"It is close to Omicho Market and has convenient transportation. Typical Japanese hotel with very good service. Dining is great. Is expensive. There are not many rooms, but the rooms are spacious, the Japanese-style tatami rooms, the toiletries are L'Occitane, there is a family style, good appointment time, guoup by group."

GGuest UserThe hotel is clean, and the front desk staff are very helpful. There’s a laundry machine on every floor, which makes it very convenient for guests. The only downside is that no hot bath. The location is excellent — Omicho Market is just steps away. Higashi Chaya Geisha District is within waking distance also.
Overall, this hotel is good staying at. But, I personally feel hotel rate is at higher price due missing hot bath amenities..

GGuest UserVery satisfied. Of the four hotels I stayed at in Japan this trip, this was my favorite. It's very close to the station, and there are plenty of restaurants, a supermarket, convenience stores, and a McDonald's nearby. The best part is the free water and ice available on our floor, so my friend didn't have to go downstairs to buy ice or water for drinks, which was super convenient. My friend even wanted to just stay at this hotel and not leave! 😂 The only downside is that because it's so close to the station, you can hear Shinkansen trains at night, but it wasn't too bad.

XXiaoruStayed two nights in Kanazawa. It's truly a bustling place. The architecture outside the train station resembles a museum, and the fountain with the changing date display is quite unique. The hotel is about two blocks from the train station, which is pretty close. For sightseeing, I'd recommend taking a taxi as walking can be a bit far, even though the city isn't huge. The hotel itself is quite modern, with a bit of a Versace vibe. However, since there's no hot spring bath, the room feels a bit small.

Environment: The transportation is extremely convenient. It truly lives up to its reputation as the number one hotel in Kanazawa.
Service: Excellent.
I stayed for two nights and had a fantastic experience. I'll definitely choose this hotel again if I get the chance to visit Kanazawa in the future.

EElephant MomVery high quality, comfortable, and beautiful hotel at reasonable price. Its location by the castle makes it very convenient for exploring the castle and Kenrokuen on snowy days.
Its Kaga Ryori dining is exquisite and value for money! The hotel shop has a very good selection of products at reasonable prices.
The onsen has cold and hot bath, as well as a sauna with TV.
The hotel is very thoughtful and generous in providing free ice cream treats after onsen, and onsen bath powder set for customers taking green measures (not requiring cleaning and change of bedsheet every day).

MM2bxm95t4****Located in the business center, the hotel offers excellent service. The rooms, while not large, are well-laid out and have complete toiletries. It's within walking distance of attractions such as Kenrokuen Garden and Kanazawa Castle. There are buses to Kanazawa Station on the left side of the street outside the hotel. Overall, it was a great stay.
