We were traveling with our elderly parents and children. The hotel, a former state guesthouse, offered a delightful experience. We woke up to deer grazing in the garden, which the kids absolutely loved watching for hours! We also received a complimentary travel photoshoot, and the pictures turned out absolutely stunning. The location was very convenient for visiting local attractions, and the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Holiday Inn Express Hengshui offered an excellent experience! It's conveniently located directly opposite Hengshui Railway Station, just a 10-15 minute drive from Hengshui North Station, and only 3-7 minutes from Hengshui Middle School and other local schools, making getting around super easy. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the rooms are spacious and clean, featuring modern smart amenities like voice control systems. Each floor has a laundry and drying room, adding to the overall convenience. Breakfast is plentiful and varied, and there's free parking available. Outstanding value for money – highly recommend!

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations with its outstanding service and comfortable accommodations. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and equipped with all the modern amenities I needed for a relaxing stay.

Facilities: Well-appointed. The restaurant offered a complimentary buffet breakfast for two, and with dining options like Niu Jiao and Yibin Restaurant conveniently located downstairs, meals were very convenient. Cleanliness: Spotless and impeccably tidy. Ambiance: Quiet with excellent soundproofing. The rooms were spacious, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. Service: The front desk service was excellent. The friendly staff, particularly a lovely lady, even allowed for an early check-in based on room availability and offered a complimentary room upgrade, which I was thrilled about! ☺️ Hot Spring: The complimentary hot spring ticket included in my package offered a fantastic experience. The environment was comfortable, and visiting during off-peak hours (Sunday to Monday) meant fewer crowds, allowing me to enjoy the pools almost exclusively. It was truly wonderful! ❤️

Hampton provides excellent stay at a reasonable price. The hotel is new and close to the sea, clean and has good facilities. Luggage storage is small and single elevator is sometimes slow. We stayed in the smaller building. There is one bigger, but I don't know whether it is for hotel rooms or for apartments. Otherwise all facilities are excellent, inside the rooms as well as outside. That is why it has high review rating.

This stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel service was incredibly attentive and detailed. From the moment we checked in until we left, the front desk staff greeted us with warm smiles, making us feel so welcome. There are tons of great food options nearby; just a short walk brings you to all sorts of specialty restaurants – a true foodie paradise. Getting to the ski resort was also super convenient, only a five-minute drive. The biggest surprise was the hot spring; the water was so clear, and after a soak, I felt completely relaxed, all my fatigue just melted away. The room was also very clean and comfortable. Great, the facilities are excellent!

The hotel boasts a prime location in the old town, within walking distance of Xingtai Museum, Kaiyuan Temple, and Qingfeng Tower. Dahuoquan Park is also easily accessible by bus, about a 20-minute ride away. There are excellent dining options nearby, including Wanda Plaza, Heijia Dumpling Restaurant, and Guangshunxing right across the street. Our room was clean, and the bedding was fresh with no unpleasant odors. Both the service and the overall ambiance were very good. A major plus is the underground parking lot equipped with slow-charging EV stations. We do have a few minor suggestions: 1. While the breakfast selection isn't extensive, there's certainly enough to fill you up. 2. For the fresh fruit, we noticed bananas were cut in half. It might be better to serve them whole, as the cut surfaces tend to blacken quickly. 3. The soy milk served was quite diluted.

I had a fantastic stay. Quiet rooms (compared to many others), very comfy beds. Breakfast was perfect. Lot's of vegetarian options. Typical chinese cuisine. Western guests find excellent coffee and sufficient continental options. The lobby is impressive. Just recognise that for the pool you need to wear a swim cap, and use of thermal area is for additional costs.
