The hotel has a great location near the republic square, the service is great, shops and stores are a walking distance. All city attraction are 10-15min from the hotel. The staff is great, i asked for a late checkout it was so easy, they were very welcoming.
I really liked the hotel's location: literally a 10-minute walk to the center and a 5-minute walk to the street where the restaurants are. It's very quiet, not noisy, which can't be said about the center. It's close to the old town. New hotel, modern rooms. I liked everything. It's a beautiful building. There's a large supermarket nearby and many small shops where you can buy fruit. Everything is within walking distance. The service is excellent.
The hotel has a great location, right next to Republic Square, and the Citywalk is very convenient. The hotel reception staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and spacious, the bedding was comfortable, there was plenty of hot water and heating, and the breakfast was plentiful, fresh, and delicious. Overall, a very good stay!
a normal hotel, there is everything you need, a large bed, a clean room, sockets, a refrigerator, a table with coffee and tea, a TV, my room even had a balcony. the shower has everything you need, enough fresh towels.
Best hotel we stayed in the caucasus! Room size was big. Loved the professional service from the front desk, very clean rooms, amazing breakfast and after 2 days of having breakfast in the hotel, the very attentive staff at the breakfast area even rem my surname! That was a pleasant surprise! Enjoyed every moment here and was sad to leave. Will definitely recommend everyone to stay!!!
The hotel breakfast is quite rich, the doorman is very friendly. The swimming pool is nice. But the gym has few equipment. The location is OK, it takes about ten minutes to walk to the Grand Staircase and Republic Square. There is a small supermarket downstairs.
Arrived at 3 am. They put me in a room where someone was sleeping 😀 . About 30 minutes later they gave me a room. Everything is clean. No extra smells. The guys at the reception during the day are adequate. I wrote everything in advance, it is unpleasant to wait so much at night (for this I took off 1 star). In the room there is a minibar, tea and coffee, a kettle. A robe. In my room for two there was 1 tiny shampoo, 1 tiny shower gel and soap, a toothbrush. A room for two! It was possible to put this for two at least. Total: it takes about 25 minutes to get there by taxi for 1600 money. The bus is 2 km from the hotel. It is not the center. In general, I liked the hotel, good attitude, clean, large rooms. I recommend it. There is also breakfast, I did not try it. Oh! There is a terrace on the 7th floor, a gym.
The hotel name is Europe but Asian guests are also welcomed, as I saw Vietnamese or Chinese guests were staying. The room is quite nice and comfortable, bed quality is good and comfy, bathroom is clean, the breakfast is simple but the quality of the each item is nice and has a good combination of nutrition altogether. Hotel clerks are kind, polite and attentive. It is very good hotel and I had pleasant experience.
I give this hotel a huge thumbs-up! I won't go into detail about the basics of room cleanliness and amenities; it was a true five-star hotel, and our two-night stay was incredibly comfortable!
The hotel's location and service are a real plus:
Location: Located in the heart of Yerevan, you can see Republic Square from the window, and attractions like the Grand Staircase and the History Museum of Armenia are all within walking distance. Downstairs are numerous restaurants, supermarkets, and handicraft shops, making it a pleasant place to browse in the evening.
Service: The front desk staff were patient and helpful, spoke excellent English, and were incredibly helpful. They even helped us get a ride to the airport when our taxi app had issues!
Excellent location, right in the city center. Republic Square is a 3-5-minute walk away.
The staff is helpful and friendly. The room has everything you need: a refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, and washing machine. The price/quality ratio is excellent.

Cchow fui ngoGreat location and good breakfast. However, there's only one lift, so expect some waiting. The hotel is undergoing renovations, which makes it a bit messy and dirty.Hopefully, it will look much better once the work is done.
I recently booked a private tour through hotel to visit Khor Virap, Noravank, Tatev Monastery and the Aerial tramway. While I appreciate the arrangement, I wanted to share some concerns about the experience.
The driver did not provide any information about the destinations and only drove us between locations. Additionally, he dud not wear seatbelt, which led to a police stop and issue a fine. This was quite unsetting for us. The trip was cost AMD 99000.00. The driver never offer or stop for lunch and break.
We hope the hotel will take this into consideration to ensure future guests have a safer and more comfortable experience.

CCaidaoxiafanLocation: Next to the Central Theater, right in the city center. Very close to the Grand Staircase, but the entrance is in a courtyard off the main road.
Room type: Double bed. It's quite small, and the toilet is tucked in a corner, making it a bit cramped. The bed is made of two pushed together, and the duvet and toiletries are in the cupboard. All the toiletries are Dove brand. The power outlets are compatible with Chinese plugs, and there are plenty of them. However, there's a faint air freshener scent in the room that I personally didn't like, and the hallway had a strange odor, like stinky feet.
Breakfast: Standard Western breakfast. The variety isn't extensive, but it's acceptable and you can find something to eat.
GGuest UserThe hotel is very centrally located in Yerevan. Check-in was straightforward. The room was large and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with lovely salads and plenty of fruit. There was a great selection of cheeses. The cold cuts platters also looked good, but I don't eat sausage, so I can't comment on the taste. The pastries were varied. I mainly ate lavash and Armenian flatbread. The coffee and juices were excellent. The hotel also had a clean pool and sauna, which I used frequently. Everything was spotless there as well. The reception staff were always happy to help with any questions. If I ever return to Yerevan, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

GGuest UserGreat hotel and location..biggest room I ever stayed in Yerevan.. Very comfy bed and spacious bathroom
Didn't try breakfast.. Overall great all, only area of improvement would be the noisy air conditioning but winter is coming anyway
AAnastasia LadyginaThe hotel is excellent. In the very center of the city. In this regard, there are both pros and cons.
+ You can easily get to any attraction, museum, everything is within reach. This is especially important, given the heat of plus 36.
+ Clean, cute, pleasant, small boutique hotel in a beautiful safe area
+ Breakfasts are delicious and hearty, water in the room
+ Helped to lift the suitcases
- no elevator (but they helped to carry the suitcases up the stairs)
- the center is very busy, especially in the evening, especially on weekends, life is in full swing until 2 am. All this movement will be heard even with the windows closed and the air conditioner on.
- no room extension service and late paid check-out, very important for a late flight, to return, wash up after the heat and then go on your way.
