Room - We booked the room with pool access. It was very convenient. It had a massive bathroom with a huge bathtub but we weren’t able to use it. The bed is comfy. They provide slippers and bathrobes. Staff - everyone’s super friendly. They greet you with a smile and they show enthusiasm whenever we request for anything. Food - breakfast is amazing. We were at the Hennan Lounge as it came with the room booking and there were less people. The food is filling. We also like the room service. Location - this is in station 2 along the road. The walk to the beach is 5 minutes. They can give you towels which you can use on the lounge chairs reserved exclusively for Hennan guests. We had a lot of fun and we wanted to extend but we can’t due to time constraint. The place was relaxing. The pool looks pretty and will entice you to swim. All in all I have nothing negative to say.

The buffet is catered to a Korean palette so keep that in mind if you don’t like Korean food or want more of a western style breakfast. Also at the restaurant on a windy evening and a toddler at the table the waiter gave us napkins in a glass. It fell over and broke and the staff demanded we pay 75 pesos for the glass! It would be common sense not to give us the glass due to the weather and the fact we have an active toddler. VERY SCAMMY ! Needless to say I felt scammed. BE CAREFUL! I complained to the front desk and made a suggestion not to offer glasses to tables with similar situations but they didn’t seem to care at all. But they definitely cared about those 75 pesos! There was a roach in my shower but staff quickly took care of it.

Overall I had a good experience with the restaurant staff, the SPA and pool staff were very helpful but I had a very bad experience upon check out, that is why I can't put a better review. The staff lady at the reception took 30 minutes to give me my bill, she waited for the housekeeping to check my room and the house keeper came with a pillow case which had some stains on it, may be the mascara, asking me if I did a filipino tattoo, which I didn't, I said to her: anyway, what is the problem? You don't have a washing machine? She said” no,we don't?” I wonder how they wash the hotel clothes then?!? I was very annoyed about her questioning me again and again if I did a filipino tattoo, really insisting on that point, I was short of time to leave the hotel to take my flight back to Manila, so I didn't report the case, she gave me a bill with some drinks I didn't order, which i noticed few days later, I think they took this money for the laundry or buy a new pillow case, I am a frequent traveler and use to go to many hotels, I have never experienced that anywhere else in the whole world!

Je experience at Henan crystal resort was just amazing. The next time I will visit boracay I will definitely book again . They have the best pool view and beach pool . All the service serve with respect . It's 100/100 . Really polite, and for the good really nice they have different option from different country. They can serve you anytime if you need something . For the check in we arrive around 10 am it was really early since it was suppose to be at 3 pm . But they didn't let us outside, they have us access to the pool and drink .

The hotel is rated as 5stars. It is far away from that if you expect a real 5 star hotel you will be disappointed. I would rate it like a 3,5 star hotel. The only category where the hotel reaches a 5 star level is at the prices for food and beverages as well any outside activity. The most worse was the transfer from Hotel to the airport. We get ask to pay 6000 Peso. My deeper question after that answer was what the costing will be if just get to the harbour the answer was - it is the same. the real costs for 5 person is around 2000 peso in total up to the airport departure terminal (the 6000 peso is a discounted price the price list of the hotel say 9600 peso). For a phone call as a customer service a fee of 4000 / 7600 peso for the hotel reminds me at business which brings you in jail. The same is for the drinks and food average double of the prices compare all restaurants we had visited and I do not talk about cheap restaurants. Furthermore, it takes typical 20 minutes for a coffee and one hour for a pizza in a non-busy time. The hotel itself have a nice beach location the pool is good and cosy the rooms are clean. I join a lot of 5 star hotel in Asia and middle east and I believe I can make a proper judgment about the hotel capability and costing ratio. The hotel is good just complete overpriced for what they are able to deliver. The guest is not seen as a guest you get easy the feeling the milk cow arrived let take all his milk. For me a one time experience never again.

Had a 4 day stay here with my boyfriend and family and definitely made some core memories! If you’re in between hotels, pick Ambassador in Paradise because it is the BEST ever. The staff, most especially Kuya Dwight and Ate Cris, are super attentive, warm and friendly! Housekeeping is also on point as well as the hotel shuttle services. The food is good and the breakfast buffet is so good (includes taho!). They have a fire show, acoustic session and folk dance every night. The beach and white sand was amazing. The pool and jacuzzi was also nice. Overall, will be back because the staff here are so welcoming and the hotel itself is beautiful!

I always wanted to stay in one of Henann’s direct pool access rooms, and honestly best choice ever! We stayed here for our second night in Boracay since it was sold out for our first night. Please keep in mind though that the pool closes by 8pm :( the only downside actually lol Hopefully next time they extend hours up til midnight.

This hotel just opened on October and I must say, it did not disappoint. I would have rated 5 all in all but there are minor improvements. My overall stay was impeccable and I felt like a VIP. Thank you to all the staffs, Zephora who processed by checkout and late checkout request, the gentleman (I didn't get his name) who assisted me doing check in. The guards, the kuya who helped me with my luggage, and the lady who assisted me to my room you all deserve a 10/10 for customer service. Their VP Ms. Kaye even left a handwritten message welcoming me to the hotel which was personalized. The way that my was prepared was immaculate - very clean, spacious and the first hotel who offers Apple TV and iOS/Mac casting 👏🏻. Everything is brand new. It's worth the money. Their breakfast was okay, but there could have been more selections. Their pool is 😍. I will definitely be back at this hotel. I hope that the staff will stay the same, humble, all smiles, and accommodating. I complained to the front desk and made a suggestion not to offer glasses to tables with similar situations but they didn’t seem to care at all. But they definitely cared about those 75 pesos! There was a roach in my shower but staff quickly took care of it.

Overall I had a good experience with the restaurant staff, the SPA and pool staff were very helpful but I had a very bad experience upon check out, that is why I can't put a better review. The staff lady at the reception took 30 minutes to give me my bill, she waited for the housekeeping to check my room and the house keeper came with a pillow case which had some stains on it, may be the mascara, asking me if I did a filipino tattoo, which I didn't, I said to her: anyway, what is the problem? You don't have a washing machine? She said” no,we don't?” I wonder how they wash the hotel clothes then?!? I was very annoyed about her questioning me again and again if I did a filipino tattoo, really insisting on that point, I was short of time to leave the hotel to take my flight back to Manila, so I didn't report the case, she gave me a bill with some drinks I didn't order, which i noticed few days later, I think they took this money for the laundry or buy a new pillow case, I am a frequent traveler and use to go to many hotels, I have never experienced that anywhere else in the whole world!

Je experience at Henan crystal resort was just amazing. The next time I will visit boracay I will definitely book again . They have the best pool view and beach pool . All the service serve with respect . It's 100/100 . Really polite, and for the good really nice they have different option from different country. They can serve you anytime if you need something . For the check in we arrive around 10 am it was really early since it was suppose to be at 3 pm . But they didn't let us outside, they have us access to the pool and drink .

The hotel is rated as 5stars. It is far away from that if you expect a real 5 star hotel you will be disappointed. I would rate it like a 3,5 star hotel. The only category where the hotel reaches a 5 star level is at the prices for food and beverages as well any outside activity. The most worse was the transfer from Hotel to the airport. We get ask to pay 6000 Peso. My deeper question after that answer was what the costing will be if just get to the harbour the answer was - it is the same. the real costs for 5 person is around 2000 peso in total up to the airport departure terminal (the 6000 peso is a discounted price the price list of the hotel say 9600 peso). For a phone call as a customer service a fee of 4000 / 7600 peso for the hotel reminds me at business which brings you in jail. The same is for the drinks and food average double of the prices compare all restaurants we had visited and I do not talk about cheap restaurants. Furthermore, it takes typical 20 minutes for a coffee and one hour for a pizza in a non-busy time. The hotel itself have a nice beach location the pool is good and cosy the rooms are clean. I join a lot of 5 star hotel in Asia and middle east and I believe I can make a proper judgment about the hotel capability and costing ratio. The hotel is good just complete overpriced for what they are able to deliver. The guest is not seen as a guest you get easy the feeling the milk cow arrived let take all his milk. For me a one time experience never again.

Had a 4 day stay here with my boyfriend and family and definitely made some core memories! If you’re in between hotels, pick Ambassador in Paradise because it is the BEST ever. The staff, most especially Kuya Dwight and Ate Cris, are super attentive, warm and friendly! Housekeeping is also on point as well as the hotel shuttle services. The food is good and the breakfast buffet is so good (includes taho!). They have a fire show, acoustic session and folk dance every night. The beach and white sand was amazing. The pool and jacuzzi was also nice. Overall, will be back because the staff here are so welcoming and the hotel itself is beautiful!

I always wanted to stay in one of Henann’s direct pool access rooms, and honestly best choice ever! We stayed here for our second night in Boracay since it was sold out for our first night. Please keep in mind though that the pool closes by 8pm :( the only downside actually lol Hopefully next time they extend hours up til midnight.

This hotel just opened on October and I must say, it did not disappoint. I would have rated 5 all in all but there are minor improvements. My overall stay was impeccable and I felt like a VIP. Thank you to all the staffs, Zephora who processed by checkout and late checkout request, the gentleman (I didn't get his name) who assisted me doing check in. The guards, the kuya who helped me with my luggage, and the lady who assisted me to my room you all deserve a 10/10 for customer service. Their VP Ms. Kaye even left a handwritten message welcoming me to the hotel which was personalized. The way that my was prepared was immaculate - very clean, spacious and the first hotel who offers Apple TV and iOS/Mac casting 👏🏻. Everything is brand new. It's worth the money. Their breakfast was okay, but there could have been more selections. Their pool is 😍. I will definitely be back at this hotel. I hope that the staff will stay the same, humble, all smiles, and accommodating. Recommendation: Create a member loyalty platform - I am sure your hotel will be famous as more travelers discovers what you offer. + Very prime location, 2-5 minutes walk to the white beach + Their staffs are superb in customer service + Worth every penny + Very spacious room, has a bath tub and veranda + Breakfast selection can be improved but I loved their main dishes + Free cute tote bag + Complimentary drinks were served right away + Wet cold face towels were immediately given - Construction is kinda loud, but the room has a bit of sound proofing which helps. - Minor: There's not flat iron or maybe, they can provide upon request.
