Highly recommended for travelers! This is a brand new hotel with excellent facilities. It's just a 5-minute walk to Skanderbeg Square, and there are airport shuttle and various bus stops right outside. Restaurants, bars, and supermarkets are all conveniently located nearby. The front desk staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, and they offer luggage storage, which really lightens your load for exploring Albania.

Superb location, friendly staff, and spotlessly clean. The decor was classic and understated. The bed was comfortable and very spacious. The breakfast was excellent, though I might have wished for a bit more fruit. Otherwise, it featured scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, burek, plenty of vegetables and olives, a wide selection of bread and spreads, Belgian waffles, yogurt, muesli, a huge variety of jams, and more. However, there were no extra amenities (such as a pool or a sky bar), just a single restaurant. While that's not a dealbreaker, it's a bit of a shame considering it's quite a pricey place to stay.

Excellent apartment in a very quiet building in the centre of Tirana. All business nearby. A 3 minutes walk from the navy direction the airport. A weekend pass in the apartment that is very clean and very comfortable. I recommend 100% you can go closed your eyes.

Good stay. It’s far from the touristic town centre but the neighbourhood gives it a more local area experience. Restaurants and markets in the area. Hotel seems to be best for families of people traveling with a car. Single room layout a bit off because i couldn’t get to the other corner but it’s spacious enough and the shower room is really nice and modern. Breakfast not the best but has a good variety. Really clean but perhaps housekeeping can be by request (I dont mind it but they changed everything every day is a bit unnecessary).

Overall this hotel is fantastic. Location is good, room is spacious and comfortable, many ammenities and the staff is all lovely.
Unfortunately whoever cleaned my room didn’t do it very well. There was a used hairtie on the armchair and garbage between the bed and window so I didnt want this person touching my things so left the do not disturb on.
Also when I booked the room it said I would have a balcony but I didn’t. I asked about changing to a balcony room but was denied.
Alda went above and beyond with her service helping me set up things outside the hotel. She is a gem.

It is located in a busy city, on George Bush Street, just like Huaihai West Road in Shanghai, with floor-to-ceiling windows to see the street view. The hotel is a newly renovated old building. It is said to be the property of the sister of the old Albanian king.
Only nine rooms are available for occupancy. The check-in experience was extremely uncomfortable, there was no place to put things, Wi-Fi could not be connected, European plugs did not work, and the facilities were incomplete.
Breakfast is not a buffet, it is ordered and requires waiting time.

Hotel praticamente dentro do shopping e do terminal TEG, localização perfeita para quem vai usar ônibus na Albania. Muito novo tudo muito bem cuidado. Um agradecimento especial a Júlia (não sei se assim escreve seu nome) pois nos ajudou com a troca do quarto por uma questão pessoal, ela e sua colega muito simpáticas e prestativas. Apenas a cuidar o isolamento acústico pois há barulho do tráfego da autovia.

CCLAUDIAAt the reception as said in all reviews you have to leave 100 euros of capra and 8 euros per person per day for taxes ...e even if I said and showed that on the booking site there was written 1.70 per person he doesn't care!! So it would be the case that the site itself updates because it is a joke!!! I had to add EUR 32 to my booking so there was not all this convenience! The hotel is well and clean, but the rooms are small coats and broken boxes are not just 4 stars!! There is no very low breakfast includes neither coffee nor tea nor cappuccino but only cold milk and ace juice! Dinner if you have a full pension is not even included water, no food you can choose or that or that the card menu is not included in the full pension . absurd!!! Then at the end you don't eat badly, but it's really little to stay with hunger!! I never seen such a thing!!! Thanks to your dreams!!

ХХанамThere are a lot of minuses, let's start with the main ones. If you are a blonde, please wear a cap if you go to the pool. I have an ash blonde that I have been trying to achieve for many years, but after their pool my hair turned green. I don't know what they add to the pool!
At the time of check-in, when paying in $ cash, they told me that we accept either local currency or €. I decided to pay by card, but the hotel took an extra $30, I didn't notice right away, but as soon as I noticed, I wrote to technical support. When technical support contacted the hotel, the hotel denied that they took an extra $30 from me. Despite the fact that I have a receipt for payment for $30 more and a bank statement. They denied that they took $30 from me, despite the fact that I have all the evidence. When I personally went to the reception to sort it out, they told me that it wasn't them who took $30, but they should have taken $30 because they were converting from dollars to euros from euros to their local currency and this conversion would cost $30. But supposedly the bank was billing me this amount, not the hotel itself, although the bill itself was billed on behalf of the hotel. I didn't like that at all. There were no slippers in the rooms, by the way, they didn't deny that they didn't have slippers. Very strange behavior from the staff. Their breakfasts only last 2 hours and cost €10, but for some reason the breakfast is extremely meager, it's easier to have breakfast for the same amount in a nearby cafe.

Good
Oorganic holidays and Zen lifehotel is great located at the center of Tiarana. Around the heart center of the city. Easy to go alone to the city park and Parlza. Everything is good service, the reception is very helpful and kindly. Have a great breakfast and coffee lounge. Reasonable price for the trip. Room is clean and everyday have helper clean the room. Bed is supper comfortable. Will come again.

Xx.ImanI kid you not, albeit short, this was the best experience I’ve had at a hotel in a looooong time. Compliments to the staff above all!! Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE was very inviting, friendly and treated me like family. That and the fact that the room and the grounds were amazing is like the biggest plus. Their ethos of from farm to table is alive and well in all their food and drink (I LOOOVED the sourdough).
If you read nothing else, all the amenities you’d ever need are available, luxurious and spacious rooms, amazing food and great courtyard, and hospitable and lovely staff, I can’t wait to come back to Albania just to experience this beautiful stay again!
