Although it's a little far from Sendai Station, there's a free shuttle bus from the station, which was helpful. The hotel's exterior, garden, lobby, and rooms were all lovely. The view from the room was also beautiful, and I felt like I was in Europe. The hotel staff were also wonderful, as you'd expect from a first-class hotel. The breakfast was also very delicious. This hotel is supposedly the best in Sendai, so when I visited, I booked two nights to experience it. It's a bit far from Sendai Station, which isn't ideal if you're lugging luggage.
