Every time I visit Jilin, I stay at this hotel, the best in Jiangcheng, always opting for a river-view room. This time, I encountered Ms. Zhuzi at the front desk, who was incredibly warm and attentive. She even gave me discount vouchers, which came in handy for dinner at the 38th floor restaurant. Every staff member I met was friendly and enthusiastic, and I hope they continue to maintain this high standard. I'll definitely be back!

I was thrilled to get a free upgrade to a mountain view room. The peak was right opposite my window, offering a beautiful and expansive view. The room layout was practical, and the fact that you needed a key card to access the elevator floor really made me feel secure. Although the room facilities weren't brand new, they were well-maintained. The butler service was incredibly enthusiastic, attentive, and thorough, and the housekeeping staff were also very friendly. Overall, I was impressed with all the services during my stay. If I ever visit Changbai Mountain again, I'll definitely choose Crowne Plaza Hot Spring Hotel!

The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to the floating market and West Market, and the views are great too. The room facilities seem to have been updated, though the shower switch is a bit stiff and requires some force to operate. Other than that, everything else is good. There are also some nice service details, like a takeaway meal box recycling bin, which helps keep the room free of odors. The hotel service is generally very good, and the VIP service is excellent, providing thorough care. The hotel's food and travel guides are very practical.

The room was very comfortable, and the breakfast had a great variety. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful; they even swapped out the coffee for any other drink for the complimentary afternoon tea since I was with my child, which was so considerate. Plus, the sunset views from here are absolutely stunning.

Stepping into the Grand Hyatt Changchun again, a familiar warmth enveloped me. On the coffee table lay a handwritten welcome card – the same familiar handwriting, a faint scent of ink, like a note left by an old friend. I've stayed here countless times; I'm no longer just a guest, but someone returning home. The hotel remembers my preferences, and they take the time to carefully craft a 'welcome back' that feels like poetry. No matter how rushed my travels, seeing those words immediately puts my mind at ease. It's not a perfunctory printout, but a sincere, handwritten gesture. In an era where everything is fast-paced, it's truly a gentle touch of hospitality when someone is willing to slow down for you. My heart settled. This, perhaps, is what true, elevated hospitality looks like: no templates, just heartfelt care.

Fantastic! The front desk sold some lovely cultural and creative products, which saved me time from shopping elsewhere. They also gave us complimentary tickets to the bathhouse, and we practically had the third floor to ourselves. Breakfast was incredibly rich and varied, and the housekeeping service was very thoughtful. Noticing I enjoyed coffee, they deliberately left extra packets and even a kind note.

Choosing the Hyatt for my May Day holiday was definitely the right decision! The hotel's location is fantastic; it's right on the commercial street and close to all the entertainment, probably the best location in the whole area. Breakfast was also superb; I stayed for two days and was pleasantly surprised every morning. The lovely lady at the front desk even helped us get a room upgrade, so the room was extra large and spacious. All the amenities and benefits were great. I'll definitely be back!

Changbai Mountain DoubleTree by Hilton, excellent service, skiing, and hot springs – highly recommend! They provide a dedicated concierge who helps with itinerary planning, offering a one-stop service. The complimentary access to Hongsongwang Ski Resort was great; my child played for 3 hours and had a fantastic time. The hotel is located near the old gate of Changbai Mountain, and the scenic drive along G331 National Highway offers stunning views. The hotel has its own volcanic hot springs. The experience of outdoor snow and hot springs is truly unique! It's definitely a top choice for a vacation to the North Slope of Changbai Mountain!

The hotel environment is undeniably beautiful. We had a packed two-day itinerary, so we didn't stay long enough to fully enjoy all the amenities, but the hotel breakfast was incredibly diverse. The hot spring area was also very comfortable and beautiful, with very few people around. The hotel's small forest and swings were great, and the blue hour was absolutely stunning. The room was spacious, the bed was huge, and the bathtub was perfect for a soak – they even provided disposable tub liners. Anything we needed was delivered promptly, and the butler service deserves a five-star rating!

Due to a change in our itinerary, we booked a hotel on short notice. Upon check-in, we found it far exceeded our expectations. The room was clean and tidy, the service staff was very professional, and a heartwarming incident occurred. After checking out, I was over 100 kilometers away from the hotel when I realized I had left my wallet in the room. After contacting the hotel, the staff immediately helped me find my wallet. Because cash can't be delivered by express, the waiter put the money in my card and transferred it to me via WeChat. They were very patient throughout the process, and the problem was quickly resolved. It's inevitable that there will be omissions when you're away from home, but it's very touching to meet such people! A big thumbs up to the hotel staff 👍🏻

GGuest UserThis is our second time staying at Jinhua Suite Hotel this snow season! Manager Tang Xiaohan from the hotel called and messaged us on WeChat beforehand to understand all our needs in detail. During our stay, she'd remind us about the weather every day and even proactively offered hand warmers when it was cold. I especially want to thank Manager Tang for her exceptional dedication in helping us arrange a ski instructor for our child. When one day's ski lesson couldn't be booked, Manager Tang tirelessly helped me refresh the mini-program every day to see if there were any available instructors. It truly touched this old mother's heart! The hotel's location is super convenient for skiing; the ski center and restaurants are right downstairs. The hotel also has its own laundry room, which is a great plus. See you next snow season!

VVxiaobeiThis was my second stay at a Wanda property. Because hotel prices were much higher than usual at Wanda during Chinese New Year, I opted for the Sheraton instead, even though two nights still cost nearly 7,000 RMB. But to my surprise, I was disappointed in every aspect… Firstly, on February 16th, as soon as I entered the lobby, I saw guests arguing with hotel staff. I wasn't sure about the specific reason, but I already had a bad feeling. Secondly, February 16th was Chinese New Year's Eve. My family of three was watching the Spring Festival Gala in the room, and when we tried to pull down the shower curtain, it was broken. After reporting it, we found that even when the curtain was down, it was still see-through… I nearly fainted! This might be okay for couples, but if you're traveling with friends or family with kids, wouldn't that be incredibly awkward? Then, when we were ready to sleep that night, we discovered an issue with the toilet – there was a constant dripping sound, which was driving me crazy. It was Chinese New Year and the middle of the night, so I decided to deal with it the next day. I communicated with the hotel concierge in the morning but never heard back about a resolution. After breakfast, I had to speak to the front desk myself to get a room change… It was a huge hassle, moving from one end of the hotel to the other (a very long walk, dragging suitcases for 10 minutes, and taking two different elevators). The most ridiculous part was that this concierge, after we checked in, enthusiastically recommended various paid activities to us, and we even booked some through him… Ha! During Chinese New Year, I didn't want to ruin our trip or make things difficult for the staff who were still working. So, I tried to keep my negative emotions to myself. However, an old, established hotel, even if it's been open for a long time, isn't excused from all problems. Proper equipment maintenance and staff quality training are just basic operational necessities, aren't they? If they only think about making money from customers' pockets without any sincerity, how far can they really go?

GGuest UserThe hotel service was absolutely wonderful! When we checked in, the front desk saw we were cold and immediately offered us warm bottled water. Our room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. When we went to the hot springs, the staff member managing the area was so enthusiastic. She constantly reminded us to be safe and even specially guided us to try the outdoor hot springs, which was a 100% amazing experience. Despite the cold weather, we truly felt the warmth and hospitality from the hot springs staff. She even helped us take a group photo – fantastic! 👍 Breakfast was also excellent, with delicious food and even frozen sliced pears. Next time I come to Changbai Mountain, this hotel will definitely be my first choice.

LLuciano BendiGreat experience at Swissôtel Changbaishan! The service was incredible from start to finish. We were able to check into our room immediately upon arrival at 11am and were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade — from a standard queen room to a spacious suite with a separate living area, kitchen, and two bathrooms. A fantastic way to start the trip. The staff were extremely friendly and responsive, offering almost round-the-clock support via WeChat with very quick replies. The built-in translation feature made communication smooth and easy, which we really appreciated. The location itself is beautiful. The European-inspired architecture and charming walking street genuinely make it feel like a small Swiss mountain town — aside from the many Chinese restaurants, of course. It’s a very scenic and relaxing environment. Breakfast offered a great variety of options, including a standard Western/English breakfast along with plenty of Chinese and ASEAN dishes. Something for everyone. The ski center and slopes are just a short walk away, which is very convenient. Do note that this area mainly offers green and blue runs, the mountain is relatively small and doesn’t have more challenging slopes. It’s perfect for beginners or those looking to practice, but advanced skiers may find it limited. We arrived toward the end of the season, so the snow was starting to melt. However, the slopes were still very well maintained, smooth and surprisingly free of icy patches. Ski rentals are available at the ski center. Basic skis and equipment are included free of charge, while gloves and goggles can be rented for a small fee. After skiing, we visited the spa at Club Med, which was included in the room rate. The facility was surprisingly large, featuring outdoor hot springs (onsen-style pools), saunas, steam rooms, and massage services, the perfect way to unwind after a day on the slopes. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and a great destination for a relaxed ski getaway.

GGuest UserMy experience at Shangri-La Changchun was absolutely perfect. The hotel is located in the city center, making transportation convenient and getting around a breeze. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with excellent soundproofing, ensuring a good night's sleep even in a roadside room. The service details were impeccable; the front desk staff, especially a young lady, was warm and attentive, even offering complimentary breakfast for my child. Breakfast was abundant and delicious. Check-in was efficient and swift, with a professional and friendly attitude, and they were always ready to assist. The gym and heated pool facilities are well-equipped, and I'd love to try them out next time. This will definitely be my first choice when I visit Changchun again.

GGuest UserPark Hyatt is the best hotel in Changbaishan town, with the most prime location and views. It has a private ski-in/ski-out access right outside, leading directly to the gondola station, which is incredibly convenient. The rooms are spacious and very quiet, though the temperature was a bit low. The swimming pool and hot springs are excellent, with comfortable water temperatures, making for a great experience. While the breakfast selection isn't extensive, the quality is good. It's definitely the top choice for skiing at Wanda.

NNorazman Bin MohamadRecommended! The staff were very helpful even few weeks before our check in date. Managed to communicate with the staff via we chat. They helped to arrange for our activities there together with the transportation. They suggested activities to be done and update us from time to time. Communication was easy. Rooms were clean. As we came at the end of season, feels like a private place for us, less crowd. Ski and hot spring package was a bonus. Glad that Jack made us more comfortable!,kudos to jack
