Top rated hotels in Emirate of Abu Dhabi

Copthorne Downtown

Abu Dhabi City Center
We booked two twin rooms for 3 nights, however they cannot find two rooms from their system. After clarifying for a long time, they managed to give us the rooms. That maybe due to a communication problem between the hotel and trip.com. Anyways the rooms are clean. There is a rooftop pool. Lifeguard is friendly and helpful. If the rooms are too dark, it would be perfect if they could be brighter.

I totally enjoyed my stay and slept comfortably. The rooms is clean and there is washing machine, stove, refrigerator and smart tv. Internet is good but much better if the smart tv is connected to wifi so that the apps can enjoy….
Radisson Blu Hotel, Abu Dhabi Yas Island
4.3/556 Reviews
The Radisson Hotel is a fantastic place to stay. Jessica and Elvie provided superb room service and kept the room tip-top along with my coffee supply. Vijay rajbhar provided excellent laundry service All of the staff at breakfast made it a very enjoyable experience (but be prepared to queue if you arrive after 9am) However the hotel warnings regarding queuing are very clear, the early arrivals, do not queue at all. The front desk staff were very helpful and courteous. The happy hour provides excellent food and drink especially Evangelino and the rest of the staff in the executive lounge Use the opportunity of their Yas beach free pass. Would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone
Aloft Abu Dhabi

Abu Dhabi City Center
The hotel is inside Adnec, literally a hallway and reach the exhibition, excellent location, near embassies. Also it has outdoor seating with pool, but during my visit pool was under maintenance sadly. Big rooms, comfy beds, but some rooms were lacking the hotel facilities such as toothbrush, sandals and etc. Nice city and pool view but other rooms it was just rock view. For the coffee in the room they used paper cup’s which was unacceptable since i will drink coffee more than once and it was getting loose each time, and i should each time call the workers for coffee cup, tissue, and others. Some receptionist were friendly, but others were literally rude, which was not nice from them. They took too much time to check me in, I waited a-lot, and no enough seating place in the reception, which was getting crowded fast. Good luggage service, and while checkout they were cooperative. They have separate level for smoking guests, so non smoking guests don’t get bothered, which was great. Excellent breakfast with wide variety of food, also the waiters were super helpful and friendly when asked for something or help. Hotel decoration was quite crowded with colors which i personally did not like. Overall hotel was good and for business purpose this hotel is your place.
City Seasons Al Hamra Hotel
4.3/5363 Reviews
Abu Dhabi City Center
Staying at the City Seasons Al Hamra offers a mixed bag of experiences, with its strengths lying in location and dining, while some of its facilities show signs of wear that could impact longer stays. Positives: - Great Location: The hotel's location is advantageous for those looking to explore the city, offering easy access to local attractions and amenities. - Decent Buffet:The food at the buffet is decent, providing a satisfactory dining experience for guests. Areas for Improvement: - Room Update Needed:The rooms, particularly noted for their old carpets, are in dire need of an update to match contemporary standards of comfort and aesthetics. - Lack of Warm Water: The absence of warm water in the shower is a significant drawback, especially for guests looking for a more extended stay. For a short visit, this might be a minor inconvenience, but it could become a major issue over time. Overall, while City Seasons Al Hamra shines in its strategic location and offers decent dining options, the condition of its rooms, specifically the need for modernization and the issue with warm water availability, suggests a pressing need for renovation. These improvements could significantly enhance the guest experience, ensuring comfort and satisfaction for both short-term and long-term stays.
Mercure Grand Jebel Hafeet Al Ain Hotel
4.3/584 Reviews
It was one of the best locations for a resort, the view was truly amazing! the cleanliness is ok, the food was amazingly delicious too, we ordered from room service we really love the lamb chops and the shrimp biryani, even in the pool bar the food was served fresh and appetising, not to mention the breakfast was absolutely devine the breads were freshly baked. there were many things we wanted to comment was about the services its taking too long to order and the order to arrive. we also noticed that some of the facilities were idle and abandoned. it is quite sad to see that this hotel is beautiful yet so much left behind. We can even imagine the breeze during winter, althou this hotel is currently operating, it was very noticeable too that there were under staff. I have to praise all the staffs that we encountered from the luggage area to reception to the gym and the breakfast staffs, also the housekeeping were very polite and attentive, despite of all the challenges. I hope that the management would see the greatest potential of this hotel, lies to the staffs who are very willing to serve, they just need more motivation and incentives indeed. All the best! cant wait to experience it again on winter.
Tryp by Wyndham Abu Dhabi City Center

Abu Dhabi Corniche
Great hotel, friendly and helpful staff. The only downside was that they didn’t have a non-smoking room which is what I requested, so we stayed in smoking room. It smelled a bit like cigarettes, but it was bearable. The breakfast was also good.
Novotel Abu Dhabi Al Bustan
4.3/5128 Reviews
Abu Dhabi City Center
Service of Novotel is not stable… some times you get good service some times not… After a while out of town, I stayed in Novotel for one night again. I called for more water after check in as I knew myself I could finish 1L of water in 2 hours. When the house keeper came, he asked me for the empty bottle with which they used to fill in water before he could give me new one with water. I understand some ppl might wanna take their bottle but come on! If that’s the concern of the hotel, ask the guest for deposit for the bottle then! If anyone ever take it, deduct the money from the deposit. It is no sense to “protect the environment” while keeping your guests thirsty! And it would also rise concerns for me how these bottles are being cleaned?! Stupid!
Grand Villaggio Hotel, Abu Dhabi

Abu Dhabi City Center
Everything in our stay was excellent and above expectations. Continental breakfast was extra special because the restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our night at the Club however the drinks are pricey. I don't like the smell of the room maybe because of the carpet but everything was okay and exceptional. We will definitely come back!
