Bag handling staff is proving an extra ordinary service and I am totally satisfied and booked for two times already. Food is excellent and the food and beverage ensures to check with tables their needs. Looking forward for next stay.

Best Westin ever! Fantastic service from Housekeeping team. Real customer service ever! Out of expectation. The team put a mouse pad beside my lap top and even tight up loss wire! Had never experienced such such in Marriott group before!

Our room was spotless with a stunning city view. Breakfast was a highlight—great variety of fresh foods. Perfectly located, allowing us to walk to major attractions. I had a very pleasant stay at Courtyard by Marriott, Hyderabad. The overall experience was comfortable and well managed, from check-in to check-out. The staff were courteous, helpful, and always willing to assist, which made the stay smooth and stress-free. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, with all the necessary amenities. Housekeeping standards were excellent, and the environment felt safe and relaxing. The food was a highlight of the stay. Breakfast had a good variety, catering to both local Indian and international tastes. The quality of the food was very good, fresh, and well presented. The restaurant staff were attentive, and service was prompt and professional. Overall, it was a satisfying experience, and I would definitely recommend Courtyard Hyderabad for both business and leisure stays.

While the hotel location is excellent, the rooms and amenities are out dated and the property needs refurbishing. Staff are friendly. Valet service is quick. The executive chef is very professional and gave us when asked. The hotel general manager is over smart and I am surprised how he got job there.

Very smooth experience with Ibis new Delhi Aerocity. Though there was an initial confusion on booking the staff made sure everything was in place to ensure a smooth stay. Great spread on the buffet breakfast menu. Also the chief chef/restaurant in charge was kind enough to offer some freshly prepared food with less spices for my 3 year old kid. I highly recommend this

Lovely old hotel, much nicer than the rather charmless new places opening up. Not the perfect location, not much around, but easy access to the metro and not bad traffic. Great breakfast and fantastic value. Highly recommended

A stunning hotel with outstanding service. The main palace building is stunning and historic. The stay includes a free tour, yoga, traditional concert, and afternoon tea. Dinner was very nice, although expensive, and you are not able to order food from outside. However, as a special treat, I was happy to pay and the food was great. Award winning food. The hospitality was outstanding, and all of the staff went out of their way to be helpful. At breakfast, there was live music, and they even offered me a champagne breakfast. The complimentary horse and carriage arrival was an added great surprise. Highly recommend staying here. I've been fortunate enough to stay at a few different Taj Hotels across India, and this was by far the best one that I have experienced. I did not want to leave!

It was a suite room with kitchen, living and dining. It was clean and well maintained. I only stayed for one night and didn’t have much time in the hotel other than sleep. It was a little expensive for that though. I think it would be more suited for people who stay there for weeks together.
