Before check-in, Cherry reached out to me, meticulously asking about my needs and arranging a connecting room for my extended stay. When I returned in the evening, turndown service was already done, the complimentary snacks were delicious, and an extra tea pillow was provided. The next day, after hearing my friend and I were going to a concert, they thoughtfully prepared chocolates for us to boost our energy – and I have to say, the chocolates were super tasty! For the second night's turndown service, they even prepared it based on which side of the bed I slept on the first night, which was a very thoughtful detail. Regarding the facilities, since the hotel is a bit older, the carpets were indeed a bit worn, but everything else was impeccable. If I get the chance to visit again, I would definitely choose to stay here.

The hotel is located within the scenic area, and you can see Siguniang Mountain right from your room window – the view is absolutely stunning. You can't drive directly to the hotel, but their shuttle service can pick you up and drop you off in town, which is still quite convenient. The service was excellent; they were very accommodating and met almost every request. Couldn't fault it. The hotel environment is also great. The rooms are clean, well-equipped, and they even provide complimentary drinks and snacks. Just a heads-up: Siguniang Mountain is quite high in elevation, and the hotel itself is over 3,000 meters up. So, if you're prone to altitude sickness, you really need to be careful and bring plenty of oxygen tanks, otherwise, it can be quite miserable. Also, the climate here is very different from Chengdu – it's very dry and cold, so make sure you're prepared.

The 65-square-meter room, decorated in a British style, was incredibly spacious. The double sinks in the bathroom and the deep soaking tub were super comfortable, and the bedding was so soft I didn't want to get out of bed. It's incredibly convenient to walk to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li, yet it's surprisingly quiet despite being in a bustling area – a rare find! The 24-hour butler service was truly thoughtful. I could communicate with the butler instantly via WeChat for any issues. Hot drinks were delivered within minutes, and the two complimentary daily ironing services were very practical. Afternoon tea at Yunfu on the 27th floor was both visually appealing and delicious. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the soundproofing was excellent. Upon check-in, I even received a surprise fruit and nut platter. The entire experience was fantastic. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next trip to Chengdu!

I have stayed at Hyatt Place Nanchong nearly 10 times, so I will write an objective review. Geographical location: It is backed by Wanda Plaza, which is convenient for eating and drinking, and is friendly to business travelers. It costs 15 yuan to take a taxi from Nanchong Station. If you tell the driver that you are in a hurry, there will be a ”surprise”. Hardware facilities: It is one of the best in Nanchong. After all, it is supported by international brands. The hardware settings are more suitable for user needs. High-speed hair drying, hot water heating speed, shower water volume, comfortable slippers, and iced minnibar cola are more important to me. Price: Sometimes the single breakfast price is less than 400. Stay at Hyatt Place, what do you want a bicycle. Room selection: I have stayed in river view and city view, and I recommend city view. The river view is beautiful, overlooking half of the city, but the window is open for a long time, and small mosquitoes will naturally attack. The noise of the dam dance in the riverside square is also relatively loud, which lasts until about 21 o'clock. The city view is relatively quiet. Service: The overall service is in line with expectations. When you take a taxi to the hotel entrance, there will be a concierge colleague to open the car door. Now many five-star hotels have ignored this step. In addition, Xiao Zhou, a colleague at the front desk, patiently helped me use Tianfutong to handle the matter when I forgot to bring my ID card. Then there was no network, and he patiently waited for me to use my ID card photo. He smiled throughout the process without any impatience. Thank you for making me like Hyatt Place even better. Surprise point: Breakfast, the best word for Nanchong Hotel can be given to Hyatt Place, which has a rich variety and adjusts the dishes from time to time. The variety is so wide that it is close to the level of brunch. You must try their red oil fermented bean curd, which is perfect with fried rice and vegetables. Thank you for providing me with a comfortable business trip hotel experience, and I will continue to visit more in the future.

The hotel service was truly commendable and very welcoming, making the children especially happy. The family suite was spacious, and they had already set up an extra bed, which was perfect for a family trip, ensuring a comfortable stay. The hotel facilities, surrounding environment, and transportation are all convenient, with plenty of shopping and great restaurants readily available. Parking for vehicles is also easy, and they even help deliver takeout to the room. It's definitely worth staying at again and again!

Big shoutout to our personal concierge, Kelly – she was incredibly attentive and professional throughout our stay. From guiding us through check-in to promptly addressing all our requests, she took care of every little detail, making our trip truly worry-free and heartwarming. The hotel breakfast completely exceeded our expectations. The variety was amazing, with so many options we didn't know what to choose! They had everything from Sichuan specialties and Western dishes to fresh fruit and freshly ground coffee. The ingredients were fresh, and everything tasted great – we had a incredibly satisfying breakfast every morning. The Executive Lounge also delivered on quality, whether it was the afternoon tea snacks or the evening meals. With a diverse selection of cold cuts, hot dishes, and desserts, it was the perfect place to relax and unwind, and the ambiance was absolutely fantastic!

The courtyard has an antique charm and a sophisticated feel. They offered a complimentary bird's nest soup upon check-in, which was a thoughtful touch. The room's amenities were standard, but a big plus was how quiet it was at night, perfect for sleeping. It's also conveniently close to the Bailian Hot Springs. Perhaps because business is booming, the service didn't feel particularly proactive or warm, though basic politeness was present. The price was quite reasonable.

We had an amazing stay at ISEYA and would absolutely stay here again. The location is simply unbeatable — right next to Taikoo Li and IFS, with countless restaurants downstairs, a shopping mall attached, and the subway literally at the doorstep. It was incredibly convenient to get anywhere in Chengdu, especially traveling with kids. The hotel is in excellent condition, and the loft-style room design is a real highlight. The beds are exceptionally comfortable, the space is well laid out, and our kids absolutely loved staying here. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent. What truly made our stay special was the service. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. Even when small issues came up, the team was always proactive and did their very best to find solutions quickly. On our first day, there were a few hairs left in the shower from the previous guest, and at times the sound insulation wasn’t perfect — occasionally we could hear people in the corridor. That said, these were largely due to other guests being noisy rather than a hotel issue, and the staff handled everything professionally whenever needed. Overall, this was a fantastic stay with an unbeatable location, extremely comfortable rooms, and outstanding service. A true 5-star experience — highly recommended, especially for families.

Very comfortable beddings. Breakfast spread was awesome. Hotel staff were very attentive and helpful to every request. Very conveniently located at TianFu airport itself. We could make use of the auto check in luggage function as well. Rooms are quiet, we didn’t hear any plane noise at all. Overall, I would recommend staying here if you have an early or late flight.

The hotel is so far the best hotel we have stayed in Chengdu. It’s aroma fragrant inside is relaxing. We booked the executive suite and we were given a great afternoon tea and free drinks at night. Breakfast is sumptuous with lots of choices . My favorite is their great coffee machine. They have hospitable staff especially Lulu who helped me with my delivery. I celebrated my birthday there with my husband and I really enjoyed the cozy place and wonderful view of downtown. Just a suggestion to put more English movies for International Travelers. Thanks!
