The location of the hotel I booked this time was excellent. During check-in, the front desk staff, 'Xiao 6,' was incredibly efficient and provided very detailed information about local attractions. Right opposite the hotel, there's a 'Gá Zhāng Wá' BBQ restaurant which tasted delicious. You'll also find malls, supermarkets, and places to buy local specialties conveniently nearby; just a 5 to 10-minute walk straight after turning left from the hotel. The nearest small night market is also only about a 15-minute walk away and is quite bustling. The room's hygiene was satisfactory; it was quiet and comfortable, and the bedding was clean and tidy. The comfort level was decent. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options in a buffet style, allowing us to taste local specialties, which were very tasty – though it did get quite crowded. Nevertheless, it was a pleasant experience overall, especially since we were traveling with family. We enjoyed exploring the surrounding area and visiting nearby tourist spots.

The front counter manager selina is doing great job to accommodate our need and upgrade our stay!!! Bravo to her and her team!!! And they helped my fren to call ambulance sending to medical attention ASAP. And they provide a lot of travel sets and mineral water when we leave the hotel to next destination!!!

The hotel is conveniently located not far from both the airport and train station, just a 20-minute taxi ride to Caojiapu Airport. During check-in, I even noticed flight attendants staying here, which gave me a good impression. We were traveling with elderly parents and a child, so we had booked a triple room. On the day of arrival, we called ahead and were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a family suite. It featured a 1.8-meter king-size bed and a 1.5-meter bunk bed. Both grandma and the little one had their own beds, and our child, who had always dreamed of sleeping on the top bunk, was absolutely thrilled! They didn't even want to check out. Breakfast was also good, though it did get quite busy during peak hours, and we had to wait for a table. The hotel also provides a self-service laundry room, which is a huge convenience for long-distance travelers.

I stayed at the hotel on October 14th. We arrived after 9 PM, but the hotel was excellent. The front desk service was very good and welcoming, the room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, and the breakfast was delicious – everything was great. When we left the next morning, the front desk staff and the doorman warmly saw us off, saying goodbye. It felt like a wonderful day started with such wonderful service. If I had to point out a drawback, it would be that the hotel laundry room had too few washing machines; it would be great if they could expand it. Also, I hope staff could check on the cleanliness of the laundry every one or two hours.

It has just opened and there are many imperfections, which should be avoided by netizens who want to play the Qinggan Loop: 1. The hotel has just opened a few days ago. The entire building is equipped with 6 cycles. There is no way to control the central air conditioning in the room. The staff recommended not to open the windows. Opening the windows will affect the 6 cycle function. As a result, I was woken up several times in the middle of the night. Originally, the altitude of Golmud It's high, and it's obviously harder to breathe in the room than in the national highway and the lobby; 2. There is a pipe repair cover in the bathroom of the room. I don’t know if it was repaired before or for some reason, but it was not covered, leaving a hole on the top of the head; 3. There was a problem with the room inspection. When I checked in, I found that there was no quilt on the bed (I couldn't believe it and even turned over the sheets and found that there was really no quilt!), the sheets were not changed, there were no hand towels on the sink, and there were no towels in the wardrobe. The staff were very nice about the clothes hangers, and they immediately replaced and restocked them. However, I don’t know whether it was because the room was full or something else, and there was one missing pillow. I feel speechless even as I write this; 4. The breakfast supply obviously needs to be optimized. Maybe it is a newly opened restaurant. The breakfast supply is not keeping up with the pace, and the staff is not very up to date. The food is collected at 10:30, and when I arrive at the restaurant at 10 o'clock, there is already a lot of food left. In general, as an Atour member, the experience in Golmud even made me almost cancel the order from Atour S in Xining. Considering that it may be a new opening, let’s give it a chance to optimize. The hotel is newly opened and has excellent facilities. Transportation is convenient, and parking is free. The hotel reception is very welcoming, and the complimentary breakfast is excellent. I especially liked the coffee; it was delicious. The late-night wontons were also very satisfying. It's definitely worth staying at.

It really deserves to be a hotel with a good reputation. Because I was traveling with my baby, the hotel was afraid that the room I booked would be under elevator repair and it would cause noise. The front desk lady upgraded me to a suite for free and even called to ask if it would disturb me and the baby. She was really thoughtful. There were also baby slippers, toothbrushes, shampoo, toys and fruits. The hotel staff also sent goodnight milk in the evening. Breakfast was provided even though I didn't order it when booking the room. Because the hotel had just opened a few days after the Chinese New Year, it took a long time to get hot water. The hotel staff was really responsible and even asked someone to fix it in the evening. When I left the next day, the lady at the front desk gave me a gift. The important thing is that there is a free airport pick-up service, and the airport staff helped me with my luggage, which is really service-oriented. It is also beautiful to take pictures of the night view from the hotel. It is the first time I bring my baby to visit relatives far away. All the services of the hotel feel so warm. My baby and I like it very much. Golmud is very good, and the Yellow River International Hotel is very good. I will come again next time and stay here again. Because you deserve five-star praise!

The hotel highlights the temperament and taste of the owner, and pays attention to quality and service, with good intentions. Two movie tickets were given when checking in, the breakfast was tasteful, and parking was convenient. Unfortunately, the hot water was not hot and the water output was too small. The guests staying in this hotel are generally big shots who travel along the Qinghai-Tibet line, and they need hot water to wash and relieve fatigue. This is a management loophole and shortcoming of the hotel!

The Ji Hotel Xining Railway Station is incredibly convenient, just a 7-minute walk from the train station exit! A taxi ride to Limeng Commercial Street takes about 20 minutes and costs 18 RMB. It's perfect if you need to catch an early train or are looking for an overnight stopover. The staff were incredibly helpful; they even assisted me in receiving a package I had ordered online and sent to the hotel in advance. Plus, having a printer available to print documents was a huge bonus! The room was also very spacious. For us, coming from Lanzhou, it only took an hour to reach Xining by high-speed train.
