Лучший отель в Сочи, сервис, номера, завтраки - все идеально. Единственное, слева от отеля - стройка, поэтому при бронировании учитывайте это! Стандартные номера с частичным видом на стройку, и в номере слышно даже при закрытых окнах

Я как искушённый гость могу сказать - твердая четвёрка по предоставляемым услугам и качеству. Минусы - номер мой был не дешёвым, но вид на крышу спа зоны с кондиционерами не очень, но не шибко страшно Номерной фонд уставший, это заметно невооружённым взглядом, как и халаты За спа зоной следят лучше, так как продают отдельно абонементы отдельно для жителей Краснодара Ещё один минус - нет окна в номере, чтобы проветрить нужно открывать дверь на балкон! Это очень неудобно, потому что регулировать невозможно И самое главное - зона курения на балконе! С соседских балконов тянуло табаком постоянно в мой номер! Подобного не должно быть в отеле позиционируещего себя как премиум Ну и шумоизоляция в первый ночь от двери низкая - какие то мужики орали в 12 ночи В принципе отель за свои деньги неплохо. Буду проездом в Краснодаре рассмотрю этот вариант для отдыха
