Lovely hotel and great location however the room was disappointing for the price, one of the armchairs was badly damaged and the other brown stains on the material. Sections of wallpaper were peeling off which gave it a very tired appearance.
The iron board was also broke and we had to prop it up on a chair. The room we booked looked nothing like the images on the advertisement and I had to check with reception we had the correct room.
For £330 a night I don’t feel we had a premium room, the staff however were lovely and very welcoming.

Thank you for an excellent stay. We deeply appreciate how welcoming and helpful the staff were especially as our stay was unexpectedly eventful. Your kindness and patience given with coffee and toast made a tough time bearable. We will return to experience this lovely place again
