Upon arrival, we were disappointed by the lack of assistance with our luggage, especially as two staff members observed us struggling. The hallway carpets also made navigating with bags quite challenging. However, the rooms themselves were lovely and clean. A standout experience was the breakfast staff, who were incredibly helpful; despite us arriving late, they still served us and even brought out juice after packing it up. Their exceptional service truly turned our experience around, and we left feeling happy, though the reception staff could certainly improve.

Our stay was fantastic overall, with just a couple of minor hiccups. The overhead shower wasn't working, and the handheld shower was a bit too low for comfort. Plus, the water temperature fluctuated quite a bit.

Excellent, with a great location near the sea. It's very clean and luxurious, perfect for a two-day relaxing and pampering stay.

The lady at the front desk remembers her English very well and her service was very polite.

Otel çok güzel. Büyük fuayeden, kapalı ve açık havuzlara, peyzajdan, Marmara'nın güzel manzaralarına kadar, ödenen ücrete değerdi. the room is nice, reception friendly. if for short stay is ok, long stay need to consider, since there was no restaurant, grocery shop nearby. no so much of choir for dinner and breakfast. gym facilities is excellent.
