I had a wonderful stay at the White Palace Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived, always ready to help with a smile. The hotel was spotlessly clean, which made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my stay. The location is very convenient, being so close to the airport, and the surrounding scenery was a lovely bonus—peaceful and pleasant to look out onto. The facilities were well-maintained, and I truly appreciated the overall atmosphere. Highly recommend this place for business travelers or anyone needing a convenient yet relaxing stopover.

Overall, the hotel is decent, but it's not worth the money. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant are very polite. They always greet you, smile, and open doors. The location is good. There's a park nearby and a shopping center with many cafes opposite. The breakfasts aren't overly varied but are quite good. There was always a meat dish, fruits, cheese, and a variety of pastries. Pleasant, relaxing music plays. However, there was a big BUT that spoiled the entire impression. Out of 5 days spent at the hotel, I saw cockroaches in the restaurant twice. Once it was just on the wall, and the second time it was sitting right on a piece of bread. It was terribly unpleasant. Also, despite their general politeness, the male housekeepers cleaned the room in a very peculiar way. For some reason, they cleaned the toilet without detergents, and the toilet smell lingered. Maybe they're trying to save money. I understand that this is Bangladesh, and it's foolish to expect the same standards as European hotels. But they do position themselves as an expensive hotel for foreign guests and generally well-off people. They need to live up to that. First and foremost, they should get rid of the cockroaches in the kitchen. I don't believe the staff themselves have never seen them there.

I recently stayed at The Zabeer Dhaka and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is centrally located, making it very convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The staff were professional, courteous, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the modern amenities you’d expect — including a comfortable bed, clean linens, and a reliable Wi-Fi connection. The bathroom was also well-maintained and stocked with essentials. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet — it offered a good mix of local and continental options, and the food quality was above average. Room service was prompt, and the in-house restaurant served delicious meals. However, a few areas could be improved. The check-in process was a bit slower than expected, and the lobby sometimes felt understaffed during peak hours. A little more attention to detail in room facilities like at least a window for air circulation would elevate the overall experience. That said, The Zabeer Dhaka is a great option if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and value in the heart of the city. I would consider staying here again.

An outstanding stay — the best in Bangla I stayed here during my time in Bangla, and it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The facilities were excellent, the service flawless, and the hospitality truly exceptional. Every staff member went above and beyond to make me feel welcome — warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. I couldn’t recommend this place more highly.

This hotel is quite good for Bangladesh standards. It has a rooftop pool and gym, and the breakfast is excellent. The facilities are a bit old, and the room was a little small.

Stayed 3 nights and it was a flawless experience from start to finish. Booking the airport transfer through the hotel was so easy, and the driver was waiting for us right after baggage claim — a perfect first impression. The entire team, from the front desk to the restaurant, is top-notch: attentive, helpful, and always smiling. Knowing we were in the secure embassy area let us relax completely. And with the enormous breakfast spread offering new discoveries every day, we were fueled and ready to explore. For a stress-free visit to Dhaka, this hotel has it all figured out.

The place is nice, staffs are friendly and can speak English very well. I traveled there alone, but I would like to reccommend the place for family group or couples.

It's a good hotel but they were making renovation during the day it was loud and gave me headache they give me another room but that didn't help. .i needed to do some work and calls it was impossible. But the staff and manager were very friendly . I suggest if you want not to disappoint your guests shut down the place for a couple of days and make the renovation 24/7 till it's finished .than you avoid angry guests who stay away next time. Because they pay top price for uncomfortable stay in pearl hotel .

I stayed at the Lakeside Heights, also known as The Olive Hotel, for 20 days. The rooms varied in quality, with some having various minor issues, which might be due to the hotel's older structure. I can say that almost all hotel staff were incredibly friendly, except for one night when I requested a room change because it was too noisy, and the front desk staff had a poor attitude. Otherwise, all other staff members, whether at the front desk, security, or housekeeping, were very friendly and polite! The hotel breakfast offered a good variety, and the gym was sufficient for basic needs, even having a dedicated staff member available for guidance and assistance, which was a great plus!

I stayed at this hotel during my trip to Dhaka. The biggest highlight is undoubtedly the rooftop pool and restaurant. At night, you get a panoramic view of the Dhaka cityscape, which was a wonderful refreshing experience during my stay. The room was [clean/spacious enough], and the Wi-Fi speed was stable and perfectly fine for business use. The staff were all very friendly, and I was particularly impressed by how they always met my requests with a smile. I would definitely consider staying here again if I ever come back to Dhaka.
