4-Star Hotels in Guizhou, China

I was going to Guiyang. I saw that the price of the hotel was outrageous. I quickly transferred to Kaili. I compared many homes on Trip.com and chose Wanhuzhai. The price was very high and exceeded expectations. First of all, this hotel is close to Kaili South Station. You can pick up and drop off the station by making an appointment in advance. It takes 5 minutes to arrive. The service is very intimate. 👍 When the first night arrived, I caught up with the bonfire party, which was very lively; breakfast was OK, the room forgot to take pictures, but it was very clean and the bedding facilities were perfect. By the way, it is very close to Xiasi Ancient Town. It takes ten minutes to take a taxi. There are free tickets. There are activities recently (unfortunately I have to leave). You can go to play. I went back to catch the high-speed rail after breakfast today. It is worth a visit. The experience of Miaojiang Qianhu Village is much better. ～

Really satisfied to evaluate. The hardware is three separate, the facilities are new, and the whole house is smart and small. The sanitary standard is high, and the bedding and the room are very satisfied with me. The front desk in the lobby will take the initiative to say hello. Besides parking, it is really not easy to find this kind of hotel with a garage directly to the room in this location. Then the garage hotel logo is eye-catching. There is also a roof garden and a roof washing machine dryer ironing machine, gym, very satisfied. The room opened facing the primary school, quiet at night, and feeling energetic during the day, the sun blossoms very well. This primary school is beautiful! To say that the fly in the ointment is that the opposite guest is loud (it is estimated that they are standing in the corridor talking) and entering and leaving, which is also related to personal quality. This is already a small problem that can be ignored. In short, I am satisfied with the hotel, and the strategy before going out is not done in vain. Like the hotel! Continue to do a good job of service!

The hotel environment was nice and clean. The rooms were huge, the beds were extra large, the bedding was of very good quality, and the soundproofing was excellent, making for a quiet sleep. The breakfast was clean, and the service was very good. I would definitely book this hotel again next time I travel to Anshun.

Plus point: Hotel is about 800m from assembly point for one day local tour packages. Limitations: The hotel driveway can be messy with many tour coaches picking up tourists. The breakfast hall was chaotic during peak hour notably 6.30-7.00am when guests had difficulties finding seats and food. The room is good and clean. Staffs are nice and helpful.

The hotel boasts a convenient location in Shangnahui Village, just a short distance from the entrance. The view from our balcony was excellent (as captured in the first photo). The owner was incredibly friendly, kindly providing an extra bed free of charge and even gifting us two local souvenirs upon our departure. For exploring Wanfenglin, most attractions are easily accessible from the street directly in front of the hotel. I highly recommend renting an electric scooter (I rented a 3-4 seater for 150 RMB a day during peak season, to be returned by 10 PM). It's very convenient, but do be aware that the roads are quite narrow and can often get congested. Always carry an umbrella, as sudden rain showers are common here. If you have sufficient time, I suggest taking the sightseeing bus for a panoramic view of Wanfenglin; the scenery is absolutely stunning.

The rooms in this hotel are incredibly spacious and well-arranged, making for a very comfortable stay. The entire room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was fresh and tidy, which gave us great peace of mind. The surroundings are also quiet and beautiful; taking a walk along the nearby paths in the morning, enjoying the fresh air, was incredibly pleasant. The hotel's breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and tasted great, providing plenty of energy for the day. It was a very satisfying stay! The hot springs were excellent, absolutely wonderful.

During our 9-day, 8-night trip to Guizhou, we stayed in several hotels and B&Bs, and this one was the best. I rarely review B&Bs, but I highly recommend it. My husband and I, along with our children, booked the Lancun Guanju Suite. Both bedrooms had en-suite bathrooms, a balcony with a view, and an outdoor bathtub. The view was stunning, the soundproofing was excellent, and the entire room was equipped with smart technology. The hotel is very close to the No. 1 Wind and Rain Bridge, and is also close by: Pigpen Coffee, Huakai Banxia, the Cowshed Campground, and the Murakami Art Museum. Although there was a bit of climbing involved, the service was excellent, especially our housekeeper, Xiao Qin. He was attentive and thoughtful. He proactively added us on WeChat in advance and helped us with our luggage. When we arrived, it was pouring rain, but Xiao Qin helped carry our 26-inch suitcase and offered us his umbrella, carrying the weight himself. We were very touched. Upon arrival, he provided us with a guidebook. The complimentary afternoon tea and nighttime sweet drink were both excellent, and our daughter loved them. We needed to go out in the rain but forgot our Crocs, so Xiao Qin gave us a new pair of slippers, which was a real relief. I stayed in the Miao Village for two nights. I was disappointed that I didn't get a reservation at Lancun Village on the first day. I'll definitely stay there again next time and have already recommended it to two friends. Our stay here was a delightful surprise! The free breakfast was incredibly generous, available until 1 PM, and offered a rich variety of Chinese and Western dishes. There were hot dishes, freshly baked bread, fresh fruit, and even made-to-order noodles and authentic dim sum. All the ingredients were fresh and delicious. From the comfortable pillows and quality towels to the TV setup and rich aroma of freshly ground coffee, and the abundant complimentary breakfast, every detail showed the hotel's attentiveness. The staff were gentle and considerate, and check-in/check-out was efficient and quick. It offers excellent value for money; I'll definitely choose this place again next time! The environment is nice, and the location is easy to find. The lobby is on the second floor and features a modern, Italian luxury design. The main hall offers many essential travel amenities as gifts, showcasing great attention to detail. The room is well-proportioned with good natural light, and the pillows and towels are soft. The TV is well-equipped with clear, smooth reception, and the internet speed is fast. Highly recommended!

Facilities: This is a newly opened hotel, so the decor and amenities are brand new. The design is simple yet grand. Hygiene: Very clean and comfortable. Service: The front desk staff, especially the lady, was beautiful and considerate. She really set a great impression for Guizhou girls, haha. Room Size: The twin room was spacious enough. Location: Right next to the high-speed train station and bus terminal, which is super convenient. It's also easy to get a taxi or Didi to the city center. For us, who were transferring to Huangguoshu Waterfall, it was incredibly convenient. Since it's close to the high-speed train station, it can be a bit noisy, so light sleepers might want to reconsider. My friend and I are sound sleepers, so it didn't bother us. I forgot to take photos, but overall, it was really great.
