5-Star Hotels in Ankara Province, Türkiye

The service was excellent. Even though it's in a new district, getting around by taxi wasn't too bad; it took about 20 minutes to reach Ankara Castle and Anitkabir. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable; I slept wonderfully for three consecutive nights. The staff were genuinely warm and helpful, offering to carry luggage and proactively asking if I needed anything, and even brought some small treats. The facilities were very well-equipped, and the price was even a bit cheaper than what you'd find domestically, making it excellent value for money. If I ever come back to Ankara, I wouldn't hesitate to choose JW Marriott again.

My wife and I stayed for one night on June 13-14. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We stayed in room 803 on the 8th floor. We didn't encounter any issues with cleanliness. The room size was quite ideal for us, and we thought it would also be suitable for longer stays. - At 8:30 AM, our door was knocked for room cleaning. Initially, we didn't understand why they came so early. As we left, we noticed that the 'clean my room' button next to the door was on. We hadn't turned it on, and since we checked in late at night, we probably didn't notice it – it must have been left on from the previous cleaning. - The sound insulation of the room entrance doors was not poor; it was nonexistent. We could hear all conversations happening in the corridor.

The hotel has a very pleasant and comfortable environment, which made my stay relaxing from the beginning. I would especially like to thank Ferhat, Omer, and the rest of the hotel staff for their incredible help and kindness. When I first arrived at the hotel, I unfortunately realized that I had left my phone in a taxi. The staff immediately took action — they helped check the security cameras, contacted the taxi company, and eventually managed to get in touch with the driver. Throughout the whole process, they were extremely patient, warm-hearted, and supportive. I was truly touched by their professionalism and genuine care. This experience made my stay much more reassuring, and I am deeply grateful for their help.

The hotel is located in the very center of Ankara, with extremely easy access to all parts of the city. Starting with Ms. Ebru from the reservations team and Mr. Mustafa from the concierge, all hotel staff are highly attentive and professional. The breakfast service is excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious Turkish cuisine. The rooms are new, clean, and comfortable. Booking a stay at [Hotel Name] through Ctrip this time was absolutely fantastic, it definitely deserves a full five-star rating! First off, the location is unbeatable. The hotel is right next to [subway entrance/attraction], and it’s just a few minutes' walk to [shopping district/famous attraction], which is incredibly convenient for tourists. Secondly, the service was truly touching. The front desk staff, [Mr. Wang/Ms. Li], were warm and thoughtful. Since we arrived early, they very kindly prioritized arranging a room for us. During check-in, they provided a detailed introduction to the hotel facilities and nearby dining options, and were happy to answer all our questions. Most importantly, the room facilities were a pleasant surprise. It looked exactly like the promotional photos – very clean and tidy. The mattress was just right, not too soft and not too firm, so we slept very comfortably. The toiletries were of good quality, and the hot water flow was quick and stable. Little details like [the free mini-bar, smart toilet, and large floor-to-ceiling windows] significantly enhanced the quality of our stay.

The hotel was located in the best place I wanted. The U.S. Embassy and AŞTİ bus terminal were so close that we could go there on foot. Our room was on the 16th floor and had a fantastic view of Ankara. The room was clean, and the breakfast was perfect.

It’s pretty far to downtown but very quiet place if you are looking to somewhere rest absolutely one place you have to go! near the forest, you are waking up with birds voices, everything is very clean, breakfast is good and service is fast

Very nice hotel for my opinion in the center for my position needs, very clean hotel as per european standard, i did not tryed the food, only not full positive thing in room 712 the wall next to bath door was bit broken so I can not give 5 start for cleaness but 4 and window in room was not closing completely but for me was not a problem..I would reccomend to travel for Italians and all European

Room is tidy. Staff are friendly. Near industrial area where for convenient transportation for business traveller. A shopping mall nearby provides all the catering and entertaining needs.

They have a wonderful hospitality team – you truly feel they are like a family, very well connected. Especially during breakfast, they demonstrate full loyalty and professionalism both in their work and towards the client. A great team indeed, and my special thanks go to Ceren and Ayça. Regards, IAS
