We stayed 3 nights at this very comfortable hotel. We even wanted to extend one night and they were fully booked, which shows how popular they are. The decor from reception to lobby to room was a delight with full use of natural materials, giving a zen feel. The breakfast was buffet, but chouce of hot dished was limited. Also, we wanted to go for a swim at sunset, but the pool at this time was used as one big cocktail bar, literally dozens lounging in the, water, so that was disappointing.
Excellent experience. My 6-year-old son enjoyed the hotel too much. People are willing to meet any need for the experience to be unmatched. Having the possibility to enjoy the beach with all the security is something fundamental for the rest.

The hotel will provide guests with air-conditioned rooms with a desk, a safety deposit box, a flat-screen TV, a patio and a private bathroom with a shower. The rooms have a closet.
An American breakfast is available at Hotel Doña Manuela.
You can play pool at the accommodation.
Corozal Airport is 83 miles from the property.
The scenery is very nice. You can see the sea from the balcony.
Hygiene needs to be improved. Furniture is old.
What I have to complain about is that such a big hotel does not have a hair dryer (maybe because the quantity is limited, the hotel staff said to look for it, but in the end they did not give it to me)
The hotel is located opposite the castle, but not in the ancient city. Although the straight line distance is a few hundred meters, the security situation is too big. The hotel is surrounded by local people's residential areas, there is a big supermarket, but the security situation is a bit complicated. Everyone said that don't walk to the ancient city, you have to call a car, even if it is very close.
The hotel breakfast is very good, there are freshly squeezed juices, various cheeses.
Everything was okay despite the fact that the floor felt dusty. The rooms are new and the beda comfortable. Just felt the rooms were missing some components making it more comfortable as they felt cold and neat.

Great
GGuest UserThe Osh hotel has such an amazing vibe. As you enter the lobby, you are greeted by their lovely staff with a welcome drink. Check in was really smooth and they offered options for my room category, and the location was great. Literally walking distance to local bodegas, bars and restaurants. Osh is located 10-15 min from walled city, which made dinner options and tours easy to get to in the area. Prior to my stay in the Osh hotel, I stayed at the Hilton with my travel group for four days. In comparison although most tourist stay at the Hilton or the Hyatt. I would opt to stay at Osh every time. Beautiful pool on the main floor and rooftop. While there is not beach access, I believe you can simply book a tour for a beach day at Aqua Azul or Makani Luxury Wanderlust. During my stay also schedule a massage in my room which was a nice add on before I traveled back home. I highly recommend you experience The Osh in Colombia. Suites are also available to splurge a bit and treat yourself.
WWilliamAbsolutely fantastic. This is a quiet small resort with maybe 14 rooms. 1.5 hours from Cartagena City. A bit of a harrowing drive, but definitely worth the trip. Once you get in through the doors, it’s beautiful & peaceful. Balinese type style. Not a five-star resort but they do a really nice job. Very well staffed so you have somebody to help you if you need anything. Very quiet. No telephones, no tv’s in room. Rooms are spacious, private, very comfortable. Two small beaches on either side of the main area. All open-air reception, Restaurant. One restaurant iwth 2 levels. Food was actually terrific. Best food we had in Colombia. We were there for three nights and absolutely loved it. lots of daytrippers, people coming in from Cartagena on boat to spend the day at the resort. Was nice. Will definitely come back. Thank you to Lordy who took such nice care of our family. Special place.
SSamyFunkSo cozy and lovely place🥰. Added one more night to my reservation because loved the harmony and peace that I felt on that hotel. The breakfast was amazing 200/10 🤩. Great variety of fruits, healthy and local food. Thank you so much to Andrey so polite and charming guy who helped me in everything; as well as Jorge who is so professional doing his work, Alfredo and kitchen girls, thank you for so delicious food. The rooftop is a dream but unfortunately don’t have (stable) bartenders to enjoy drinks.Sadly to say the general manager was unprofessional and unkind, must to improve his professional relation to drive a good management of a hotel of this category.
I would love to go back in my next trip to Cartagena 🤍🇨🇴 .
Recommendations: if don’t tolerate noise, don’t book the rooms next to the street.
NNicole CoomerExcellent option to enjoy Cartagena
The hotel is very good. The location is perfect, just between Getsemani and the historic centre, which allows you to walk to Cartagena comfortable. Furthermore, there are many restaurant options very close. The staff is very comfortable and very comfortable and the staff is very comfortable and very comfortable. It is a modern hotel with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. ¡Very recommendable!
GGuest UserWonderful time in Cartagena. Travelled with my husband for my birthday. Stayed 5 nights. The staff is lovely; very friendly and welcoming and attentive. The city is absolutely magical. We loved everything about our stay. The food was excellent; had amazing breakfast and drinks at the hotel restaurant and it really surpassed our expectations. We just left and can't wait to be back! Special thanks to Christian at the front desk who went above and beyond helping us plan things to do in Cartagena which made our trip extra special.
GGuest UserThe food is ok, but the hotel is remote. It would be better if there is hot water in the swimming place. In addition, the hotel elevator takes a long time to wait. All the food in the hotel requires service charges.
WWeieieiiThe hotel is very clean overall, the room is very clean, the hotel is fully equipped and the breakfast is delicious.
Hotel staff service is very good, the location is very good, if you go to Colombia again, you will stay again!
CCHILLING$The hotel in nice and the rooms are huge with sea view balcony! This hotel no have private beach so anyone can swim in hotel front beach. When you want to go to front beach and get seats and umbrella you have to pay COL PESO 30.000! In front beach there is a lot of food sellers drink sellers which every 5 min someone gonna come up to bother you that was the only - issue! Rest hotel is great and specially the pools was amazing! Breakfast is good enough! Good for family and group of friends!

GGuest UserThe Hotel itself was alright. It was a cute place to stay and directly at the sea. Unfortunately the water wasn‘t that clear as you would expect from carribean sea. The breakfast wasn‘t enough and not even drinking water was included. Our room was very small and something smelled like pee. Its very hard to get somewhere by car because the only road to the hotel is total sh*t. Staff was friendly but very slow as well.
