The hotel's location is super convenient! Vicky at the front desk was exceptionally professional and personable. She was so great! We needed to extend our stay and she went out of her way to arrange for us to keep our original room, which was a huge convenience. I really appreciate her warm and thoughtful service! I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip!

Traveling with kids, we chose the Mianyang Sheraton for safety, hygiene, and comfort. The front desk staff were warm and polite, even giving my child a small gift when we left. The breakfast had a rich variety of options, and the Mianyang pork intestine rice noodles were delicious. The only downside was that there were only two elevators, and our room was on a high floor. However, the price was very reasonable, not expensive at all. Highly recommend! 👍🏻

I specifically traveled to Sichuan to pray at Mount Emei and chose to stay at the Ritz-Carlton Chengdu. The experience was absolutely perfect! 👍 It's located right in the city center, close to Tianfu Square and Chunxi Road, making transportation very convenient. The room was spacious and elegant, with expansive city views from the floor-to-ceiling windows, especially beautiful at night. The bedding was soft, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the amenities were exquisite. The staff were attentive and polite, providing meticulous service. The breakfast spread was rich and diverse, featuring local Sichuan specialties. Overall, my stay was incredibly comfortable, and it will definitely be my top choice when I visit Chengdu again!

I chose to stay at Shangri-La Hotel Chengdu again, based on my last 'just right' experience. This time, staff member Xiao Wen not only proactively inquired about my needs beforehand but also thoughtfully arranged breakfast. My daughter had just returned from studying abroad and wasn't adjusting well to the local climate, leaving her feeling unwell and irritable. However, I noticed a change as soon as she stepped into the hotel; she said she recognized the familiar fragrance! The floor attendants were also incredibly helpful. When we returned from our outing, the turndown service had already been discreetly completed. Thumbs up! 👍

My stay at JW Marriott Chengdu was excellent, and I'd like to share why, focusing on four aspects: The environment is elegant and quiet, with clean and tidy public areas. The guest rooms are meticulously clean, and turndown service includes chocolates, with a complimentary mini-bar. The facilities are comprehensive; the 'Shu Yuan' (restaurant/garden) has a warm ambiance and even features adorable cats, while the lounge offers a rich variety of items. Breakfast was outstanding, with beautifully made latte art coffee and a wide selection of authentic local delicacies. Finally, my butler, Michelle, was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. She responded to my requests promptly and provided meticulous and professional service throughout my stay, making the entire experience comfortable and pleasant.

Very good. The hotel has a great style and overall, it's quite good. It's right next to Tianfu Airport, making travel super convenient, as you can walk to the terminal building. The rooms are spacious and clean, with good soundproofing, and comfortable bedding. The breakfast offers a rich variety, the service is attentive, and the facilities are comprehensive. It's very suitable for catching an early flight or staying during a layover. A great experience.

I specifically booked this room for my child's junior high school entrance exam, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. A special thank you to the thoughtful butler who, considering my child's need for rest during exam preparation, specially delivered a sleep mask, bottled water, and welcome fruits. These small touches were incredibly warm and detailed. The room was quiet and clean with excellent soundproofing, allowing my child to rest peacefully and recuperate. Any requests we had throughout our stay were promptly met. The attentive and considerate service saved us parents a lot of worries. It's very reliable, and I genuinely recommend it to families needing accommodation for exams.
The new hotel had no formaldehyde smell, the rooms were large and beautifully decorated, and exceptionally clean. The bed wasn't the super soft type, and the pillows—one high and one low—were a thoughtful touch. Most importantly, being on the second floor, it was quiet at night, and I slept very well. The surrounding environment was great, perfect for taking photos, and the service was excellent. It's rare to find such a satisfying hotel.

The location is the star here — just 200m from the Jiuzhaigou entrance and within walking distance of plenty of dining options including McDonald's, KFC, Chagee, and more. You really are paying for the convenience, and it delivers on that front.
The room itself is on the smaller side, and the TV remote was oddly frustrating to use. That said, the hotel makes up for it with some nice little perks: complimentary snacks in the room, free ice from the lobby, and self-service laundry also available.
May not be the best value for money, but the location is hard to beat. I'd stay here again on my next visit to Jiuzhaigou.

This was my first stay at The St. Regis Chengdu, and it was absolutely delightful! The room facilities were excellent, spacious, and had high ceilings. The service was even more attentive and thoughtful. We booked three rooms in total, and the hotel specially arranged them on the same floor and even provided delicious handmade candies. As the weather got hotter, they generously supplied plenty of bottled water daily – truly impressive! The bellhops at the entrance were incredibly helpful and genuinely enthusiastic. They assisted with our luggage. After checking out, we realized a family member's clothing was missing. We contacted the hotel just to try our luck, and they responded quickly, locating the sunscreen jacket that had fallen in the elevator and even shipping it back to us free of charge. This trip to Chengdu was made even more wonderful thanks to the high-quality service provided by The St. Regis. A huge thank you to the hotel once again – this will definitely be our top choice for future visits to Chengdu! I regret forgetting to take pictures of the room.

AAnonymous UserExtremely satisfied! The hotel's location is excellent, and the service is top-notch, especially the front desk staff who were incredibly warm and attentive. It's very close to Chunxi Road with convenient transportation. The breakfast was also great, offering authentic Chengdu specialties. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Chengdu.
ZZoey Tan 88Stayed one night at the Hyatt Centric Chengdu and left genuinely impressed. The hotel strikes a nice balance between modern design and warmth and the room was well-appointed, clean.
What stood out most was the staff. Yuki in particular was exceptionally friendly and helpful, she went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed, offered thoughtful local recommendations, and did so with genuine warmth rather than rehearsed hospitality. That kind of attentiveness is rare and made a real difference to the experience.
There is also a schnauzer called Lucky, and is a residnet dog at the hotel. Super cute!
Breakfast was great, lots of Chengdu delicacy as options and great western choices too.
This is definitely my top choice for a Chengdu stay!
EE1357****The underfloor heating was great, and the butler service was very attentive. However, I wouldn't recommend the hand-cut beef for the hot pot at the restaurant, as it turned out to be frozen beef rolls. The shower switch in the room is a bit complicated; I'd suggest asking the butler for a demonstration before using it to avoid getting scalded. Everything else exceeded expectations. There's also a small ski slope nearby, perfect for taking the kids.
GGuest UserThe hotel's overall environment design is excellent, with lush gardens and water features surrounding the rooms. A morning stroll is incredibly refreshing, and the ecosystem is thriving. Soaking in the hot springs while listening to birdsong is truly relaxing.
Regarding the facilities, the rooms are clean and hygienic, with good quality bedding and towels. There's a wide selection of pillows, and the hot springs are radon-rich, leaving your skin feeling smooth – I heard it's great for your skin. There's also a fairly large play pool in the hot springs area that kept the kids entertained for ages, so much so that we didn't have time for any other activities. The breakfast quality is also very good.
As for the service, a butler contacted me even before my arrival to ask about any special requests. The hotel's service is very flexible; they try their best to accommodate guests' needs and enhance their experience, as long as it doesn't disrupt hotel operations. Since fewer people were using the hot springs due to the hot weather, they upgraded my room and extended my check-out time, allowing me to enjoy a very comfortable soak.
XXiaoluThe hotel rooms are individual houses, each with a balcony offering a beautiful view of the distant snow-capped mountains, especially stunning when foggy in the mornings. The hotel grounds themselves are also lovely, perfect for a relaxing stroll. The natural environment is great too; I even saw some cute little birds.
The hotel is located within the Jiuzhai Huamei Holy Land Resort area, with plenty of shops nearby, making it very convenient for shopping. Within the hotel, you get around by electric buggy. If you're coming from the high-speed train station, take the Jiuzhaigou bus and get off at the General Supermarket stop; the hotel can send an electric buggy to pick you up. Overall, getting around is very smooth.
There's an in-house restaurant, a Western one, but I really didn't enjoy it – it was both expensive and not very tasty. However, you can go to the Chinese restaurant at the neighboring Hilton, and the hotel's electric buggy provides round-trip service, which is very convenient.
What I was most satisfied with were the room facilities and the service. The Conrad bedding is the most comfortable I've ever slept on. I tend to be a light sleeper in new places, but I slept quite well here. The service was also excellent, not overly enthusiastic but very efficient.

AAnonymous UserHad a truly restful stay! This is hands down the most comfortable hotel I've stayed in during all my business trips over the years. The materials used here are far superior to many resort brands. I arrived during the latter half of the May Day holiday, and the front desk clerk upgraded me to a one-bedroom suite. The bedding was even more comfortable than Hilton's, perfectly balanced in terms of softness and firmness, and the bed was huge. The room was incredibly quiet, and the surrounding area felt upscale and safe, even when returning late at night. The guests were high-quality, mostly business travelers and international visitors. It truly lives up to Yanlord's reputation – the bathtub, shower, and attention to detail were excellent; even the lampshades were spotless. The entire suite was quiet, safe, and odorless, and it was convenient to get anywhere. Housekeeping was discreet, never disturbing me, so I could sleep in until the afternoon and still enjoy the quiet. This past week truly helped me recharge. I'm sad to leave and will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chengdu!

GGuest UserThis onsen hotel was absolutely wonderful. Perched on the hillside, it boasts huge floor-to-ceiling windows that perfectly frame the mountain views, and the room temperature was just right. The private hot spring bath was spacious with a rich mineral scent, and all the facilities felt brand new. Coming here to unwind on a weekend was pure bliss. The staff were all lovely too – always smiling, friendly, and quick to greet you. The afternoon tea and goodnight drinks were a nice touch. It's off-season now, so it's quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxation. They even gave us a thoughtful parting gift, which was a nice touch.

GGuest UserThe view of the snow-capped mountains right outside the window was absolutely stunning. The front desk staff and driver were incredibly responsible as well. We arrived very late, but they still arranged a pick-up and drop-off for us. Knowing we were heading to Shuangqiao Valley the next day, they even thoughtfully prepared some snacks to help with altitude sickness. So considerate!

AAnonymous UserThe biggest pleasant surprise of my Chengdu trip was definitely staying at the Louis Castle Qinghong Hotel! 🎉🎉 It's a proper French castle style, designed by CCD, with its pure white embossed exterior walls, spires, and courtyard fountain, transporting you instantly to a European palace. The ambiance is just incredible. The lobby boasts a high-ceilinged dome with a gigantic crystal chandelier, and the spiral staircase and gilded corridors make for stunning photo opportunities everywhere you look. The room was spacious and bright, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the castle gardens – the view was superb. The King Koil mattress was just right, not too soft and not too firm, and the high-thread-count cotton bedding felt wonderfully soft against the skin. Combined with the smart voice control system, the stay experience was absolutely perfect. The cleanliness and attention to detail were spot on, and the marble bathroom came with custom-scented toiletries, which was both refined and thoughtful. It truly deserves a five-star review, and the service was impeccable. The front desk staff were efficient and enthusiastic, proactively introducing the facilities and surrounding area. The afternoon tea was exquisite, and the Wutong Hot Pot within the castle is an absolute must-try. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Chengdu! 🎉🎉🎉
