The hotel is excellent, excellent location despite being remote from other neighborhoods such as Barra or Red River; the facilities are excellent, clean and quiet room, the shower is delicious, a lot of water and easy to control temperature; Breakfast is very varied and well organized, the restaurant/bar is willing to stay the whole day cutting, manubrist/parking at the door (with extra cost).

Fantastic clean and recently renovated hotel. We celebrated a birthday here and loved the experience, the buffet was extensive, but cheaper if you book ahead. The room service was a little slow (our order did not turn up when requested), but otherwise everything was great

The hotel has a good location, which makes it easier to access tourist points and services. The environment is very nice, offering good aesthetics, but the furniture is a little old, which may be a negative point. The reception is good, with careful and performing professionals, and the pool bar is also highlighted, with a happy and sympathetic team, providing a pleasant experience. In particular, Tamires is highlighted by its excellent attention and sympathy, ensuring a quality service.

Péssima experiência com relação ao estacionamento do hotel. Não tem sequer por onde pedestre sair. Tive q descer uma rampa péssima sem sinalização por onde pedestre deveria andar. Péssima experiência. Péssima estrutura de estacionamento.
Precisam melhorar sinalização e estrutura de estacionamento, bem como colocar carregador para carro elétrico. Uma rede como Accor seria o mínimo.

All perfect. Note 9.5. If you want to be note 10 you need to have a better blackout in the rooms because the balcony is super clear when the sun is born.
We had only one problem with the lock, because the card failed to open about three times and we had to return to the gateway.

The resort is too beautiful. Wonderful swimming pool, child area, animation. The part of the beach is beautiful tb, has acaraja, ice cream. We stay in the front room, all right. I thought it was dangerous for those with children the room's dress to stay in front of the river and has no protection.

The hotel is perfectly clean. Breakfast is good - fruit and coffee. Beach across the road. You can swim. Ledges from the hotel are not available. Stopped for 3 nights, stayed satisfied.

The second time I booked, it was more convenient, the hotel room was relatively large, and the local area was OK. It is a downtown area, a few hundred meters walk is a big shopping mall.

RRabs ShowtimeWe had the most amazing stay at Fera. Everything about this place was perfect. From the warm welcome from Leandro who is bursting with energy and filled with lots of knowledge and passion for the city, to Bruno's care and patience with planning a birthday surprise for our friend. All of the staff was so friendly and kind. The rooms were spacious and nothing short of exceptional, with beds so comfortable it was hard to wake up. The rooftop pool and bar were also great, with a lovely view of the harbor. As a group of foodies, the food at the hotel was phenomenal. We treated ourselves to some massages with Margot, who really made it worth it. We were only at Fera for two nights but felt like we were already part of their family. The history behind this hotel, the location and the staff made our stay in Salvador so special. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you to everyone at Fera Palace.

LLorne M.Room spacious and clean, bed comfortable, sheets and towels good quality, AC works well and is quiet, breakfast absolutely great with excellent coffee and outstanding offerings, check-in fast and friendly. I wish we were staying at Novotel Salvador longer. We had Seafood Risotto at the restaurant and it was very generous with the seafood, but took about an hour so bring a book if you plan to eat dinner here.

KK CamposThe resort is located on the beach front on a quite area of Itapuã, clean rooms and staff was very helpful and friendly the only down side was the sea that was very rough and not recommended for kids to swim. They have safe inside the room and a lovely hammock to be hanged on the balcony.

The facilities are a bit old, but the location is excellent, very close to the airport, 20-25 taxi ride, 10 minutes. It's a pity that there is no shuttle bus near the hotel. But the room is clean and tidy, the breakfast is rich, and I can order food in the middle of the night.
