5-Star Hotels in West Pomerania, Poland

The hotel is very nice, the location is very good, this is our 3rd stay there. Room, view, breakfast,... everything is really great. The only improvement I would like to see: At the breakfast buffet you can have very tasty scrambled eggs/omelettes prepared. If you're in a hurry, you can get ready-made scrambled eggs. Unfortunately, the quality here is not freshly prepared. It tastes like ”packaged scrambled eggs” which is a shame. There is a huge water park for families (access via the basement) and a rooftop pool with a sauna and whirlpool. Especially since there is a large water park for families, access to the wellness area/rooftop pool for over-16s would be desirable.

Der Unterschied zwischen seitlichen Meerblick und Meerblick ist marginal. Meerblick nicht von der Seite gibt es laut Rezeption nur bei Suiten und nie bei Superior. Nur doof, wenn man extra mehr zahlt für Superior mit Meerblick. Sauberkeit ingesamt Ok. Bei 5* sollten aber auch die Tassen im Zimmer sauber und keine Zigarettenstummel auf dem Balkon zu finden sein. Gastfreundlichkeit an der Rezeption hat noch Potential nach oben. Der Service im Restaurant war top. Der passte auch zum großartigem Essen.

Byliśmy z rodziną w Król Plaza Resort w Jarosławcu. Sam hotel ma świetną lokalizację blisko plaży, pokoje były czyste i wygodne, a dzieci bardzo dobrze bawiły się na basenie i w kąciku zabaw. Jedzenie było smaczne, ale dość powtarzalne – po kilku dniach brakowało nam większej różnorodności. Na minus muszę wspomnieć o paniach w recepcji, które nie były zbyt miłe i przez to pierwsze wrażenie nie należało do najlepszych. Ogólnie jednak pobyt oceniamy pozytywnie i jest to dobre miejsce na rodzinny urlop.

The hotel is located in an ideal location, very close to the beach. The hotel has 5 stars, but in my opinion it is too much for this facility. The rooms are already slightly worn, and the rooms on the first floor are not soundproofed enough. We could hear water flowing in our room all night long, the sound came from the corridor, and the ventilation grilles in the room were humming all night long. The service at the main reception was helpful and nice. Unfortunately, the same could not be said about the older lady serving at the Spa reception. The lady was rude, unpleasant and constantly complaining (someone walked in sandy shoes - bad, someone turned off the light in the Spa - again loud comments to customers). Breakfasts were very plentiful and delicious.

We were 2 adults and a 13-j age child. Our son's bed was a disaster – very hard and uncomfortable. It was not a proper bed, but rather a sofa, but sold as a bed for 3 people. We had to lower 4 ceilings so that it became a little more tolerable. At the reception we were told that all rooms were so equipped. There were no towels in the wellness area. You had to take the towels out of the room, which then did not have any more in the room. The floor in the wellness area was very sliding. The bathroommasters were mostly in their room and dealed with their cellphones. Only at 02.04.2026 there was a staffer who was really careful, working constantly and cleaned up. The breakfast was good, but you had to wait until a table was free and clean. In the lobby, you could hardly sit in the evening, as live music took place every evening. The hotel was mostly visited by older guests (70+). We ordered food for our son in the hotel restaurant (52 Złoty). For room service from 7th to 2th floor, 50 Złoty were added, which we consider inappropriate. The staff at the reception was not very friendly and seemed rather unhellable.

Practical and comfortable

The hotel's restaurant tastes first-class, the room is very large and comfortable, after all, the five-star hotel, there is no supporting facilities around, the sea view outside is also good, it is worth going again

Wir kommen immer wieder ins Aquarius zurück, haben auch die anderen 5-Sterne-Hotels in Kolberg probiert. Aber der Saunabereich ist hier unschlagbar. Das Frühstück ist vollkommen in Ordnung, alle Kaffeesorten sind vorhanden; wer’s mag, bekommt auch Sekt. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ausreichend groß 👍
