GGuest UserThe hotel is very conveniently located, which is definitely a plus. However, there are several issues that prevent it from truly living up to its five-star rating.
At check-in, we were not informed that parking was paid. As a result, after three days of stay, we were required to pay a rather significant amount at check-out, which came as an unpleasant surprise.
The rooms are generally comfortable and well equipped, but in the bathroom there were noticeable uncleaned areas and fingerprints on the faucets, indicating that housekeeping was not done thoroughly.
I would also like to specifically mention the breakfasts, which were a complete disappointment. From a five-star hotel belonging to an international chain, a very different standard is expected. The food was not fresh and appeared dried out (see photos), the selection did not change from day to day, there was almost no pastry, desserts were limited to just two items, and there were no vegetarian options at all, which seems strange for a hotel of this level.

태태양의신_1I went to Soto Masil and found Sheraton by chance....
I made a reservation right away..
I slept very well in a room with a diagonal ocean view.
The hotel parking lot is in the parking tower, but isn't it a bit expensive?
If you cross the road to the main gate, there is an alley, so if you park there, it's not too expensive.
There is a parking app used in the Soto area, so you can download the app and use it.
There is street parking in front of the hotel, but..
The competition is very fierce.

CClairemfalveyDid not know it was a single bed and that was a big low factor for me. There were 2 pillows, so some improvement on other hotels I have been in recently. The location was excellent right off the main sqaure. The restaurant was on and handy if it rains. There were some ammenties, but couldn't find a hairdryer. I went for a face treatment in their spa and really enjoyed it. My skin feels good.

RRafal KonradThe room I stayed in was clean and very well kept. The comfortable bed provided a great night's sleep, and the thoughtful design made the space both functional and pleasing to the eye.
The breakfast was fresh, tasty and offered a good selection of dishes.
If you are looking for a hotel where everything is as it should be: clean, comfortable, with friendly service and no surprises - this is an excellent choice.

ТТatsianaЭтот отель просто фантастический! Он просто огромный и здесь есть всё: бассейн обычный, бассейн соляной, водные аттракционы для детей, четыре отличных сауны, фитнес зал, бильярд, боулинг, отличный ночной клуб! И что самое приятное, для гостей отеля вход везде бесплатный, что очень порадовало! Так же есть два ресторана ( ужин был просто чудесный)😋
Для тех, кто хочет поправить своё здоровье, есть целый перечень лечебных поддерживающих процедур и массажа, правда, оплачивать придётся отдельно.
Обязательно буду рекомендовать всем друзьям и знакомым. И теперь я знаю, где хочу отметить свой день рождения!
Спасибо большое за гостеприимство, будем рады приехать к вам снова!

GGuest UserThe hotel is the best in Sopot with a private beach area. The hotel is old, but it is well maintained. The restaurant is great and the front desk is very friendly. The parking fee is expensive. You need to go to the front desk in advance to greet. The hotel's open-air parking lot is very hot. For the same price, you can go to the Sheraton commercial parking lot next door for more convenience.
