5-Star Hotels in Uusimaa, Finland

Easy to find, but a bit far from the airport. You need to walk 5min on snowy road mostly outside while there are other hotels closer and cheaper from airport.

Room was big and spacious. Breakfast was great and the staff were polite whenever I meet them along the way to the lift or back to my room. I would like to suggest if a dual card can be provided so that the room can be kept alight when the card key is removed and bring out as sometime the room is too dark and the door closes too fast before I can slot in the card. This hotel is close to the Helsinki central station and most of the itenary such as Helsinki cathedral or some of the nicely decorated library.

Staff are friendly, breakfast is good with variety of choices. The sea view is slightly disappointing. Sofa bed is not in good quality. Bottle water put on the table at 5 Euro per bottle - please either take them away or provide them free to customer. I would not say this stay is bad - but honestly a lot better experience for my previous stays in Hilton hotels in other countries. Don't feel I spent the money worthy this time.

Hotel staffs services are excellent. They are fast responding to guest requests and provide alternatives without being asked

The hotel is located in the city center. It is very convenient for shopping and eating. The hotel rooms are relatively large in Europe. The overall facilities are very new. The hygiene and management are good.

The room was very good! There were two large beds and a single bed for children! Toothbrushes, slippers and other equipment were also provided! There was also a soda making machine. Overall, I was very satisfied. It was also very convenient to go shopping and eat in the city! If I come again, I will choose this hotel again!

The hotel has an excellent location, a 10-minute walk from the train station. There are also large shopping malls and supermarkets near the hotel, which is very convenient for shopping. It is also very close to the bus station, and the price/performance ratio is very high. 

The room has a balcony, suitable for smoking, the surrounding environment is very good, suitable for walking, and the seaside scenery is very beautiful, the lobby is also great! So I will choose next time

The room is very big, even with an extra bed, it is more than enough; the sanitation is also very clean and tidy, the hotel is very attentive to send welcome gifts and cards; it is very close to the train station and major attractions and business districts; the only thing I am not satisfied with is the breakfast, there are too few varieties, the taste is also very ordinary, it does not match the room quality at all
