A lovely stay it was, the front desk was welcoming, polite and extremely helpful. The hotel itself is truly beautiful, the scenery and atmosphere was just amazing. I would like to believe they have the fastest elevator in the city. The room was really elegant, classy and very clean. The bedding was well set with clean soft fabric😍😍😍. The kitchen provided a delicious breakfast, variety of dishes just many options. Am in love with the place. I totally recommend the hotel. The location perfect easy to get to, close to Hankou, Han street and there’s a subway Qingyuzui station for those who may prefer public transport.

Find our skyscraper hotel on the banks of the Yangtze River, just 10 kilometers from the Wuhan Business District. Zhongjiacun commercial area and Yellow Crane Tower are 15 minutes away, and we’re two kilometers from Guiyuan Buddhist Temple. Enjoy our health club and spa, indoor pool, and tennis courts. Parking’s on us.

This is our first trip to Wuhan and mainly for visiting relatives who live in Wuhan. Our first impression at Sheraton hotel is good. Started with the bell boy who greet us when we arrived at the hotel and help us with our big luggage. We have left one parcel at the taxi without notice. After we checked in the hotel we then realised that the parcel was left at the taxi. The concierge by the name of Owmen Zhou(周星驰）who is very kind and help us to call the taxi company to locate the taxi driver who drop us at the hotel and informed him to return the parcel to us ASAP and really appreciate his services and kindness. He did extra-miles to ensure we received our parcel on-time. in addition, he also introduced us the exhibition that the hotel have co-joined with the Wuhan museum to show case the impression of Wuhan city which gave us some insight of the Wuhan City. Even the house-keeper who are very kind and did a good job for the room. In general, we have good impression about this hotel and we strongly recommend to our friends who want to stay at Wuhan. Once again, a big thank you to the staffs at Sheraton hotel and make our stay at Sheraton a very pleasant one ! will come back again next time.

We were supposed to stay for 5 days but extended for 6 then 7 days 😁🤭 All of the staff (from the reception to the room service and the pool) were amazing, helpful and very kind. The doorman were so patient with my kid where she wanted to go in and out on the turning door at the entrance 😂. I highly recommend and will always be at that hotel for my next trip in Wuhan ❤️☀️ Oh! And the breakfast is awesome 😍

Good location downtown and close to MixC shopping centre. Hotel itself is a bit 90s in style and could do with an update/refresh but has been kept in pretty good condition considering. Room clean enough and very spacious. Breakfast was underwhelming, with fairly limited options for a five star hotel. Service decent.

The room was large and clean and the service was very kind. The weather was cold and the staff moved the takeaway table to the room, which was very intimate. The hotel is very close to the stadium and very convenient. There is also a self-service laundry room, which is very convenient for washing and drying.

Faced abit of hiccups when my room key can’t work after I check in. It happened twice even when they came up with a new key. Hence I went down to the lobby to ask for a change of room. They were kind enough to upgrade me to a suite for free. It was in good location as it is next to the wuhan show and across the ChuHan shopping street. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

This is the first time we came to Wuhan and we received great hospitality from this hotel. The hotel is clean with great amenities and I want specially thanks Miyan Dang and Thomas Tang for helping us to order Mei Tuan. We are both foreigner and basically we cannot order any food via the Mei Tuan app. Thanks to both the Westin staffs for helping us to order our dinner and branch and send up to our room. They even let us extend our room until 2pm instead of normal check out time.

I have been to Yichang for business many times. This is my first time staying at Crowne Plaza Wanda Plaza Yichang. The front desk lady, Ms. Zheng, was very welcoming. Because the room I booked did not include breakfast, Ms. Zheng also sent me breakfast. After checking in, the room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast in the morning was also very rich and tasted very good. The whole experience was great. Next time I come to Yichang on a business trip, I will first stay at Crowne Plaza Wanda Plaza

I want to give this river view hotel a super five-star praise! The hotel receptionist Niu Xiaoliang is very enthusiastic. The hotel is in an excellent location, facing the river. You can see the magnificent river view when you open the window. The surrounding transportation is convenient and you can travel without worries. The environment is elegant and quiet, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the facilities are complete. You can also enjoy the magnificent scenery of sunrise and sunset in the hotel, and the river view at night is even more dazzling and charming.

I traveled solo to Yichang and was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. From the moment I checked in, the front desk staff were extremely courteous, assisting me in finding a meal before bedtime and showing me to my room. 小王 was particularly helpful, offering extensive travel recommendations for her city. The hotel is new, with excellent and spotless facilities. The bed was cozy, and I received a complimentary upgrade to a river-view room, offering a magnificent view of the Yangtze. A complimentary fruit platter was waiting for me as well. The location is superb, ideal for strolls along the river, and within walking distance of major shopping malls and parks. I will stay here again if I return to Yichang.

fabulous large room with a great view, very comfortable bed and pillows and exquisite bedding.  location. Excellent with local shops and restaurants and tube station three minutes walk away. wi-Fi was fast and consistent in the room, which I have found a problem at other Chinese hotels I am a solo traveller and the staff went out of their way to take care of me . They organised a superb driver for me to do some private tourist activities ( the waterfalls were out of this world and not so crowded, which I really appreciated). The bathroom is particularly nice with a really big shower and a bath tub plus lovely fluffy towels.  breakfasts were really good with a wide selection of healthy and also more typical offerings and unusual for China. The coffee was good quality. One of the standout hotels, I have stayed in In China

Opposite the hotel is Jiangtan Park, the scenery is very good, you can see the Yangtze River when you open the window upstairs, and you can feel the river breeze when you open the window. When you walk into the hotel, you can see the front desk staff greeting you warmly, check-in is also very fast, the room facilities are complete, and the experience is very pleasant 😀

挺好的，這次大年初四從湖北恩施州來鳳縣返回十堰市，途徑宜昌時訂了這家親子酒店，一路上遇到堵車，晚上很晚才到酒店，這家酒店有幾個最大優點，點評一下： 1.床、被子、枕頭。都很舒服，枕頭比較軟，被子厚薄合適。晚上睡得很好，酒店周邊很安靜。 2.價格。這次訂了親子套房，本來價格不貴，加上我是鉑金會員，可以用積分當現金用，最後價格合下來才249元一晚，性價比超高了。 3.早餐。親子套房自帶2份早餐，小童加早餐25一人，早餐基本品種都有，春節期間外面幾乎沒有吃的，在酒店吃就很方便。 4.親子（房間）設施。馬桶帶有小童座椅，挺人性化。酒店送的親子洗漱用品也很不錯，都是小份便攜裝的。親子套房有一張1.8米、一張1米的床，我們家兩成人、兩小孩，就需要這種搭配，房間裏面還有小帳篷、小童玩偶、一個沙發，沙發我們晚上是放在床邊靠着的，怕孩子從床上掉下來，起到防護作用。房間內及酒店大廳還有免費零食，這也是之前網友評價過的。 5.停車。就在負一樓車庫，電梯直達房間，前台登記免停車費。 總之，這家酒店各方面都挺人性化的，性價比也很高，網上之前的評價是非常客觀的，值得推薦！
