Beautiful rooms and the Club Suites are worth the splurge! 😆😆😆 We are right smack in the centre of everything! Walking distance to Main Bazaar, India Street… our first day we walked to Ceylonese restaurant our favourite restaurant which is just a short 8 minutes walk away! Very safe and secured location Very centrally located walking distance to museums, shopping, food etc Amazing food and drinks in hotel even their in room dining is amazing!😆😆😆 DO Splurge on their Club rooms or suites - worth every penny you spent! Amazing amazing views!!!! Thank you so much to Rooms Division Manager, Royce Villegas, Concierge and Security Manager Aidil Julaihi, Duty Managers Kendrick, and Mike, the amazing Club Team, Concierge team, Security team for looking after us sooooo well! Good selection of breakfast, clean room and quiet environment. Next to a mall, so it is easy to find food. Provide free parking and comes with plenty of parking space. No worry of driving a car and find a parking space. Will stay again in this hotel if come to Bintulu again.

The view from our room was spectacular! We were treated to a spectacular show of fireworks from our room. The mattress and pillows were firm enough for a good night sleep. Room was adequately soundproofed as we couldn’t hear the fireworks from our room.

Due to located at seaside, things getting wear and tear faster and rooms kind of rundown but still in acceptable condition. Food wise ordered chicken wings but tasted like no seasoning at all And pizza is also under baked. These basic food definitely needs to improve. 

For a place only accessible by plane, this hotel offers great value for money. The room facilities are reasonably comfortable, and the air conditioning is good. At night, you can hear the sounds of animals and insects outside, allowing you to immerse yourself in nature while feeling very safe. Although there's only one restaurant, the food is quite good. The staff are all very polite. The hotel provides a shuttle service to the national park and airport, making getting around convenient. The foreign manager is very dedicated; you often see him inspecting various parts of the hotel, and I even saw him at the airport overseeing passenger check-in.

Had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Kuching with my best friend! The hotel was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The room was spacious with a beautiful view, and the beds were super cozy after a long day exploring Kuching. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, making the experience even more pleasant. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to the waterfront, cafés, and local attractions. It was the perfect place for a short getaway and quality time with my best friend. Overall, we had a memorable and enjoyable stay and would definitely come back again when visiting Kuching!

Everything was fine, no major issues. But was expecting a bit more for a RM1500 per night stay, eg more attentive and coordinated staff, larger breakfast spread, bathroom drains that didn't smell. Not comparable with other hotels in this price point. Porters were not well informed of facility operating hours. maître d' at restaurant was inconspicuous, walked in and several staff just stared at us, felt awkward and unwelcoming. Food at breakfast was pretty average, not bad, but could do with a more premium touch.

The room was definitely not 33 square meters. The cups had limescale, and the bathroom amenities weren't replenished promptly. For a five-star hotel, using such an old kettle is unacceptable. The pillows were so uncomfortable; I couldn't sleep a wink for both nights I stayed. The mattress must be really old, as it was already a bit saggy.

Just arrived at the hotel and was informed that there was ongoing water pipe repair work outside, which caused a temporary water disruption during the daytime. We couldn’t shower or wash our hands for a while, which was quite inconvenient. Thankfully, the water supply returned to normal again in the evening. Front desk staff were still very polite and helpful throughout the situation. We booked the Deluxe Single Room, and the king-sized bed was very comfortable and spacious, enough for us two adults and our 2yo child, with plenty of extra space. However, the bed felt slightly damp when we first arrived, but it became better later at night. The hotel also has a family pool and direct beach access, which makes it a great place for families with kids to relax and unwind. The buffet breakfast menu was also quite rich with plenty of choices.

Went to Puteri Wing to celebrate my birthday. I noted that i am staying for my birthday and they actually gave me a cake that is actually delicious. I feel loved and appreciated. The food for breakfast is actually good. I love it here. Will come back soon with my husband ＜4
