JJoyce LinThose who like to make tea or coffee are in luck, because they have to keep going to the bar counter on the first floor to get hot water. The location is very good, and the room faces the river directly. After checking in, I took the elevator from 60 years ago and walked through the corridor from 80 years ago. When I entered the room, my three views were refreshed. It turned out that the so-called industrial style and the simple style are so similar. The shower room is next to the bed, so you know what I mean. In short, next time I go to Graz, I will not stay here even if it is free. It's really different from the photos on the official website!

11391248****The hotel's environment completely exceeded my expectations. The surroundings were as tranquil and beautiful as a fairyland. I've already recommended it to friends for their vacations. The breakfast was also excellent, plentiful, and delicious. It's suitable for a relaxing stay of three days or more; my two-night stay was too short! Personally, I think it's even more suitable for a relaxing vacation than Hallstatt. There are far fewer people, and the tranquil lake view is perfect. It's my favorite hotel during this European trip, and it's my top choice for all my travels over the years!

GGuest UserWe had Apartment 37 for 5 people. Since we were actually from 3 different families, I can highly recommend this apartment đ. It has 2 separate bedrooms, a bathtub with a toilet, a shower with a toilet, and a sofa bed in the living area, and of course, a small kitchen. The kitchen equipment was actually our only point of criticism; in our opinion, there wasn't enough cutlery or good kitchen knives for 5 people. We just always washed the forks and knives right away. The reception staff were very competent, polite, and helpful!!!! The indoor pool and sauna were also good and never really overcrowded. Also, a big compliment to the cleaning staff; it was really sparkling clean!!! We can only recommend Alpine Club.

GGuest UserThis apartment hotel has a bus stop at the entrance, which is convenient for both attractions and Graz train station.
Breakfast options may not be too much, but they are all attentive; lactose-free milk is also available.
All the staff at the restaurant and restaurant counters are very kind and this hotel is perfect for family travel.

GGuest Userwalkable from Graz train station still very quiet rooms with modern room and bathroom facilities. we stayed in winter and the heating was good but  can not comment on AC. beds were comfortable. breakfast varieties were plenty and overall taste was good. staff was helpful. the city centre was within walking range and tram lines in the city centre were free.

SSeWeI had a great stay at the NH Hotel Graz City and would definitely choose it again. The location is excellent, making it equally convenient for business travellers and tourists. I could easily see myself staying here for either another work trip or a city break.
The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
The rooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly - something I really appreciated during my stay, especially considering the hot outside temperatures. Overall, it's a reliable, comfortable hotel with great service, and I would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Graz.

GGuest UserAll perfect, clean, very friendly staff, huge choice at breakfast, the only manko is the parking lot. I only looked at the car booking in the description if there was a parking space, unfortunately the one was reserved and the 2 was full or parked there 2 cars so stupid that actually 3 cars had still room..
Now we had to park around the hotel in the green zones and buy a ticket, was so bad for 2 1/2h because of weekend net, but when you arrive earlier, it can be a bit expensive

GGuest UserAcross the river from the main city, 3 stops from bus 58 or 63 to the train station, convenient, but not particularly convenient to the main attractions. Walk a few hundred meters to take tram 3 or 5, or take 58 or 63 for one stop to change to bus 3 or 5. There is a BELLA supermarket next door and a eurospar supermarket across the road. The room we were given was on the 3rd floor. Although it was along the street, it was not noisy at all because it was recessed, and the sunlight was not direct, so the temperature and light in the room were good. The hygiene was good, the front desk service was good, and there were not many varieties of breakfast, but it was not suitable for Chinese stomachs.

GGuest UserA beautiful classy old school hotel. The single room was perfectly adequate with a large comfortable bed and a large bathroom with good quality fittings.
The food and service in the restaurant was excellent.
The hotel is about a 15 minute walk across a park to the historic centre. The location means that it's very peaceful and I slept well. All in all a great stay and I would definitely return should I visit Graz again.

SStefanâ-Nice, clean, and centrally located hotel. This hotel offers great value for money. We even got a complimentary early check-in (subject to availability), the staff was friendly, and there were sometimes free refreshments at the front desk. A tram stop and the main train station are right nearby, and all the important sights are quickly accessible.
