The hotel is new and located in a new neighborhood in west Cairo, within 15min ride from major shopping and hip hangout areas in the 6th October and Zayed neighborhoods and the Pyramids. There’s only two cafes and a small shop next to the hotel, but Transportation is super easy with UBER. Also, the food at hotel is good and staff are friendly and helpful, especially Jimmy and Osama at the hotel dining hall and Nermine at Customer Relations who was accommodating when I made a special request. For those who love Starbucks coffee like me, there is one inside the hotel.

If you ever get the privilege to stay at the four seasons DO IT! THEY ARE NOTHING SHORT OF AMAZING! I haven't checked in to my hotel because I was in luxor all day and I messaged them through their app to see about room service being there before I make it in. They delivered my meal already as I said it was okay knowing time wise I would be in late and assume that service ends at some point of the evening. I've only had lunch today I haven't been in a bed in the last 48hours, they set ny room up and delivered my food with out me checking in! Theyer amazing they set my spa time for tomorrow evening as well. They also able to offer massage in your room, their guest services is top notch. It's pricey but they absolutely take care if you! I've been to the one in Maui as well, absolutely not disappointed!

The hotel facilities are a little old, but it does not affect the stay, and the hygiene is acceptable. It feels that all the local rich people are staying here. You can see the Nile and the swimming pool from the balcony of the room, and the sunset is beautiful. Although there is no one who actively helps to carry the luggage, the service attitude of the hotel front desk and restaurant service staff is very good, and it feels very warm and sincere. There are rich breakfast varieties, and there will be people pushing carts to make traditional Arabic snacks for you, which tastes very good! The restaurant can see the Nile River, and the scenery is very good! If you drive here, it is recommended to apply for a room card and enter the underground parking lot again, which seems to save parking fees. The first time we entered the parking lot without a room number, parking for a little more than an hour cost 110 Egyptian pounds. The second time we entered with a room card, we parked for one night, more than ten hours, and the fee was 250 Egyptian pounds.

I made a reservation for 3 people including a friend. Since there were only two beds, we asked the reception to set up an extra bed and they responded immediately. Although the location is not great as it is far from the center of Cairo and Giza, the cleanliness and food were excellent.

Quite frankly, it is one of the best hotels I have stayed in Cairo. The rooms are very clean and the staff is very hospitable and deals with the guests. I felt at home from the kind treatment that I dealt with from the staff, especially from the internal supervision staff. I especially thank Miss Fatma, as she is one of the most helpful employees. I had a very happy stay. It is the best choice for traveling in Cairo. I was also very satisfied with the buffet for dinner at the hotel. The price was quite reasonable. It was very romantic to eat facing the pyramids. It is 5 minutes away from the north gate of the pyramids. It is very suitable to go there early in the morning when there are no tour groups. Stayed 3 nights and the rooms were comfortable and the service was exceptional. I usually don't write reviews, but this property deserves it. The entire staff was very helpful and accommodating to ensure their guests were comfortable. Omar A\Azem deserves extra recognition. He works in the main restaurant and he really went above and beyond to make sure we were well served every day. We left our cell phone at the table after a meal and he was so courteous to run after us as we were entering the elevator to return it. Thank you Omar for your exceptional service. The Sheraton Cairo is successful because of employees like you.

Great stay and highly recommend! Was here for 4 days over Christmas period. Hotel staff were very attentive and breakfast buffet had a great selection of savoury and sweets. Rizk and Maher at the breakfast buffet were very attentive and would remember our coffee orders every morning. The staff at the lounge during happy hour was also very friendly. There was a good selection of food and beverages (alcoholic and non alcoholic).
