I arrived arrived around 4:30pm, was advised that access to the beach and pools OSS only to sunset so had to rush to experience swimming on the Dead Sea. Luckily the hotel is located right on the beach. I had plenty of time to change and make my way there. Well organised with a ready bowl of Dead Sea mud to run on and designated section to float on the dead sea after. Pools also very clean. And the views are amazing. Room clean as expected from the Hilton all in all great stay
The service standard was good but the room was very dirty. The floor was not mopped and cleaned for a very long time. Went to the playroom as I was traveling with my toddler, the condition of the playroom was terrible and dusty. Not maintained and cleaned for a long time. The facility is old and past its peak. I paid for an upgrade for a room close to the beach and tje view was spectacular.
Generally a good experience but wished it was a lot better.
Beautiful hotel. Staff were amazing. Definitely use the spa asI had a full massage and facial and felt amazing. The lifeguard at the beach was so helpful. This hotel you must book as relaxing and food so good. About 7 minutes away is Almer Dead Sea factory produce. Well worth a visit
My friend booked a king size bedroom through CTrip, and I booked a double bed room through Trip.com. We checked into the room 401 and 402 which are both double bed rooms. My friend asked if she can changed to a single bed room as she booked, the reception showed us the room on the 3rd floor (same floor as the lobby and reception are located). Reception asked us to follow one of the porter, he led us to the room and was saying ”hurry” and ”fast” all the way to the room. He did not use a card or anything to go into the room. We checked for 15 seconds and told him that we will still stay on the 4th floor the double bed room. Then he rudely asked us to ”Go” immediately in a rude and anxious manner. We are quite surprised and confused about this reaction since it's not common. When we left the room and walk back to the lobby, the porter stayed in the room and did not come out.The next morning which is Dec 6 breakfast time around 9:30-10:00am, my friends went to breakfast, and I was in the toilet when someone knocked on my room door which I did not answer. He came in with his card without permission. I shouted ”Who is that” and he heard and left the room. I went to the door and looked though the hole on the door, I saw him used his card to enter my friend's room 402, and stayed in there for 15 seconds and came out, he was holding some 4A papers on his hand, he is light skin colored, wearing a white shirt. I reported this to the reception at check-out, the receptionist just told us that they will check the camera, but he did not seem to be surprised. We are shocked about this uncommon behavior at an international renowned hotel. We never encountered this anywhere, and are very shocked.
