It's well-known that hotels in Vancouver are outrageously expensive, but River Rock offers incredible value for money. You get a suite for the price of an economy hotel. The Nespresso machine in the room was a particularly nice touch.

Overall, it is a pleasant hotel for a short stay in downtown. Despite the Karma Lounge currently being under renovation, the hotel arranged a room dining service for breakfast as an alternative, which is acceptable and yummy. The hotel staff are helpful and kind. The location is close to down town, 5 to 10 minute walk to Robson Streetfor shopping, 1 block away has a supermarket and some nice reastieant eg The keg steak house.
The apartment is spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and it was very clean. The host was also very welcoming. It gets a lot of natural light, and the kitchen is well-stocked with plenty of supplies, including oil, salt, vinegar, and soy sauce. There's a Starbucks next door, and several Chinese restaurants downstairs. Richmond's largest mall is just a few minutes' walk away, and you can walk to the SkyTrain and take one train straight to downtown. Overall, it's very convenient and comfortable. I'd definitely stay here again.
Was a nice stay as usual, staff are good hotel is nice and modern. Could use some more security or patrols for outside parking. Underground parking was full and ppl park like assholes lol but all in all was good as usual. It’s what you expect for a hotel in down town Prince George on a Friday night.

The location is convenient! The service is excellent! Parking costs 30 yuan per day and requires leaving the car keys, but the service is great! The breakfast is simple but acceptable!
However, it was disappointing: I had requested a room with a nice view in advance as it was for a birthday celebration, but I ended up with a low-floor room facing a construction site. The construction started at 7 AM, and the noise was quite unbearable!!!
I've stayed here several times, mainly because of its excellent location. It's super convenient for enjoying food, drinks, and entertainment before heading to the airport. The front desk staff are also great and very friendly. However, both elevators were out of service on the night I checked in... The environment is a bit old and just okay, but the cleanliness is fine.
Very clean, the beach is very convenient for walking, the sea view is also good, that is, if you drive a large off-road vehicle, the hotel's parking lot can't stop, you have to stop in the public parking lot that is a distance from the hotel, the overall feeling is good.

This was the most satisfying accommodation of our entire trip. The room was exceptionally clean, and the owner was incredibly kind. Their prompt responses and assistance whenever we contacted them gave us great peace of mind. The living facilities, including a washing machine, dryer, and kitchen utensils, were very well-equipped. There was also a parking space, and the surrounding area felt very safe, being located in an affluent neighborhood.
GGuest UserThe service was outstanding and the location ideal if you are biking. The hotel also has a room where you can store your bikes. The room was very clean and the staff very helpful.

GGuest UserThe hotel is at a very convenient location with shops and restaurants nearby. We stayed in a lodge with 5 persons. The room is very good which is spacious and clean. It’s our first time to go to Whistler in Summer and the hotel is good to be re-considered for our next stay.

GGuest UserMy husband and I stayed overnight in Vancouver to see a hockey game. The hotel is close to many amazing restaurants within walking distance. It is also close to Rogers Stadium so that is always nice so we don’t have to pay for parking or cabs.
The staff were amazing and accommodating as we’d asked to have a room with a balcony, which they were able to do. We had dinner out but had brunch in their restaurant which is on the 5th floor. The atmosphere was so magical, all decorated for Christmas but it was also warm and inviting.
For whatever reason (maybe bcause it was a Tuesday morning) we were the only ones in the restaurant until half way through our brunch, then only one other couple shared the dining room with us. The food was INCREDIBLE and our server Lee was the sweetest most kind person I’ve ever meet. After our brunch we sat by the fireplace with our coffees, relaxing before our 12 pm checkout. It felt like we were in a Manhattan brownstone. We will definitely be coming back in the future and certainly will recommend this hotel to our friends. Staying at LHermitage was an oasis in the midst of a very hard 3 weeks of me just having lost my mom. Thank you 🎄❤️
TTek Jun TanWe stayed there for 3 nights, we got picked up from the airport for free, on level 3 departure. The shuttle runs approximately every half an hour.
The room was on level 10. It's a modern and very clean room, that's what we like about. It's a little noisy sometimes from airplanes taking off, but it depends on the wind direction, sometimes we didn't get the noise.
Capstan train station was the nearest to the hotel about 15 minutes walk.
Price wise was reasonable for a Fourstar hotel, that's the reason why we liked this hotel.
Kkate70Very nice hotel with good location..and view of the Fraser River...kind welcome from the receptionnist with a gift by check in...bottle of water ,& chocolate. Enjoy your stay & chlill and discover this beauty hotel
SSusan PradjaWe are family of 4 stayed in Deluxe King Suite with Harbour View, very happy with the location of the hotel. The room is spacious, and they have Nespresso coffee machine and electric kettle but they don’t provide any plates and spoons. We did groceries for breakfast and we needed spoons for yogurt and plates for fruits. There’re cherry blossoms trees and colorful chairs and many birds flying around just next to our hotel and we could see those beautiful view from our room. The parking garage is also spacious with easy access to the lobby. When we checked in, the reception staff told us that our booking was only for 2 adults and he wanted to charge us more for extra 2 kids but I showed him my booking is for 2 adults and 2 kids. He finally didn’t charge us more but they didn’t set up the sofa bed for our kids. And like others said, the sofa bed is not comfortable and too soft. We stayed with another friends (family of 3) and they gave us rooms in the same floor, and we hanged out everyday in our room especially when it rained whole day on the second day.
CCengjingtierenVictoria is not big. This hotel is located in the heart of downtown, and you can basically walk everywhere. Within 10 minutes of leaving the hotel, you can see all the scenery near the Inner Harbour. There are countless high-quality restaurants. Apart from the price being a little high during peak season, there is almost no disadvantage.
AAnonymous UserGreat location, walking distance to most places of visit. Hotel is really comfortable, lots of space to hang your clothes. Toilet was huge, with heated flooring! Soap provided was L'Occitane which smells so good! Staff at the Front desk were really helpful and friendly. Voucher available for bike rental for a day in Stanley park.
