Guest UserThe property was so beautiful! My husband and I really loved the amenities and location of the hotel, BUT we were not treated very nice by quite a few hotel staff. We observed on multiple occasions white or colored guests being treated with A+ service while we were treated with C+ service. When we first arrived, we went to the rooftop and were ignored by 2 attendants at the bar. When we did get service, it was mediocre and almost as if we were doing the hotel a favor by being there. Other than those unfortunate instances, we enjoyed our stay.
