Very comfortable and spacious room. All rooms have a great view of the river. Service in the lounge is excellent, gym and pool are of a very high standard.

Ann from the front desk is soo helpful and nice and friendly. Her English is pretty good and she made sure our stay was comfortable. The manager was also nice and he sent us by himself to our room. The whole place and area are quite nice and interesting. The breakfast was also good

The wisest choice for this trip was to choose Sheraton Hotel. There are many hotels in Nanchang. We chose and chose, and finally chose Sheraton based on the principle of convenience. A treasure hotel with unexpected surprises! Because I saw that the hotel has a standard-sized swimming pool, I was skeptical about this old hotel that opened in 2008 and was renovated in 2018. I tried staying there for one night, but I didn't expect to find a treasure. First of all, the front desk lady was very nice and helped me upgrade the room. The room was clean and tidy, and the service response was very fast. In the evening, you can see the sunset and lights of Tengwang Pavilion when sitting in the room. The buffet breakfast in the revolving restaurant the next day was also very rich. It was a particularly worthwhile experience 😘

This particular trip was for my birthday and the staff was so kind to help us celebrate. From the decorations to the pool to the huge tub (I love baths!) and yummy breakfast. It was just the celebration I was looking for. So thankful they are just a Didi away! They even decorated my friend’s room too! The locker rooms have a steam room but it’s not constantly on. You have to ask them to turn it on and it takes awhile to heat up so, if you know you want to use it let the staff know well ahead of time. You can get massages but I have a regular place I love in the city that isn’t as pricey so I just go there. Sometimes breakfast is amazing and sometimes it’s ok…depends on what’s available I think. The best part! A miracle! I locked my passport and wallet in the room safe. Something I rarely do. Well, 3 days later I received a call from the front desk telling me they found my belongs in the room. I hadn’t even realized! Smh…I was so grateful. I ran over immediately and was given everything (after a few questions to make sure it was really me ). Nothing was missing! I’m still in shock and awe. Thanks again to the man at the front desk with excellent English and a kind demeanor who helped with my wallet. Really everyone was wonderful and it really makes a difference. I tell everyone to stay there and it’s because of the great service. Thanks Primus! I’m sure I’ll be back before work starts up again in February 2023. 新年快乐🎉🎆

First impression entering the hotel; lack of the typical Hilton scent, and overall 5 star appearance. The lobby has several stands promoting things I can’t tell what is was in Chinese. This is typical in many Chinese hotels but it lacks the 5 star ambiance. Furthermore, near the lobby bar is a nice dessert cabinet filled with Pepsi and mineral water….why? and next to the entrance some ridiculous game boxes that makes no sense. The room was ok, good size and no issues, good cleaning. The pool was ok too but with a small and rather boring gym next door. The dinner buffet was good and for the price which included free flow of a SA mediocre red wine and beer nothing much to complaint about. The poorest part was breakfast and that was depressing, especially for someone expecting a bit of western and Hilton quality, bread selection poor. It’s ok to have a limited selection but at least make the limited selection good and fresh og the day, don’t serve 2 days old bread, that is unacceptable.

The location is not so far and you can walk from Shangrao station about two blocks opposite the station in 8-10 mins. Everything is perfect . Room is very wide and has hi tech technology for any facilities equipment in the room. The breakfast line is great. At night you can walk around the area to find food stall or restaurant for your dinner. There is 1-2 minimart. The front staff is so kind and has a good service to call a taxi for us on the rainy day. Recommend this hotel if u want to visit Shangrao for sightseeing.

The reservation was made at the Pullman and was upgraded to the Steigenberger Hotel. This is the third time I have stayed at the Steigenberger Hotel. To be honest, the hygiene of this hotel is worse than every time, it is visibly dirty. There was a layer of dust on the mirror, there were spots on the carpet, and the edges and seams of the room were all gray. The hotel concierge is useless and has a very bad attitude.

The highest-end hotel in Huangling. I had high expectations before I checked in and was worried that the room rate would not be worth it. After checking in, I felt relieved, especially the view was very healing. The houses of Yishanju are all on Hua Street, which is very quiet. The hotel facilities and services are also quite good. The food in the whole Huangling is very bad, and the buffet provided by the hotel is probably the best.
