Like a private garden of a royal estate, this courtyard hotel absolutely nails the traditional vibe. The breakfast was plentiful, and the service was attentive and warm. The location and views are both excellent. We're already planning to stay here again for our next family trip. Our guide, Xiao Bu, was very helpful and knowledgeable. Overall, a fantastic experience.

The hotel's main entrance is directly opposite Hengshui Station, making it arguably the closest and largest hotel in the vicinity. You just walk across the plaza after exiting the station. Its location couldn't be more convenient – a solid 7 out of 5 stars for accessibility! For the price, I honestly expected a very basic stay, but was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service. The facilities, amenities, and room size are definitely comparable to a 4-star hotel. My room had some noise from next door, so I asked a staff member if I could move, and to my delight, they readily accommodated my request. Breakfast was also a highlight. For a hotel of this category, the variety far exceeded my expectations. They offered a wide range of options, from Western choices like toast, jam, and coffee, to Chinese staples like noodles, wontons, and various hot dishes. They even had unique items like fried lychee balls and chicken nuggets. The spread truly rivaled that of a 4-star hotel! All in all, it was a fantastic stay, and I'll definitely be back.

I came here to experience the hotel because it was newly opened. Indeed, all the facilities and equipment are quite new. The room is equipped with a sofa bed, the screen is also movable, there is a small bar and tableware, and there is a quilt in the cabinet. It is very suitable for family travel. At the beginning, I felt that except for the cold attitude of the front desk, I was quite satisfied with everything else. We just arrived at the room. Fruits were delivered right after. As a result, when I took a shower at night, I found that the hot water was very small and I couldn’t take a shower at all. I could only call the front desk. The solution given by the front desk was to change rooms. Because there were a lot of luggage and it was late, I didn’t want to change rooms, so I asked the engineering to repair it. But they still asked to change rooms. Okay, then change rooms. We asked the staff to go to the room to check whether the hot water was normal. As a result, the staff did not check and came directly to our room to let us change. We asked again to check, and the staff went to check. The result was also broken. If we didn’t check it, wouldn’t we go there directly? ? ? ? Very speechless. Later, we changed our room to the 7th floor and checked that the hot water was normal. After we moved our luggage over, we looked at the bedding, and it turned out to be very dirty. There was a little garbage under the pillow. It was outrageous!!! We asked the front desk to come again, and they asked us to change rooms. Let's change, and asked her to check the room first. I really didn't want to bother, but the attitude was not good, and asked us to check it ourselves. I was very tired, so I asked my boyfriend to check it. The quilt was dirty, okay. Dirty. I said, then change the quilt for us. The staff asked us to pick up the quilt ourselves. This was the first time I encountered such a situation, and I was shocked. Okay, okay, I just want to take a shower and go to bed. It's really not as good as the attitude of the Hanting Hotel we stayed in the day before. The cleaning of the second day was OK.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations with its outstanding service and comfortable accommodations. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and equipped with all the modern amenities I needed for a relaxing stay.

During my stay, Xiao Qing at the front desk provided exceptionally thoughtful service. Check-in was efficient and quick, and her demeanor was gentle and polite, always with a warm smile that made me feel welcome as soon as I arrived. She was also very prompt in responding to any requests. This kind of excellent service truly enhanced my entire stay. Highly recommended!

Booked this room for my elderly family members. It's always one of our top choices when we visit Qinhuangdao~ 1. The hotel is very new and the facilities are exceptionally well-maintained. The customer service team is very responsive to guest requests; they brought extra blankets and water to our room immediately after we asked. The overall feeling is one of excellent cleanliness. 2. It's very close to the sea, has a great environment, and offers convenient dining options. The value for money is outstanding. 3. I especially want to commend the front desk customer service team; every single staff member was incredibly kind and helpful.

On the day of check-in, a customer service representative added me on WeChat to register my license plate number promptly. They also provided complimentary welcome fruit. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, every staff member greeted me with a genuine smile, proactively asking about my needs and patiently guiding me. Whether it was requesting an extra blanket late at night or asking for recommendations for local food, they were always incredibly patient. The hot springs, however, were truly the highlight of this trip. The water was crystal clear and perfectly warm. Soaking in it, all the fatigue from traveling instantly melted away as the steam rose, leaving me completely relaxed, both in body and mind. The attention to detail was excellent too; the changing rooms were clean and dry, and there were plenty of soft towels. Such thoughtful and meticulous service, combined with these incredibly therapeutic hot springs, truly makes this place worth a visit.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, with convenient transportation access, making it perfect for both business and leisure travelers. Stepping into the lobby, I was immediately impressed by the warm atmosphere and friendly service. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient, quickly handling my check-in. The room was spacious and bright, with plush, comfortable bedding. The 'Garden Sleep System' bed, in particular, ensured I had a wonderful night's sleep. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the attention to detail truly stood out. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, combining both Western and Chinese dishes. The ingredients were fresh, and everything tasted delicious. The hotel also features a well-equipped fitness center and business center, perfectly meeting all my needs. What truly stood out was the professionalism of the hotel's service team. Their dedication and thoughtfulness were evident in every interaction, from housekeeping to concierge services. It offers outstanding value for money, making it an excellent choice for any trip! I will definitely choose Hilton Garden Inn again for my next visit, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!

I recently stayed at the Venice Waterworld Hotel in Shijiazhuang and, unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. The hotel feels quite outdated and in need of renovation. The rooms were dark and old, with furnishings that seemed worn and tired. One of the biggest issues was the air conditioning—it was old and lacked a proper thermostat, making it difficult to regulate the temperature. Additionally, smoking is permitted throughout the hotel, which was a major downside for me as a non-smoker. The smell of tobacco was pervasive in the hallways and common areas, making the stay less comfortable. Breakfast lacked food for its guests. They were not being topped up according to the people who were in the restaurant. While the location may be convenient for some, the overall condition and policies of the hotel make it a poor choice for travelers who prefer clean, modern, and smoke-free accommodations. If I return to Shijiazhuang, I will definitely look for a different hotel. Rating: ★★☆☆☆ (2/5) – Below Average, Needs Improvement
