Marante Executive Hotel

I actually booked this hotel by accident (I was looking at their sister hotel, the Marante Plaza Hotel, which is right on the beach for basically the same price). This hotel is 2 blocks from the beach in the same neighborhood. Despite “Executive” in the name, this is more of a budget-to-midrange hotel. The lobby is very attractive and the exterior of the hotel is also nice. The hotel staff are pleasant and helpful. They have valet parking in the front (for a very reasonable price). Breakfast is included and is decent. The room we stayed in had a partial view of the ocean. It was sp****ly decorated. What I really didn’t like was the bed: We requested a double bed, but it was actually just 2 single beds shoved together. 1 plus 1 may equal 2, but 2 single beds don’t equal a double bed. I like to sleep in the middle of the bed, so I just kept slipping into the space between the beds. The pillows were possibly the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept on. If it wasn’t for that, I’d have given them a better score.

What about a hotel with a 4-star dish and a dish for a guest? What about a 4-star hotel with only 2 bottles of mineral water in the fridge? I was hosted in the hotel and made a deep dish for the ifod. I went to the lobby bar and asked for a dish, a stick and a knife to eat in the apartment, and they didn't provide me and told me they were banned from providing guests for buying food in the food restaurant and not in the hotel restaurant. I asked that this had never happened in any hotel that I used to host and that there was no information in the apartment about that standard. I asked to speak to the plant manager, and he reaffirmed that he would not provide me with a simple dish and cut to eat, but only a plastic stick and a disposable knife were offered to me, which was spashed at the first movement. When we leave home to a hotel with a 4-star comfort, a minimum of comfort is expected. It is the advice for anyone who is hosting in this hotel and does not want to be forced to eat the restaurant food (by a very critical sign in the reviews): take a dish, a stick and a knife in his bag if you don't want to get stuck with a piece of a cutter of a The hotel has been a very good hotel and it is impressive how the quality and service has fallen. Finally, the Trans-American network needs to review who it is providing its name because I know that this quality standard is not part of the Trans-American hotel network.

Boa Viagem
This facility formerly belonged to the Best Western Hotel chain, and they still adhere to Best Western standards. Very professional staff with a pleasant, customer-oriented and proactive attitude, caring and always with a smile. On arrival I was immediately offered a glass of water. All my requests were carried out instantly within minutes. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety of choices for Brazilian standards, even if the cooked components were pretty much the same every day. Very attentive, skilled and respectful restaurant staff. Cleanliness was just perfect. Very friendly and helpful housekeeping.

We were in a freshly renovated Queen Deluxe Suite (room 2205) all furnished in Dove Grey and Crisp White, with a balcony overlooking the sea with fresh sea breeze. The king bed was comfortable, good linens, all the usual things but we especially liked the well situated computer desk and chairs, plus the alcove with an opening window, comfortable chair & ottoman & side table for reading. The dramatic interior architecture fascinated guests no matter how many times they observed it (no spoiler here!). The food in the restaurant addressed international sensibilities, not exclusively Brazilian. The food was good, the service friendly. I want to make a special kudo to the housecleaning staff; our room was always redone beautifully each day. It was a pleasure to return ‘home’ each evening. Disliked · They were having a temporary difficulty with one of the 4 elevators over the weekend waiting for the elevator repair. We know this can happen anywhere anytime but we were pleased that they released their service elevator for guest use whenever possible.

Boa Viagem
We hosted four people (two couples), two apartments, in the last floor, the view of the city and the sea is beautiful, but the glasses were so dirty that they had much to do to enjoy it. The hotel is very good, the building is beautiful, it impresss very well and the apartment is not bad. However, breakfast is served without capricity, everything is ”more or less”. Little agility in replacing pads and cuts. Little bread variety and almost nothing from the local cuisine. . With little attention to the requests and zero sympathy of the staff of the restaurant. Even being hosted in two people (one couple) per apartment, the room service, despite request, did not provide two cups and two cups; only one unit of each!!! And when we requested cuts in the restaurant (to eat a fruit or something like this), we were denied and provided with plastic cuts by paying $5.00 per cut (see photo showing). Unlike what was reported in the reservation, the parking was charged from the part.

The hotel is well located (though a bit old) in Boa Viagem, very close to the beach. The staff members in general were very friendly, helpful and professional. Lauro, from the front desk, was particularly very informative and helpful. And the staff members in the breakfast cafeteria were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet can be improved in quality and varieties. I stayed in this hotel to attend a conference that was held in the same hotel. The hotel was well equipped to host the conference (that involved virtual and in-person participation).

The resort is nested in a amazing part of Pernambuco, around one hour from the closest airport (Recife) the resort has a Hacienda ambiance. Surrounded by beaches one must do is, in the morning during low tide, visit the natural pool in the coral reefs to swim with different fishes ( lots of colors and shapes). After visiting the reef is time for a nice caipirinha ( traditional Brazilian drink made with cachaça spirit and lime) by the pool. The hotel is family focused but entertainment staff helps parents providing activities for kids allowing parents to relax and enjoy, a massage in the tent in front of the ocean is a great choice. Covid protocols were in place but without harassing guests. Pros - Natural beauties. - recreation staff - amazing sunset Cons - Gift shop didn’t have kids toys like bucket or water launcher. - Food and Beverage a bit overpriced (value for money point of view) - Checkout happens at 12:00 and flights to São Paulo at 18:00 we requested late checkout which was denied, even though we would pay Overall I rate my experience 4 out of 5 and recommend staying in this resort.

The hotel is well located for those who do not have a seaside question. The rooms are small, but King's bed is very good. The cleaning is satisfactory. The breakfast is satisfactory, with tapioca, coal cheese etc etc. I recommend, it is my preferred option in Recife.

The hotel is on the beach, just 2.5 km from Pontal de Cupé and 4 km from the center of Porto. The difference is that with low sea sea is broader and in the center of Porto and in the Pontal de Cupé natural pools are formed and the sea is like a pad. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. The hotel is quite boy compared to other beach resorts so it gets fast to the restaurant, pile and beach. It has only one restaurant and a bar next to the pile. The pile is air-conditioned. There are shadows, chairs and rests on the beach. The room was large with a King size bed and a girl bed, light tables, long desk, 2 chairs, a good size cable TV and a freezer with several bottles of water at cost. We don't take water because the cost as it happens in hotels is very expensive, 6 real a 330 ml bottle when in the super was 1.50 the 500 ml bottle. The room was very comfortable and very comfortable. I told the reception but they never fit it. The lights are dressed as one walks. But as ours did not stick that area was always dark. Food is good. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. The buffet dinner was a buffet option for choosing chicken, meat and fish, some salads, sauce fideos, rice, soups and something else. It was not super varied but it was okay. The best of all was the posters. The woods are packed in the woods and the woods are packed in the woods. What I didn't like was that on the second day of accommodation they told me that dinner was going to be at the letter for the low occupation. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. During the dinner time, there is something
