GGuest UserExcellent Stay at Kinton Hotel – Highly Recommended!
I had an amazing stay at Kinton Hotel. The place is packed with amenities and the service is truly top-notch. They provided free pick-up and drop-off, which made everything smooth and hassle-free.
One huge plus is their self-service laundry and dryer – super useful, especially if you’re doing outdoor activities or a longer trip. The food was quite good, and the cleanliness was exceptional. On the first day, our room was accidentally missed during cleaning, but they immediately sent someone up as soon as we let them know – great responsiveness.
I also booked via Trip.com, where it mentioned late checkout. The hotel honored that without hesitation, which I really appreciated.
For a city that’s full of parties and adventures, it’s great to come back to a comfortable, clean, and calm hotel like this. The price is very reasonable for what you get – maybe even a bit more value than you pay for.
If you’re visiting Vang Vieng, I highly recommend staying here. 👍
GG.MMLet's start with the good things.
The reception staff, and especially Mr. TONTARN, is a great example of excellent service. he made us feel like he was with us from the beginning of our stay to the end of our stay at the hotel. 😁💪
He offered us tour packages at a reasonable price, and The hotel itself is large and luxurious,
The pool is lovely, pleasant and fun to get into after a full day outside the room.
The gym is small but very efficient.
but the dining room is not diverse enough for the level of the hotel.
I would have expected more variety.
The coffee in the coffee machine is of poor quality, which is a pretty shame for this level of AMARI Hotels.
The room cleaning service is lacking.
There was a day when we arrived from a long trip and the room was not clean. No one cleaned it.
Unfortunately, I had to leave the room for an hour to have it cleaned. Even after they cleaned the room, they forgot to put basic items, like water and body soap, which I asked them to replenish, and so far I haven't received. I had to use another hand soap that was in the room.
The hotel staff apologized for this, and it's good that they did.
JJingqiVangrong is really worthy of its reputation in the rainy season. There were continuous thunderstorms all night and showers during the day. But thanks to the weather, I saw different landscapes. The hotel is adjacent to the Nansong River and backed by the mountain. The air is very fresh, the garden environment is beautiful, the vegetation is rich, and there are many fruit trees. It is really the best choice for Vangrong hotels in terms of cost performance. Except that it is a little far from the downtown area of Vangrong, there are basically no other disadvantages. The owner is a large travel company in Suzhou, China. It is safe to stay and there is no barrier to communication in Chinese. I would like to praise the waiter Pan Juan. She provided us with meticulous service during the two stays this year. She is fluent in Chinese and warm and friendly!
GGuest UserThis is our go-to hotel every time we visit Vang Vieng. The facilities are excellent, and as soon as you enter the room, there's a subtle, pleasant scent – absolutely no strange odors, which is the most comfortable feeling. The breakfast is abundant, and the environment is elegant and cozy. The proprietress is exceptionally kind, warm-hearted, and approachable; she personally greets us every time we come, providing impeccable service down to the smallest detail. The hotel is located right next to the Mekong River, and the garden is also very spacious, with many spots perfect for photos. The pool is cleaned regularly every day, so it's always sparkling clean and hygienic. Highly recommend this hotel in Vang Vieng! 👍🎈
MMon in RedWe love the free drop off and pickup services offered by the hotel! Very convenient to us especially when we stayed out at night for food and massage.
The hotel itself is not situated at the heart of the town but it’s ok with the free drop off services.
The breakfast is good with a nice variety of local and western food.
The riverview from our room balcony is great and the room is spacious.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and they can speak fluent English and Chinese which is a plus to us.
JJiluzaiShannThis hotel is owned by a Chinese proprietor, and the front desk staff can speak some Chinese. The room was standard, nothing exceptional, but the mountain-facing view was quite nice.
The price of this hotel definitely goes towards the pool and restaurant's scenic views! You can see hot air balloons taking off and landing up close, and here's the best part: after 5 PM, you can see all the hot air balloons drifting across the sky. I saw at least twenty, with about fifteen simultaneously floating right above me.
Hhuihui songBooking during the Spring Festival is very expensive; the hotel has a good view and the private pool is suitable for children to play
The hotel is relatively remote, but hotels within the city center will provide pick-up and drop-off
But the pick-up is not necessarily reliable. In the cave, it was said that it was half an hour to pick us up and waited for an hour.
Book the train station in advance to send the car, the temporary driver can not contact, very anxious, or find the Chinese WeChat before adding
Wanrong's entire city interface is average, or Bronella helps a little better, the hotel experience at the same price is completely different
