The hotel is in a prime location, and it is very convenient to go to the scenic spots on foot. The hotel's decoration style is elegant and stylish. The hotel's room facilities are complete and very suitable for vacation. The hotel provides free refreshments when checking in, which is very considerate. The hotel's buffet breakfast is superb, with a lot of quality, and it will be adjusted every day to give guests who stay consecutively a sense of freshness. In general, it is a great resort hotel and is worth recommending!

We really enjoyed our stay at Ensana Nové Lázně and overall had a very positive experience. The hotel itself is beautiful and has a lot of historic charm. We especially enjoyed the spa area, with the old Roman Baths being a real highlight and a very special feature of the hotel. The only downside was that we found the water in the pools quite cold. It would have been much more relaxing if the water temperature had been a little warmer. Our room was very nice, comfortable and, most importantly, very quiet, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was good, with a rich and varied selection. One aspect we found a little disappointing was the seating arrangement. Guests were assigned a table rather than being able to choose where to sit. When we asked whether we could sit at a quieter table towards the side instead of right in the middle of the room, this unfortunately led to quite a discussion before we were eventually allowed to move. A little more flexibility in this regard would make the breakfast experience more pleasant. Overall, we had a lovely stay and really liked the hotel. The beautiful historic setting, the Roman Baths and our quiet and comfortable room were particular highlights. With a few small improvements, especially regarding the water temperature and flexibility at breakfast, the experience could be even better.

Overall, the hotel was excellent in every aspect, the room, cleanliness, service, and location were all outstanding. However, our experience at the restaurant during our first visit was disappointing. Despite having a confirmed reservation, the hostess insisted on seating us at the very last table, claiming that all other tables were reserved and already chosen by other guests. After we declined that table, she eventually agreed to seat us at a somewhat better one. What was surprising is that after we finished our dinner, the restaurant remained largely empty, which made the initial justification confusing and left us feeling uncomfortable. The interaction came across as unwelcoming and, unfortunately, felt discriminatory. Aside from this incident, everything else about the hotel was truly excellent.

Very friendly staff. Super breakfast. Great and nice rooms. Great beds. Great bathroom with windows. refrigerator. flat screen TV. Very quiet. Sauna landscape quiet and relaxed. Directly at the park. Parking at the hotel at a price.

Well, the hotel has enormous potential... Problems at check-in and check-out made the stay less than enjoyable overall. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, and everything is of high quality. The location itself is a matter of taste; what's disappointing is the street opposite, which is very busy and noisy. The air conditioning in the room didn't work at all; we had 26°C at night with an outside temperature of 15°C. The service has a lot of room for improvement; it seems like the staff only started running the hotel a few days ago. We decided to have dinner at the hotel on our first evening. The quality was okay, but they couldn't manage to get the wine we ordered and a second one in 45 minutes. We were almost finished eating when we were brought two glasses of Chianti, which were of subpar quality. We were really looking forward to having breakfast on the terrace due to the nice weather, but this wasn't permitted. Thirty minutes later, however, other guests were allowed to do so. The staff is trying hard, no question, but they're completely overwhelmed by the workload at this sophisticated hotel. We certainly have high standards, but given the prices, they're justified. Unfortunately, this three-day short break was significantly marred by the things described above. If the service matches the quality of the building, this would definitely be a recommendation, but currently, it's not for us at all. A shame!

Rooms were great! But not worthy of 5 star hotel yet because of hotel receptionist service which wasn’t as friendly and housekeeping was so slow. Needed to call again to chase them for a body conditioner. Facitilies were great. Thai massage was very good. Bar and restaurant staffs were good too.

I booked a 3-person room. After checking in, I found that the room was too small (38 square meters), so I asked for an upgrade. The front desk was very patient to help me check several rooms. I finally chose a square room of about 60 square meters. It was very comfortable. The restaurant is also very classic, the food changes slightly every morning, so staying for four nights still doesn't feel stuffy!

Великолепный современный отель, который оживляет курорт. Это неожиданно шикарный отель по очень привлекательной цене! Я искренне удивлена, что в Марианске-Лазне появилось место такого уровня — с дорогим современным дизайном и качественной мебелью. Я очень не люблю старые, «уставшие» отели, и этот фактор всегда останавливал меня от поездок в оздоровительно-курортные города. Но этот отель — совсем другая история. У него есть все шансы привлечь молодую публику и буквально вдохнуть новую жизнь в город. Отель очень красивый и роскошный! Сразу видна классная работа дизайнера, каждая мелочь продумана до деталей. прямо в зоне ресепшен есть свой питьевой источник (как я поняла, «Лесной») и специальные кружечки. Очень удобно Очень просторные номера с большими современными телевизорами и невероятно удобной кроватью. Спать было одно удовольствие. В отеле есть полноценная, отличная спа-зона и хороший спортзал. Отдельный восторг — бар на крыше. Там стоят очень удобные диванчики, на которых приятно сидеть и наслаждаться панорамным видом. Завтраки на уровне! Порадовало наличие омлетной станции, где всё готовят при тебе, а также хороший выбор свежих фруктов и ягод. Единственное, что не очень понравилось — это еда на ужине. На фоне общего уровня отеля, ужины показались слабоватыми, кухне стоит немного подтянуться. Если вы ищете стильный, современный и комфортный отдых на курорте без «древнего» налета — вам однозначно сюда. Обязательно вернусь!
