The environment is absolutely wonderful. I even caught a wedding during my two-day stay. Since I was just relaxing anyway, I spent the whole morning watching from the balcony – congratulations to the happy couple! Breakfast was mediocre, crowded and chaotic, and the food was just so-so. The service was okay.

Guest UserThe room is spacious and clean with a balcony, with children's bathrobes, slippers and mouthwash cups, very intimate. There are welcome fruits and drinks every day, and you can interact with cute pets downstairs. The children are super happy. The breakfast is rich and amazing. I recommend the hotel's Luyu restaurant. The dishes taste great. Thanks to the hotel butler Zhou Shuang for his thoughtful service, timely reply to the information, patient and thoughtful!

ChaojidanAbsolutely loved this room! The view was incredible, and the room itself was spotless. Having a washer-dryer combo was a huge bonus – my dirty competition clothes were perfectly clean afterward. The sunset over the Genting mountains was truly atmospheric. I especially want to commend Mali Jiao; she was so kind and friendly. She handled the check-in process smoothly, thoughtfully recommended the best spots for viewing from the terrace, and patiently answered all my questions about dining. The hotel is nestled in the mountains and wilderness, so even in summer, there's no need to blast the air conditioning; the natural breeze is wonderfully refreshing. The attentive service truly enhanced our romantic trip.

Guest UserI usually stay at one of two hotels when I'm on business in Cangzhou: the Golden Lion Hotel or the Arcadia. The front desk staff, especially Li Huize, provided excellent and thoughtful service, even preparing welcome gifts and drinks.
First, about the room: it was clean, but the facilities were outdated. There wasn't even a USB port in the room, which I suggest the hotel updates.
Next, the service: there was no doorman at the entrance to open the car door or help with luggage upon arrival. The service felt impersonal. This is definitely something the hotel should learn from the Golden Lion Hotel, where the service is much more welcoming and enthusiastic.
Furthermore, the hotel's room service staff were not very warm; they seemed rather aloof. And the hallway had a pervasive musty smell.
Finally, the hotel breakfast: the variety was not as good as the Golden Lion. The ham sausages were not pure meat, but starchy, and the bacon also looked pale and not like pure meat. There were no desserts, and the lamb intestine soup wasn't freshly prepared. When I called for ice to my room, it was brought in a large ramen-style bowl, not an ice bucket. This really felt out of place for a five-star hotel.

Anonymous UserThe InterContinental Shijiazhuang R&F is in an excellent location, right next to Wanda Plaza and Train Head Night Market, making it a lively and bustling commercial hub. The surrounding parks offer pleasant scenery, and the overall transportation network is very convenient. The rooms are clean and tidy, creating a comfortable living environment. Our butler, Bella, provided warm, attentive, and thoughtful service. The hotel breakfast offers a rich and diverse selection, with outstanding flavors. It's an exceptionally suitable stay whether you're traveling for business or leisure.

Anonymous UserThe hotel is a bit old, but we were very satisfied with all the services during our three-day stay. We arrived around noon and check-in took about ten minutes. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially since we had an elderly person with mobility issues – all our requests were met. Dining at the hotel's tea restaurant was a pleasant experience; the service was attentive, and the ingredients were fresh. The concierge was very responsive to messages and quick to resolve any issues. After checking out, the hotel even called to ask if we needed assistance in retrieving an item we'd left behind in the room. All in all, our three days were very pleasant.
