5-Star Hotels in Gujarat, India

This hotel is really well located and its spanking clean. Food is excellent and breakfast is fantastic! Staff are ultra friendly. ALL our requests were fulfilled, nothing was too much trouble. Our room was big and with plenty of space to store everything! We even met a famous Bollywood singer one evening! There’s a well equipped gym and a swimming pool, hairdresser, and great spa! 😍

The hotel is under renovation and the entire property (including rooms) smells of toxic paint. There was no information about this renovation on the website while making the booking. The heavy solvent smell gave me a headache and the stay was very unplesant.

To, NOVOTEL - AHMEDABAD! ” _Dear Management Team, Novotel Ahmedabad_ , I hope this message finds you well. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with my family (two kids namely Nabill & Nasri S.Majura) at your hotel for the past few days. Your service has been exemplary, and we felt at home. I'd like to commend the front desk staff for their efficiency and warmth. Their managers should be proud of the team they've built. The restaurant staff were also top-notch - great food, great service! Although I don't know most of the staff ( _who served us well_ ) by names, Specific staff members who stood out were; - Dipika, Malika, Ashis, Muskan, Radha, Karan etc. - Front desk team, and, - Restaurant staff. _Novotel Ahmedabad is lucky to have such (above) staff._ 👆 My stay was truly enjoyable, and I've loved every moment. I'm considering returning and recommending your hotel to friends. Best regards, Majura.

“It is an excellent, completely new hotel that meets incontestably all the standards of a 5-star.

I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Surat. While the hotel itself is very good and some staff members are helpful, the experience was significantly let down by the restaurant service. The buffet breakfast was extremely disappointing, with the same limited options repeated every single day of our stay. Even worse was the behavior of the restaurant staff, who were largely unprofessional and inattentive. They appeared interested only in serving their favorite guests, while repeatedly ignoring requests from others. As a result, guests were left frustrated and eventually forced to leave without being served properly. This level of service is unacceptable for a hotel of this brand.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of the resort everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a quick getaway, and overall, I was impressed. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great view of the city. The bed was cozy, and the amenities were decent. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. The hotel's location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. We had lunch there, the food was very tasty, and the service was prompt.morning breakfast awesome with lots of verities for kids as well. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. It's a great value for the price.

Considering the price, I think this is the only choice in this area. However, the room didn't have a window, so it felt a little dark.

We had a wonderful stay at Vivanta with our family. The hospitality was excellent, and the staff were warm, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. Service across the hotel—from the front desk to the restaurant—was outstanding and made us feel truly welcome. The amenities were well-maintained, and the food was delicious. Overall, a very comfortable and memorable experience. Highly recommended, and we would be happy to return.

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The hotel staff even remember my coffee order from yesterday. And when I went to the gym the staff offered me to turn on the sauna and steam in advance. I feel so welcomed by every single staff in this hotel. And it cost only 120 per night includes breakfast and lounge that offer two time slot of snacks day. Dev and Solu are the best manager and staff I’ve ever met. So friendly and thoughtful. Thank you Solu for remembering my order and room number.
