I stayed here for a concert and was pleasantly surprised! They'd already started decorating the lobby for Christmas and New Year, and there were some really beautiful bracelets on display too. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, and the room was unexpectedly spacious with great amenities – I especially loved being able to turn off the lights remotely with the smart assistant. My sleep quality was fantastic, as the blackout curtains worked perfectly. The front desk even gave us two complimentary breakfasts. I have to say, their breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options and fresh fruit. I even asked the chef to make me a bowl of noodles with shredded pork, which was a nice touch. I brought some dirty laundry with me, and the staff kindly washed and dried it, delivering it right back to my room. For this price in Hefei, finding a 4-star hotel like this is rare; it's incredible value for money. The subway station is right downstairs, making travel super convenient, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. This hotel is a no-brainer! It was an excellent experience, and I'll definitely choose this place again when I'm back in Hefei. My stay was so satisfying that I'm giving it a five-star rating. Oh, and there are lots of beautiful bracelets available on the street downstairs.

The distant mountains know my heart, leading me to their peaks. My trip to Huangshan has concluded perfectly. Travel is always full of small regrets and little joys. In winter, due to safety concerns, the West Sea Grand Canyon and Tiandu Peak were closed, and Lotus Peak is undergoing its five-year rotation. The lucky part is that I got to see all four of Huangshan's unique wonders: strange pines, grotesque rocks, a sea of clouds, and rime ice. Huangshan is a 5A scenic spot simply because there's no rating higher than 5A! Huang Xinghua from Baiyun Hotel provided warm and thoughtful service, truly enhancing the emotional experience. The sanitation workers and porters also provide the most fundamental support for this famous mountain. Huangshan truly lives up to the saying: ”You don't need to see other mountains after visiting the Five Great Mountains, and you don't need to see the Five Great Mountains after visiting Huangshan.” Huangshan offers an unparalleled sense of freedom and vitality. Let's take a break from the city and answer the call of the mountains. Even after traversing all the mountains and rivers, you'll still feel that life is worthwhile.

The hotel's location, service, and cleanliness are all excellent! The most important thing is that the front desk staff are all very kind and provide great service. It's very friendly for foreign travelers! For my friend's birthday, the front desk helped us order a cake which was super delicious and beautiful. The 'Xiao Du' smart assistant in the room is quite good; it's convenient for playing music and opening/closing curtains. I didn't get a chance to take pictures of the lobby, but the spiral staircase is absolutely gorgeous. Getting a Didi (ride-sharing) is also very convenient. The hotel entrance has a big smiley face, making it super easy to spot. The front desk truly deserves 10,000 stars 🌟. There's a pedestrian street right downstairs, which is super convenient, and the location is also very close to Hefei Station. The lobby offers health tea and popcorn. Foreign travelers, you should definitely go for this hotel, it's really great ❤️

The hotel front desk service is warm and thoughtful; the location is superior and the transportation is convenient! I stay in this hotel every time I come! The hotel is relatively clean, tidy, sanitary and comfortable! The breakfast is also rich! Not bad👍

This is an old four-star hotel with a high cost-effectiveness. I booked a tatami room, which is not big, but enough for one person. The room is very clean and soundproof. The most important thing is that the hotel has a good location. A few hundred meters to the north is the Huaihe Road Pedestrian Street, and a few hundred meters to the south is Bao Park. In addition, a few dozen meters to the south is Hongxing Road, where there are various small restaurants.

The room was very clean, and the hotel is located right above a pedestrian street, so it's super convenient for shopping. The lobby is on the fifth floor, and the restaurant is on the seventh. The double room we booked was also spacious, and they tried their best to accommodate all our requests. Oh, and you absolutely have to try the fried chicken across from the main entrance downstairs – it was unexpectedly delicious!

Stepping into the lobby, I was immediately struck by the breathtaking art installation! The design featuring red flowing ribbons in the high-ceilinged space was incredibly impactful. Combined with the high-quality furniture and decor, every corner felt like a meticulously curated art exhibition. The public areas truly impressed me with their thoughtful details: whether it was the long communal table surrounded by blue bar stools or the orange and white themed discussion area, both perfectly balanced aesthetics and practicality. They were ideal for catching up with friends or getting some temporary work done. Plus, each zone was adorned with exquisite floral arrangements, creating an absolutely fantastic ambiance. And the food continued to surprise! The chocolate mousse and white peach mousse at the dessert bar were both visually stunning and delicious – one bite and I was in heaven. The variety and quality of the breakfast were also beyond words; staying here meant starting every day feeling refreshed and energized. From the artistic lobby and attentive service to the delectable meals, the Hilton Garden Inn truly embodies ”quality” in every aspect. Five stars are a must, and I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit!

The hotel environment is excellent, and the owner is very welcoming. They even offer a ride to the South Gate transfer center. Breakfast is quite substantial, and the owner is happy to drive you whenever you're ready to leave after breakfast. The rooms are spacious and very clean. I never expected to find such a great hotel for this price!

Stayed here for a wedding in Hefei. Modern facilities, good amenities - took advantage of breakfast. They allowed a very early check in (like at 8am). Room was spacious, water pressure was strong. Biggest issue was a pronounced tobacco / smoke smell in our non-smoking room our first night. We didn't turn on the heat / air the next night and the smell was much improved. Little to no English ability among front desk, just FYI.

I was lucky to choose this hotel during the May Day holiday. The room was spacious and bright, and cleaned very well. The front desk was responsive and professional in communication. After booking, I asked for a quiet room on the 19th floor in advance, and my request was fulfilled. The only problem was that the door was not soundproof enough. In the morning, I was disturbed by guests in other rooms and even dogs barking. However, the flaws did not outweigh the merits. Recommended!
